Mogućnost gradnje bez građevinske dozvole - Ovo su građevine koje se mogu graditi i radovi koji se mogu izvoditi bez akta kojim se odobrava građenje.
Za jednostavne i druge građevine i radove određene Pravilnikom o jednostavnim i drugim građevinama i radovima kao što su:
- cisterne
- vrtne sjenice
- terase
- ograde
- staze
- manje poljoprivredne građevine
- terase do 20 četvornih metara
- spremnik za komunalni otpad
- ograde visine do 2,2 metra mjereno od najnižeg dijela
- pješačke staze itd.
nije potrebno ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu već se građenju može pristupiti bez građevinske dozvole i bez glavnog projekta, piše ZGRADOnačelnik.
Nadalje, bez građevinske dozvole i glavnoga projekta mogu se graditi:
- slobodnostojeća ili sa zgradom konstruktivno povezana nadstrešnica, tlocrtne površine do 20 četvornih metara, izvan tlocrtnih gabarita postojeće zgrade
- terasa uz postojeću zgradu u razini terena tlocrtne površine do 20 četvornih metara
- reklamni pano i informacijski stup oglasne površine do 12 četvornih metara, a oglasne površine veće od 12 četvornih metara u skladu s tipskim projektom za kojega je doneseno rješenje na temelju članka 77. Zakona o gradnji ili tehnička ocjena sukladno posebnom zakonu, ako spomenutim Pravilnikom nije propisano drukčije

Bez građevinske dozvole i glavnog projekta mogu se izvoditi radovi:
- redovitog održavanja postojeće građevine
- održavanja, hitnih popravaka ili nužnih popravaka zajedničkih dijelova i uređaja zgrade ili posebnih dijelova zgrade, propisani posebnim propisom kojim se uređuju pitanja namjene sredstava zajedničke pričuve radi održavanja zgrada u suvlasništvu, kojima se ne utječe na način ispunjavanja temeljnih zahtjeva za građevinu mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti ili sigurnosti u slučaju požara.

Mogućnost gradnje bez građevinske dozvole - Ovo su građevine koje se mogu graditi i radovi koji se mogu izvoditi bez akta kojim se odobrava građenje.
Za jednostavne i druge građevine i radove određene Pravilnikom o jednostavnim i drugim građevinama i radovima kao što su:
- cisterne
- vrtne sjenice
- terase
- ograde
- staze
- manje poljoprivredne građevine
- terase do 20 četvornih metara
- spremnik za komunalni otpad
- ograde visine do 2,2 metra mjereno od najnižeg dijela
- pješačke staze itd.
nije potrebno ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu već se građenju može pristupiti bez građevinske dozvole i bez glavnog projekta, piše ZGRADOnačelnik.
Nadalje, bez građevinske dozvole i glavnoga projekta mogu se graditi:
- slobodnostojeća ili sa zgradom konstruktivno povezana nadstrešnica, tlocrtne površine do 20 četvornih metara, izvan tlocrtnih gabarita postojeće zgrade
- terasa uz postojeću zgradu u razini terena tlocrtne površine do 20 četvornih metara
- reklamni pano i informacijski stup oglasne površine do 12 četvornih metara, a oglasne površine veće od 12 četvornih metara u skladu s tipskim projektom za kojega je doneseno rješenje na temelju članka 77. Zakona o gradnji ili tehnička ocjena sukladno posebnom zakonu, ako spomenutim Pravilnikom nije propisano drukčije

Bez građevinske dozvole i glavnog projekta mogu se izvoditi radovi:
- redovitog održavanja postojeće građevine
- održavanja, hitnih popravaka ili nužnih popravaka zajedničkih dijelova i uređaja zgrade ili posebnih dijelova zgrade, propisani posebnim propisom kojim se uređuju pitanja namjene sredstava zajedničke pričuve radi održavanja zgrada u suvlasništvu, kojima se ne utječe na način ispunjavanja temeljnih zahtjeva za građevinu mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti ili sigurnosti u slučaju požara.
