Cjepivo protiv covida neće postati obvezno, niti su u planu bilo kakve izmjene zakona kojima bi se to omogućilo, ali osobe koje neće imati covid digitalnu potvrdu bit će itekako ograničene.

Kako su za Jutarnji list rekli iz Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, sve se može "elegantno" riješiti tako da se primjerice u bolnice uvede obveza da svaka osoba koja ulazi u zdravstvenu ustanovu, bila ona zaposlenik ili pacijent (naravno izuzev hitnih slučajeva) mora imati covid digitalnu potvrdu. U prijevodu, ako kao zaposlenik nisi cijepljen ili nisi prebolio bolest, da bi došao na posao morao bi se testirati svakih 48 sati. Ako si pacijent, a nisi hitni, bez potvrde nema ulaska u bolnicu.

Potvrdio je to dijelom i ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš za Index riječima kako razmatraju da zbog pružanja sigurnosti pacijentima uvedu testiranje kod ulaska u bolnicu, ali i da zdravstveni djelatnici rade koliko im traje covid potvrda ili da se svakih 48 sati testiraju.

No s obzirom na informacije koje je Jutarnji list dobio iz Stožera, u dogledno vrijeme očekuje se da se nešto slično propiše za cijeli javni sektor, pa i šire.

- Prvenstveno idemo u smjeru da procijepimo ljude koji su u najvećem kontaktu s drugim ljudima. Radi se o vozačima u javnom prijevozu, učiteljima, profesorima, odgojiteljima, zdravstvenim radnicima, ljudima koji rade na šalterima ili su na drugi način u svakodnevnom kontaktu s većim brojem ljudi. Naš cilj je sad spriječiti širenje bolesti i stvoriti uvjete da najesen nemamo val kakav smo imali prošle godine - pojasnio je Beroš.

Dakle, po svemu sudeći, ovo će biti način da se počne živjeti staro normalno, barem za one koji posjeduju QR kod ili potvrdu kojom se dokazuje da su preboljeli bolest, da su cijepljeni ili da su testirani unutar zadnjih 48 sati.

Ovakva odluka, doznaju, vjerojatno će se ticati čak i šoping centara, gdje bi građani s potvrdom mogli šetati bez maske i bez razmaka.

Jedina razlika od starog normalnog bi bila očitavanje koda na ulazu. Prema informacijama s kojima raspolažemo, vrlo je vjerojatno da će u skoro vrijeme ulazak u sve veće prostore, koji uključuju i šoping centre, biti moguć samo uz potvrdu.

Ovo bi, doznaju, trebao biti poticaj za građane da se cijepe u što većoj mjeri. Propisane obveze cijepljenja neće biti, a kad se covid digitalna potvrda uvede kao uvjet za ulaz u, primjerice, šoping centar, ostaje u domeni odluke koju donose Stožer i ne zahtijeva zakonske izmjene.

Potpredsjednik Vlade i šef stožera Davor Božinović rekao je kako je novost da se medicinske maske neće morati nositi u svim okolnostima, odnosno kad se na događanju nađu samo osobe koje posjeduju digitalnu potvrdu.

- One će sve više biti zamjena za nošenje maski - rekao je Božinović.

Da će covid potvrda biti sve važnija, kroz retke se dalo iščitati i u Božinovićevoj izjavi da je samo u petak u Hrvatskoj izdano 30 tisuća digitalnih potvrda, a ukupno oko 300 tisuća.

- Siguran sam će toga biti sve više. Dok se ne proglasi kraj epidemije, a nije baš nešto da je to na vidiku, bojim se da će uporaba tih potvrdi biti sve ekstenzivnija, pogotovo kad dođe jesen i kad će se morati ulaziti u zatvorene prostore - rekao je Božinović.

Renata Čulinović-Čaić, liječnica Županijske bolnice Čakovec i predsjednica Hrvatskog liječničkog sindikata, smatra da bi djelatnici zdravstvenih ustanova trebali imati obvezu cijepljenja, izuzev onih koji iz nekih objektivnih razloga ne smiju primiti cjepivo.

- U bolnice dolaze bolesni ljudi i nikako ne bi smjelo biti rizika da ih zarazi netko od zdravstvenog osoblja, a covid se ne bi trebao priznavati kao profesionalna bolest ako je odbijeno cijepljenje - kaže Čulinović-Čaić.

Cjepivo protiv covida neće postati obvezno, niti su u planu bilo kakve izmjene zakona kojima bi se to omogućilo, ali osobe koje neće imati covid digitalnu potvrdu bit će itekako ograničene.

Kako su za Jutarnji list rekli iz Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, sve se može "elegantno" riješiti tako da se primjerice u bolnice uvede obveza da svaka osoba koja ulazi u zdravstvenu ustanovu, bila ona zaposlenik ili pacijent (naravno izuzev hitnih slučajeva) mora imati covid digitalnu potvrdu. U prijevodu, ako kao zaposlenik nisi cijepljen ili nisi prebolio bolest, da bi došao na posao morao bi se testirati svakih 48 sati. Ako si pacijent, a nisi hitni, bez potvrde nema ulaska u bolnicu.

Potvrdio je to dijelom i ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš za Index riječima kako razmatraju da zbog pružanja sigurnosti pacijentima uvedu testiranje kod ulaska u bolnicu, ali i da zdravstveni djelatnici rade koliko im traje covid potvrda ili da se svakih 48 sati testiraju.

No s obzirom na informacije koje je Jutarnji list dobio iz Stožera, u dogledno vrijeme očekuje se da se nešto slično propiše za cijeli javni sektor, pa i šire.

- Prvenstveno idemo u smjeru da procijepimo ljude koji su u najvećem kontaktu s drugim ljudima. Radi se o vozačima u javnom prijevozu, učiteljima, profesorima, odgojiteljima, zdravstvenim radnicima, ljudima koji rade na šalterima ili su na drugi način u svakodnevnom kontaktu s većim brojem ljudi. Naš cilj je sad spriječiti širenje bolesti i stvoriti uvjete da najesen nemamo val kakav smo imali prošle godine - pojasnio je Beroš.

Dakle, po svemu sudeći, ovo će biti način da se počne živjeti staro normalno, barem za one koji posjeduju QR kod ili potvrdu kojom se dokazuje da su preboljeli bolest, da su cijepljeni ili da su testirani unutar zadnjih 48 sati.

Ovakva odluka, doznaju, vjerojatno će se ticati čak i šoping centara, gdje bi građani s potvrdom mogli šetati bez maske i bez razmaka.

Jedina razlika od starog normalnog bi bila očitavanje koda na ulazu. Prema informacijama s kojima raspolažemo, vrlo je vjerojatno da će u skoro vrijeme ulazak u sve veće prostore, koji uključuju i šoping centre, biti moguć samo uz potvrdu.

Ovo bi, doznaju, trebao biti poticaj za građane da se cijepe u što većoj mjeri. Propisane obveze cijepljenja neće biti, a kad se covid digitalna potvrda uvede kao uvjet za ulaz u, primjerice, šoping centar, ostaje u domeni odluke koju donose Stožer i ne zahtijeva zakonske izmjene.

Potpredsjednik Vlade i šef stožera Davor Božinović rekao je kako je novost da se medicinske maske neće morati nositi u svim okolnostima, odnosno kad se na događanju nađu samo osobe koje posjeduju digitalnu potvrdu.

- One će sve više biti zamjena za nošenje maski - rekao je Božinović.

Da će covid potvrda biti sve važnija, kroz retke se dalo iščitati i u Božinovićevoj izjavi da je samo u petak u Hrvatskoj izdano 30 tisuća digitalnih potvrda, a ukupno oko 300 tisuća.

- Siguran sam će toga biti sve više. Dok se ne proglasi kraj epidemije, a nije baš nešto da je to na vidiku, bojim se da će uporaba tih potvrdi biti sve ekstenzivnija, pogotovo kad dođe jesen i kad će se morati ulaziti u zatvorene prostore - rekao je Božinović.

Renata Čulinović-Čaić, liječnica Županijske bolnice Čakovec i predsjednica Hrvatskog liječničkog sindikata, smatra da bi djelatnici zdravstvenih ustanova trebali imati obvezu cijepljenja, izuzev onih koji iz nekih objektivnih razloga ne smiju primiti cjepivo.

- U bolnice dolaze bolesni ljudi i nikako ne bi smjelo biti rizika da ih zarazi netko od zdravstvenog osoblja, a covid se ne bi trebao priznavati kao profesionalna bolest ako je odbijeno cijepljenje - kaže Čulinović-Čaić.
