Kninjanka Nensi Ćaćić (25) je nedavno diplomirala stomatologiju, pred njom su bili brojni planovi - od posla, putovanja do svega onoga što djevojku u dvadesetima veseli. Međutim, jedan dan se sve preokrenulo: počeo joj se magliti vid, stvarale su se dvoslike, teško je razaznavala slova. Otišla je kod oftalmologa, koji je utvrdio da je s očima sve u redu, ali ju je poslao neurologu.

Napravili su snimku mozga i liječnici su imali što vidjeti. Tumor glioblastom (veličine oraha) se nalazi u okcipitalnom režnju mozga, dijelu odgovornom za obradu informacija koje mozak dobiva preko očiju. Jednostavnim rječnikom - karcinom je može ostaviti bez vida, a ugrožen joj je i život.

Glioblastom (GBM) je, navodi hrvatska udruga za oboljele od tumora mozga, najzloćudniji tumor mozga. Uzrokuje povišenje intrakranijalnog tlaka (tlaka unutar lubanje) s glavoboljom i povraćanjem te poremećajem koordinacije. Često se preko središnjeg dijela mozga lepezasto širi u drugu polovicu mozga. Stanice se brzo dijele, tumor brzo raste te brzo nastaju simptomi jer se mozak ne uspijeva prilagoditi.

Tumorska masa zna biti velika. Onkolozi objašnjavaju da, gledano golim okom, takav tumor nema oštre granice prema okolnim područjima, stoga reakcija liječnika mora biti hitna.

- Mi nemamo vremena za čekanje. Nakon dijagnoze razgovarali smo s brojnim liječnicima u Šibeniku i Hrvatskoj, rečeno nam je da u Zagrebu ima vrhunski hrvatski kirurg koji bi je mogao operirati, ali međutim Nensin tumor je na jako specifičnom mjestu. A tom kirurgu to nije uža specijalnost. Cijenimo naše liječnike, ali ipak bismo voljeli da naše dijete dođe u ruke nekoga tko se već prije s ovim tumorom na tom mjestu susreo.

To je ipak mozak i neki krivi potez naše dijete može pretvoriti u osobu s invaliditetom. Stručnjaci s kojima smo pričali ukazali su nam na slučaj Kninjanina Borisa Milinčića (31) koji se već nekoliko godina bori s istim agresivnim tumorom mozga, opasnim glioblastom. U Hrvatskoj su mu bile iscrpljene sve metode liječenja, ali je otišao u Tursku, javio se poznatom lancu bolnica "AciBadem". I koliko smo čuli od obitelji, pomogli su mu.

Stoga smo i mi odlučili poslati dokumentaciju u Tursku, povratno su nam se javili i rekli da nam mogu pomoći, ali su troškovi operacije i postoperativnog postupka veliki. Stoga molimo dobre ljude da pomognu... - kaže nam Marijo Ćaćić, inače kninski dogradonačelnik i šef tamošnjeg Stožera civilne zaštite. S nama je pričao dok se sa ženom Anđelom i kćeri vozio u Zagreb na aerodrom.

- Sve smo izorganizirali, svaki nam je dan važan, želimo joj sačuvati vid, ali i život naše Nensi. Stoga smo krenuli put Turske. Ona je trenutno dobro, vjeruje da će joj turski liječnici pomoći. Zovu nas brojni ljudi iz cijele Hrvatske, hvala svma na podršci i pomoći. Novac koji ostane nakon operacije i postoperativnog liječenja ćemo uplatiti udruzi koja se brine o osobama koje se liječe od malignih tumora ili potrebitoj obitelji - kaže nam gospodin Ćaćić, navodeći da je čak dvadeset tisuća eura potrebno samo za osnovne tretmane i troškove puta do Turske, a njezina cjelokupna skrb vjerojatno će biti puno skuplja. Vrijeme je presudan faktor, upozorava još jednom otac.

Pokrenuta je i kampanja preko interneta, na stranici Gofundme.

Kninjanka Nensi Ćaćić (25) je nedavno diplomirala stomatologiju, pred njom su bili brojni planovi - od posla, putovanja do svega onoga što djevojku u dvadesetima veseli. Međutim, jedan dan se sve preokrenulo: počeo joj se magliti vid, stvarale su se dvoslike, teško je razaznavala slova. Otišla je kod oftalmologa, koji je utvrdio da je s očima sve u redu, ali ju je poslao neurologu.

Napravili su snimku mozga i liječnici su imali što vidjeti. Tumor glioblastom (veličine oraha) se nalazi u okcipitalnom režnju mozga, dijelu odgovornom za obradu informacija koje mozak dobiva preko očiju. Jednostavnim rječnikom - karcinom je može ostaviti bez vida, a ugrožen joj je i život.

Glioblastom (GBM) je, navodi hrvatska udruga za oboljele od tumora mozga, najzloćudniji tumor mozga. Uzrokuje povišenje intrakranijalnog tlaka (tlaka unutar lubanje) s glavoboljom i povraćanjem te poremećajem koordinacije. Često se preko središnjeg dijela mozga lepezasto širi u drugu polovicu mozga. Stanice se brzo dijele, tumor brzo raste te brzo nastaju simptomi jer se mozak ne uspijeva prilagoditi.

Tumorska masa zna biti velika. Onkolozi objašnjavaju da, gledano golim okom, takav tumor nema oštre granice prema okolnim područjima, stoga reakcija liječnika mora biti hitna.

- Mi nemamo vremena za čekanje. Nakon dijagnoze razgovarali smo s brojnim liječnicima u Šibeniku i Hrvatskoj, rečeno nam je da u Zagrebu ima vrhunski hrvatski kirurg koji bi je mogao operirati, ali međutim Nensin tumor je na jako specifičnom mjestu. A tom kirurgu to nije uža specijalnost. Cijenimo naše liječnike, ali ipak bismo voljeli da naše dijete dođe u ruke nekoga tko se već prije s ovim tumorom na tom mjestu susreo.

To je ipak mozak i neki krivi potez naše dijete može pretvoriti u osobu s invaliditetom. Stručnjaci s kojima smo pričali ukazali su nam na slučaj Kninjanina Borisa Milinčića (31) koji se već nekoliko godina bori s istim agresivnim tumorom mozga, opasnim glioblastom. U Hrvatskoj su mu bile iscrpljene sve metode liječenja, ali je otišao u Tursku, javio se poznatom lancu bolnica "AciBadem". I koliko smo čuli od obitelji, pomogli su mu.

Stoga smo i mi odlučili poslati dokumentaciju u Tursku, povratno su nam se javili i rekli da nam mogu pomoći, ali su troškovi operacije i postoperativnog postupka veliki. Stoga molimo dobre ljude da pomognu... - kaže nam Marijo Ćaćić, inače kninski dogradonačelnik i šef tamošnjeg Stožera civilne zaštite. S nama je pričao dok se sa ženom Anđelom i kćeri vozio u Zagreb na aerodrom.

- Sve smo izorganizirali, svaki nam je dan važan, želimo joj sačuvati vid, ali i život naše Nensi. Stoga smo krenuli put Turske. Ona je trenutno dobro, vjeruje da će joj turski liječnici pomoći. Zovu nas brojni ljudi iz cijele Hrvatske, hvala svma na podršci i pomoći. Novac koji ostane nakon operacije i postoperativnog liječenja ćemo uplatiti udruzi koja se brine o osobama koje se liječe od malignih tumora ili potrebitoj obitelji - kaže nam gospodin Ćaćić, navodeći da je čak dvadeset tisuća eura potrebno samo za osnovne tretmane i troškove puta do Turske, a njezina cjelokupna skrb vjerojatno će biti puno skuplja. Vrijeme je presudan faktor, upozorava još jednom otac.

Pokrenuta je i kampanja preko interneta, na stranici Gofundme.

Kninjanka Nensi Ćaćić (25) je nedavno diplomirala stomatologiju, pred njom su bili brojni planovi - od posla, putovanja do svega onoga što djevojku u dvadesetima veseli. Međutim, jedan dan se sve preokrenulo: počeo joj se magliti vid, stvarale su se dvoslike, teško je razaznavala slova. Otišla je kod oftalmologa, koji je utvrdio da je s očima sve u redu, ali ju je poslao neurologu.

Napravili su snimku mozga i liječnici su imali što vidjeti. Tumor glioblastom (veličine oraha) se nalazi u okcipitalnom režnju mozga, dijelu odgovornom za obradu informacija koje mozak dobiva preko očiju. Jednostavnim rječnikom - karcinom je može ostaviti bez vida, a ugrožen joj je i život.
