Predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata Jasna Karačić ocjenjuje da u Hrvatskoj vlada veliki otpor cijepljenju i nepovjerenje prema struci zbog dezinformacija o covidu-19 koje se šire društvenim mrežama, a vlast nema kontrolu nad antivakserima ni građanima.

Širenje dezinformacija preko društvenih mreža puno je brže nego širenje znanstveno utemeljenih informacija. To je prisutno i u drugim državama, no kada se gleda prosjek u našoj zemlji je to izraženo najviše u cijeloj EU-u, rekla je Karačić Hini.

Poručuje da treba slušati stručnjake, ali treba reći da problem nastaje i u komunikaciji Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite koji javnosti ne šalje točne poruke.

"Prvo su pogriješili kada su pozivali na cijepljenje, a ljudi su shvatili kao da cjepivo sto posto štiti, pa se mogu prestati ponašati odgovorno", kaže Karačić.

Vlast očito nema kontrolu nad antivakserima, ali i nad svojim građanima koji su bili u dilemi oko cijepljenja, a odustali su, primjerice, jer nisu dobili potrebne informacije ni nakon što su predali zahtjev preko službene stranice Cijepise.hr. 

"To je tako kada cvjećari rade službene stranice Vlade, to se ne radi na profesionalnoj razini kao u ostalim europskim državama. Pratim sve europske sustave, najviše Belgiju i Italiju, i tamo su svugdje u funkciji covid potvrde, ne može nitko pristupiti apsolutno nigdje bez skeniranja tih potvrda", rekla je Karačić.

Opet će doći do porasta kroničnih i onkoloških bolesti

Problemi drugih pacijenata u pandemiji su eskalirali, ograničen im je pristup zdravstvenoj zaštiti jer im mnoge bolnice zbog covid pacijenata uskraćuju redovnu zdravstvenu zaštitu. U takvoj situaciji, mnogi pacijenti morali su ići privatnim liječnicima, pa je privatni zdravstveni sektor profitirao u krizi. 

"Druge europske zemlje svojim su kroničnim bolesnicima osigurale konzultacije s liječnicima, a nisu se posvetile samo covid bolesnicima. Zato će se sada ponoviti lanjski problemi - doći će do porasta kroničnih i onkoloških bolesti, pa ćemo udvostručiti brojeve smrtnih ishoda od drugih bolesti koje smo mogli spriječiti", smatra Karačić.

Kao primjer navodi susjednu Italiju gdje su covid potvrde svugdje obvezne, a vlast nije lagala narodu već je odmah rekla da je to sinonim za cijepljenje. Nitko nema ni vremena niti novca testirati se svakih par dana.

Svi zdravstveni djelatnici od početka su bili obvezni cijepiti se, oni koji nisu htjeli dobili su otkaze. 

"To tamo solidno funkcionira. Bolnice imaju dovoljno kapaciteta i uređaja na intenzivnoj njezi i znatno je manji broj necijepljenih. Zato imaju znatno više slobodnih kapaciteta od nas", kaže Karačić.

Predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata Jasna Karačić ocjenjuje da u Hrvatskoj vlada veliki otpor cijepljenju i nepovjerenje prema struci zbog dezinformacija o covidu-19 koje se šire društvenim mrežama, a vlast nema kontrolu nad antivakserima ni građanima.

Širenje dezinformacija preko društvenih mreža puno je brže nego širenje znanstveno utemeljenih informacija. To je prisutno i u drugim državama, no kada se gleda prosjek u našoj zemlji je to izraženo najviše u cijeloj EU-u, rekla je Karačić Hini.

Poručuje da treba slušati stručnjake, ali treba reći da problem nastaje i u komunikaciji Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite koji javnosti ne šalje točne poruke.

"Prvo su pogriješili kada su pozivali na cijepljenje, a ljudi su shvatili kao da cjepivo sto posto štiti, pa se mogu prestati ponašati odgovorno", kaže Karačić.

Vlast očito nema kontrolu nad antivakserima, ali i nad svojim građanima koji su bili u dilemi oko cijepljenja, a odustali su, primjerice, jer nisu dobili potrebne informacije ni nakon što su predali zahtjev preko službene stranice Cijepise.hr. 

"To je tako kada cvjećari rade službene stranice Vlade, to se ne radi na profesionalnoj razini kao u ostalim europskim državama. Pratim sve europske sustave, najviše Belgiju i Italiju, i tamo su svugdje u funkciji covid potvrde, ne može nitko pristupiti apsolutno nigdje bez skeniranja tih potvrda", rekla je Karačić.

Opet će doći do porasta kroničnih i onkoloških bolesti

Problemi drugih pacijenata u pandemiji su eskalirali, ograničen im je pristup zdravstvenoj zaštiti jer im mnoge bolnice zbog covid pacijenata uskraćuju redovnu zdravstvenu zaštitu. U takvoj situaciji, mnogi pacijenti morali su ići privatnim liječnicima, pa je privatni zdravstveni sektor profitirao u krizi. 

"Druge europske zemlje svojim su kroničnim bolesnicima osigurale konzultacije s liječnicima, a nisu se posvetile samo covid bolesnicima. Zato će se sada ponoviti lanjski problemi - doći će do porasta kroničnih i onkoloških bolesti, pa ćemo udvostručiti brojeve smrtnih ishoda od drugih bolesti koje smo mogli spriječiti", smatra Karačić.

Kao primjer navodi susjednu Italiju gdje su covid potvrde svugdje obvezne, a vlast nije lagala narodu već je odmah rekla da je to sinonim za cijepljenje. Nitko nema ni vremena niti novca testirati se svakih par dana.

Svi zdravstveni djelatnici od početka su bili obvezni cijepiti se, oni koji nisu htjeli dobili su otkaze. 

"To tamo solidno funkcionira. Bolnice imaju dovoljno kapaciteta i uređaja na intenzivnoj njezi i znatno je manji broj necijepljenih. Zato imaju znatno više slobodnih kapaciteta od nas", kaže Karačić.

Predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata Jasna Karačić ocjenjuje da u Hrvatskoj vlada veliki otpor cijepljenju i nepovjerenje prema struci zbog dezinformacija o covidu-19 koje se šire društvenim mrežama, a vlast nema kontrolu nad antivakserima ni građanima.

Širenje dezinformacija preko društvenih mreža puno je brže nego širenje znanstveno utemeljenih informacija. To je prisutno i u drugim državama, no kada se gleda prosjek u našoj zemlji je to izraženo najviše u cijeloj EU-u, rekla je Karačić Hini.

Poručuje da treba slušati stručnjake, ali treba reći da problem nastaje i u komunikaciji Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite koji javnosti ne šalje točne poruke.
