Europski zdravstveni regulator objavio je danas da je ustanovio moguću vezu između cjepiva američke tvrtke Johnsona&Johnsona protiv covida-19 i rijetkog stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka kod odraslih koji su primili cjepivo u SAD-u, ali je istaknuo da korist od cijepljenja premašuje rizik, piše Jutarnji list.
Kako će izgledati cijepljenje cjepivom Johnson&Johnson i kada će ono početi, u Dnevniku Nove TV otkrio je epidemiolog Bernard Kaić.
"Cijepljenje bi moglo početi čim HALMED izda dozvolu za unos serije. Moglo bi biti za dan-dva. Čekala se objava Europske agencije za lijekove. Uvjeriti ljude da se cijepe, isto je kao i s cjepivom AstraZenece. Trebaju razumjeti da je rizik od COVID-a puno veći za njihovo zdravlje nego od cjepiva", kazao je Kaić.
"Kažu da cjepiva AstraZenece i Johnson&Johnsona mogu u vrlo rijetkim slučajevima izazvati neobične vrste tromboze s krvarenjima, ali COVID kod težih slučajeva u 20 posto više izaziva krvarenja, a našao sam i da ljudi koji su umrli od COVID-a, na obdukciji je kod 90 posto njih nađena tromboza u plućnim žilama. Tako da je rizik od COVID-a neusporedivo veći negoli od cijepljenja", objasnio je Kaić.
Nizak interes kod učitelja
Odgovarajući na pitanje o činjenici kako se gotovo dvije trećine djelatnika osnovnih i srednjih škola ne želi cijepiti protiv korone poručuje kako ga čudi tako nizak interes.
"Tako je bilo na početku i među zdravstvenim djelatnicima, u prosincu kad smo počeli cijepiti. Imali smo relativno nizak interes, nekih 30 do 40 posto. Vremenom ih je cijepljeno 75 posto. Porastao je interes kod onih koji se u početku nisu htjeli cijepiti", rekao je Kaić i dodao kako vjeruje da će tako biti i s nastavnicima.
Intenziviranje cijepljenja
Komentirajući sastanak s premijerom Andrejem Plenkovićem kaže kako je bilo riječi o planu intenziviranja cijepljenja cjepivima koja trebaju stići.
"Cijepljenje se svakako mora intenzivirati. Da se donese plan kako će se povećani broj doza koje dolaze na vrijeme upotrijebiti", rekao je Kaić i dodao da je u srijedu sastanak s ravnateljima ZZJZ-a.
"Činjenica je da će se morati organizirati punktovi, ali i cijepljenje u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine i svi drugi koji to mogu, uključujući medicine rada. Mi smo do sada upotrijebili 700 tisuća doza. Do kraja lipnja nam dolazi još 2,5 milijuna doza. Morat ćemo cijepiti četverostruko brže nego do sada", rekao je Kaić.
O nuspojavama
Za nuspojave kaže kako se mogu dogoditi i naknadno.
"Imamo neposredne nuspojave, unutar par sati, kao alergijske reakcije. Imamo koje zovemo gripolike bolesti, umor u mišićima, boli cijelo tijelo, čovjek je umoran. One se javljaju dan-dva nakon cijepljenja", rekao je Kaić.
"Imamo prijavljene neurološke simptome, poput paralize pola lica, unutar 10 do 15 dana nakon cijepljenja, a imamo i prijave poremećaja krvarenja i to na sva cjepiva. Ili razne vrste zgrušavanja krvi poput venske tromboze nogu ili čak plućne embolije, imamo i potkožna krvarenja. To se pojavljuje unutar dva tjedna od cijepljenja", zaključio je Kaić.

Europski zdravstveni regulator objavio je danas da je ustanovio moguću vezu između cjepiva američke tvrtke Johnsona&Johnsona protiv covida-19 i rijetkog stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka kod odraslih koji su primili cjepivo u SAD-u, ali je istaknuo da korist od cijepljenja premašuje rizik, piše Jutarnji list.
Kako će izgledati cijepljenje cjepivom Johnson&Johnson i kada će ono početi, u Dnevniku Nove TV otkrio je epidemiolog Bernard Kaić.
"Cijepljenje bi moglo početi čim HALMED izda dozvolu za unos serije. Moglo bi biti za dan-dva. Čekala se objava Europske agencije za lijekove. Uvjeriti ljude da se cijepe, isto je kao i s cjepivom AstraZenece. Trebaju razumjeti da je rizik od COVID-a puno veći za njihovo zdravlje nego od cjepiva", kazao je Kaić.
"Kažu da cjepiva AstraZenece i Johnson&Johnsona mogu u vrlo rijetkim slučajevima izazvati neobične vrste tromboze s krvarenjima, ali COVID kod težih slučajeva u 20 posto više izaziva krvarenja, a našao sam i da ljudi koji su umrli od COVID-a, na obdukciji je kod 90 posto njih nađena tromboza u plućnim žilama. Tako da je rizik od COVID-a neusporedivo veći negoli od cijepljenja", objasnio je Kaić.
Nizak interes kod učitelja
Odgovarajući na pitanje o činjenici kako se gotovo dvije trećine djelatnika osnovnih i srednjih škola ne želi cijepiti protiv korone poručuje kako ga čudi tako nizak interes.
"Tako je bilo na početku i među zdravstvenim djelatnicima, u prosincu kad smo počeli cijepiti. Imali smo relativno nizak interes, nekih 30 do 40 posto. Vremenom ih je cijepljeno 75 posto. Porastao je interes kod onih koji se u početku nisu htjeli cijepiti", rekao je Kaić i dodao kako vjeruje da će tako biti i s nastavnicima.
Intenziviranje cijepljenja
Komentirajući sastanak s premijerom Andrejem Plenkovićem kaže kako je bilo riječi o planu intenziviranja cijepljenja cjepivima koja trebaju stići.
"Cijepljenje se svakako mora intenzivirati. Da se donese plan kako će se povećani broj doza koje dolaze na vrijeme upotrijebiti", rekao je Kaić i dodao da je u srijedu sastanak s ravnateljima ZZJZ-a.
"Činjenica je da će se morati organizirati punktovi, ali i cijepljenje u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine i svi drugi koji to mogu, uključujući medicine rada. Mi smo do sada upotrijebili 700 tisuća doza. Do kraja lipnja nam dolazi još 2,5 milijuna doza. Morat ćemo cijepiti četverostruko brže nego do sada", rekao je Kaić.
O nuspojavama
Za nuspojave kaže kako se mogu dogoditi i naknadno.
"Imamo neposredne nuspojave, unutar par sati, kao alergijske reakcije. Imamo koje zovemo gripolike bolesti, umor u mišićima, boli cijelo tijelo, čovjek je umoran. One se javljaju dan-dva nakon cijepljenja", rekao je Kaić.
"Imamo prijavljene neurološke simptome, poput paralize pola lica, unutar 10 do 15 dana nakon cijepljenja, a imamo i prijave poremećaja krvarenja i to na sva cjepiva. Ili razne vrste zgrušavanja krvi poput venske tromboze nogu ili čak plućne embolije, imamo i potkožna krvarenja. To se pojavljuje unutar dva tjedna od cijepljenja", zaključio je Kaić.
