Djelatnik Hitne pomoći podijelio je na Facebook stranici HITNA uživo 194 priču o dvjema hitnim intervencijama koje su se dogodile u jednom danu, u razmaku od samo nekoliko sati.

"Bio je početak osmog mjeseca. Radio sam s Norom i Darkom. Dobivamo dojavu da u jednom selu pokraj Daruvara majka vrišti na telefon da joj dijete umire. Uzimamo opremu, idemo prema sanitetu. Na vratima nas dočeka pacijent i kaže da ga boli grlo. Odgovorim mu da na ulazu u DZ imam dežurnu ambulantu pa nek' se javi gore, što njemu ne odgovara i glasno negoduje. Sjedamo u sanitet i odlazimo na intervenciju.

Do tog sela treba nam 15 minuta. Dok jurimo tamo, svaka minuta nam traje kao sat. Kad je tako nešto nedorečeno i još je dijete u pitanju, adrenalin te pere strašno i želiš što prije doći na mjesto. Dolazimo pred kuću. Majka nosi dijete na rukama, od 7 ili 8 godina, prema nama. Kroz plač govori da su ga izgrizili stršljeni dok se penjalo na krušku. Uzmem ga od nje, stavim na nosila i krećemo prema Pakracu.

Dijete je bez svijesti, koža mu je žarko crvena, natečeno je, teško diše. Stavljamo ga na kisik, dajemo mu potrebnu terapiju i jurimo za Pakrac. Pred nama je pola sata vožnje i nadanja da će terapija početi što prije djelovati. Dok radiš oko pacijenta u takvom stanju, samo si fokusiran na njega. Pratiš vitalne i spremaš se na ono najgore. Do tada još nisam imao slučaj da mi je dijete umrlo. Toga me je uvijek bilo strah. Sve može, samo to ne.

Hvala Bogu, pred Pakracom je dijete odreagiralo na terapiju i otvorilo oči. Odahnuli smo, predali ga kolegama i krenuli prema bazi. Putem vrtiš cijelu situaciju u glavi i pričaš s timom o tome. Sretni smo što je dobro završilo. Dolazimo u bazu i dok spremam vozilo za sljedeću intervenciju dolazi mi opet onaj čovjek i inzistira da mu naša doktorica pogleda grlo jer je gore u dežurnoj ambulaniti gužva, a njemu se žuri. Kažem mu da ne može tako, da smo mi tu za hitna stanja, na što mi počne psovati državu, ministra, hitnu i sve druge jer on je sebi hitan.

Totalno ga izignoriram jer sam još uvijek u onom djetetu i ulazim u ambulantu. Nije prošlo par minuta. Zvoni telefon za intervenciju. Viče Nora: 'Tomo, pao je avion'. Mislio sam da me zeza. Kakav avion u Daruvaru? Uzimamo opremu, izlazimo iz ambulante, a ispred nje još uvijek stoji onaj s bolesnim grlom i komentira skupa s još jednim čovjekom kako mi ništa ne radimo, kako nas on plaća, a od nas nema koristi. Sjedamo u sanitet i idemo na mjesto nesreće. Iz daleka se vidi gusti crni dim na brdu pokraj Daruvara. Ovaj posao te uvijek iznenadi i svaka situacija je drugačija.

Na mjesto pada smo došli prvi. Radilo se o sportskom zrakoplovu. Gore na mjestu pada bila su dva čovjeka koji su plakali i govorili da su u avionu bile dvije osobe. Dolazim do olupine, miris spaljenih ljudi je intenzivan, prepoznajem jedno tijelo. Drugo ne vidim. Dolaze ubrzo i vatrogasci. Pada nam svašta na pamet. Da je druga osoba možda ispala prije pada ili da je iskočila. Zajedno s vatrogascima češljamo teren. Nakon nekog vremena vraćam se nazad do olupine i na metar od sebe vidim nešto što liči na drugo ljudsko tijelo.

Sve lađe su nam potonule i ono malo nade je nestalo. Silaziš s onog brda, a dolje su se već okupili članovi obitelji. Ovo je mali grad, ljudi se poznaju. Jedan poginuli šogor je mog prijatelja iz djetinjstva. Kamen bi proplakao kad osjetiš tu tugu. Odlaziš od tamo i sa sobom nosiš slike koje će te pratiti cijeli život. Miris koji ti ostaje u nosu sljedećih nekoliko dana. Nije ti do jela, do ljudi, ne možeš spavati. Ako s nekim možeš pričati o tome, onda su to samo ljudi iz tvog tima koji su bili taj dan tamo. Oni te razumiju, drugi ne. Vraćamo se u bazu i putem šutimo. Kao da nismo svjesni čemu smo upravo svjedočili. Dolazimo pred ambulantu, izlazimo iz saniteta i taman iz DZ izlazi onaj s upalom grla, maše receptom i dobacuje nam kako u ovoj državi ipak ima ljudi koji zarade svoju plaću, a mi to očito nismo!

Kada mi hitnjaci ne cijenimo dovoljno sami sebe i posao koji radimo, što onda možemo očekivati od drugih? Ništa!"

Na vratima nas dočeka pacijent i kaže da ga boli grlo. Odgovorim mu da na ulazu u DZ imam dežurnu ambulantu pa nek' se javi gore, što njemu ne odgovara i glasno negoduje. Sjedamo u sanitet i odlazimo na intervenciju.

Do tog sela treba nam 15 minuta. Dok jurimo tamo, svaka minuta nam traje kao sat. Kad je tako nešto nedorečeno i još je dijete u pitanju, adrenalin te pere strašno i želiš što prije doći na mjesto. Dolazimo pred kuću. Majka nosi dijete na rukama, od 7 ili 8 godina, prema nama. Kroz plač govori da su ga izgrizili stršljeni dok se penjalo na krušku. Uzmem ga od nje, stavim na nosila i krećemo prema Pakracu.

Dijete je bez svijesti, koža mu je žarko crvena, natečeno je, teško diše. Stavljamo ga na kisik, dajemo mu potrebnu terapiju i jurimo za Pakrac. Pred nama je pola sata vožnje i nadanja da će terapija početi što prije djelovati. Dok radiš oko pacijenta u takvom stanju, samo si fokusiran na njega. Pratiš vitalne i spremaš se na ono najgore. Do tada još nisam imao slučaj da mi je dijete umrlo. Toga me je uvijek bilo strah. Sve može, samo to ne.

Hvala Bogu, pred Pakracom je dijete odreagiralo na terapiju i otvorilo oči. Odahnuli smo, predali ga kolegama i krenuli prema bazi. Putem vrtiš cijelu situaciju u glavi i pričaš s timom o tome. Sretni smo što je dobro završilo. Dolazimo u bazu i dok spremam vozilo za sljedeću intervenciju dolazi mi opet onaj čovjek i inzistira da mu naša doktorica pogleda grlo jer je gore u dežurnoj ambulaniti gužva, a njemu se žuri. Kažem mu da ne može tako, da smo mi tu za hitna stanja, na što mi počne psovati državu, ministra, hitnu i sve druge jer on je sebi hitan.

Totalno ga izignoriram jer sam još uvijek u onom djetetu i ulazim u ambulantu. Nije prošlo par minuta. Zvoni telefon za intervenciju. Viče Nora: 'Tomo, pao je avion'. Mislio sam da me zeza. Kakav avion u Daruvaru? Uzimamo opremu, izlazimo iz ambulante, a ispred nje još uvijek stoji onaj s bolesnim grlom i komentira skupa s još jednim čovjekom kako mi ništa ne radimo, kako nas on plaća, a od nas nema koristi. Sjedamo u sanitet i idemo na mjesto nesreće. Iz daleka se vidi gusti crni dim na brdu pokraj Daruvara. Ovaj posao te uvijek iznenadi i svaka situacija je drugačija.

Na mjesto pada smo došli prvi. Radilo se o sportskom zrakoplovu. Gore na mjestu pada bila su dva čovjeka koji su plakali i govorili da su u avionu bile dvije osobe. Dolazim do olupine, miris spaljenih ljudi je intenzivan, prepoznajem jedno tijelo. Drugo ne vidim. Dolaze ubrzo i vatrogasci. Pada nam svašta na pamet. Da je druga osoba možda ispala prije pada ili da je iskočila. Zajedno s vatrogascima češljamo teren. Nakon nekog vremena vraćam se nazad do olupine i na metar od sebe vidim nešto što liči na drugo ljudsko tijelo.

Sve lađe su nam potonule i ono malo nade je nestalo. Silaziš s onog brda, a dolje su se već okupili članovi obitelji. Ovo je mali grad, ljudi se poznaju. Jedan poginuli šogor je mog prijatelja iz djetinjstva. Kamen bi proplakao kad osjetiš tu tugu. Odlaziš od tamo i sa sobom nosiš slike koje će te pratiti cijeli život. Miris koji ti ostaje u nosu sljedećih nekoliko dana. Nije ti do jela, do ljudi, ne možeš spavati. Ako s nekim možeš pričati o tome, onda su to samo ljudi iz tvog tima koji su bili taj dan tamo. Oni te razumiju, drugi ne. Vraćamo se u bazu i putem šutimo. Kao da nismo svjesni čemu smo upravo svjedočili. Dolazimo pred ambulantu, izlazimo iz saniteta i taman iz DZ izlazi onaj s upalom grla, maše receptom i dobacuje nam kako u ovoj državi ipak ima ljudi koji zarade svoju plaću, a mi to očito nismo!

Kada mi hitnjaci ne cijenimo dovoljno sami sebe i posao koji radimo, što onda možemo očekivati od drugih? Ništa!"
