Miro je zatečen kako oko ponoći mortus pijan upravlja automobilom u vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola bila oduzeta. Napuhao je čak tri promila, javlja Danica. 

Prekršajni sudac ga je brutalno kaznio: mora platiti ukupno 2850 eura te je dobio novu šestomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja.

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, Miro (43) je u kolovozu oko ponoći u Ulici Vladimira Nazora 10 u Bjelovaru upravljao osobnim automobilom opel vectra bez registarske oznake za vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola oduzeta jer nije obavio izvanredni nadzorni zdravstveni pregled.

Osim toga, vozač je “upravljao automobilom pod utjecajem alkohola, a što je utvrđeno upotrebom alkometra Drager gdje je utvrđena koncentracija od 2,88 g/kg u litri izdahnutog zraka”.

To je koncentracija umanjena za moguću standardnu pogrešku alkometra, što znači da je okorjeli recidivist bio napuhao više od tri promila.

Kako je Miro prije toga triput pravomoćno osuđivan zbog prometnih prekršaja, sudac u Bjelovaru nije imao previše milosti prema njemu. Vozač se nije pojavio na ročištu, a na nepravomoćnu se presudu može žaliti.

Miro je zatečen kako oko ponoći mortus pijan upravlja automobilom u vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola bila oduzeta. Napuhao je čak tri promila, javlja Danica. 

Prekršajni sudac ga je brutalno kaznio: mora platiti ukupno 2850 eura te je dobio novu šestomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja.

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, Miro (43) je u kolovozu oko ponoći u Ulici Vladimira Nazora 10 u Bjelovaru upravljao osobnim automobilom opel vectra bez registarske oznake za vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola oduzeta jer nije obavio izvanredni nadzorni zdravstveni pregled.

Osim toga, vozač je “upravljao automobilom pod utjecajem alkohola, a što je utvrđeno upotrebom alkometra Drager gdje je utvrđena koncentracija od 2,88 g/kg u litri izdahnutog zraka”.

To je koncentracija umanjena za moguću standardnu pogrešku alkometra, što znači da je okorjeli recidivist bio napuhao više od tri promila.

Kako je Miro prije toga triput pravomoćno osuđivan zbog prometnih prekršaja, sudac u Bjelovaru nije imao previše milosti prema njemu. Vozač se nije pojavio na ročištu, a na nepravomoćnu se presudu može žaliti.

Okorjeli revidivist Miro napuhao više od tri promila, a već mu je oduzeta vozačka. Sudac ga brutalno kaznio, evo cifre

Miro je zatečen kako oko ponoći mortus pijan upravlja automobilom u vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola bila oduzeta. Napuhao je čak tri promila, javlja Danica. 

Prekršajni sudac ga je brutalno kaznio: mora platiti ukupno 2850 eura te je dobio novu šestomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja.

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, Miro (43) je u kolovozu oko ponoći u Ulici Vladimira Nazora 10 u Bjelovaru upravljao osobnim automobilom opel vectra bez registarske oznake za vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola oduzeta jer nije obavio izvanredni nadzorni zdravstveni pregled.

Osim toga, vozač je “upravljao automobilom pod utjecajem alkohola, a što je utvrđeno upotrebom alkometra Drager gdje je utvrđena koncentracija od 2,88 g/kg u litri izdahnutog zraka”.

To je koncentracija umanjena za moguću standardnu pogrešku alkometra, što znači da je okorjeli recidivist bio napuhao više od tri promila.

Kako je Miro prije toga triput pravomoćno osuđivan zbog prometnih prekršaja, sudac u Bjelovaru nije imao previše milosti prema njemu. Vozač se nije pojavio na ročištu, a na nepravomoćnu se presudu može žaliti.
