Presuda u slučaju Spice, u kojem bivšeg potpredsjednika vlade Damira Polančeca i sedmoricu njegovih suoptuženika terete da su novcem Podravke pokušali preuzeti vlasništvo nad tom tvrtkom trebala bi biti objavljena u ponedjeljak 18. srpnja.

Više od pet godina od početka jednog od najkompleksnijih postupaka u povijesti hrvatskog pravosuđa na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu u srijedu su okončani završni govori obrane, nakon što je prošlog tjedna to učinio i Uskok. Sudac Siniša Pleše objavu nepravomoćne presude zakazao je za ponedjeljak u 9,30 sati.

Uz Polančeca i bivše čelnike koprivničke tvrtke Darka Marinca, Zdravka Šestaka, Josipa Pavlovića i Sašu Romca, optuženi su i vlasnik i direktor splitske tvrtke SMS Srđan Mladinić, suvlasnik varaždinske Fima Grupe Milan Horvat te odvjetnik Zoran Marković.

Suprotno Uskoku koji je u svom završnom govoru zatražio osuđujuću presudu za sve optuženike koje tereti da su pokušavajući preuzeti Podravku tu tvrtku oštetili za gotovo 400 milijuna kuna, obrana ističe da tužiteljstvo nije dokazalo ni jednu tvrdnju iz optužnice.

Po riječima Polančecova odvjetnika Ante Nobila, "tužiteljstvo nije čak ni u optužnici opisalo radnje koje bi predstavljale kazneno djelo", a slučaj je baziran na iskazima dvojice svjedoka, Miroslava Vitkovića i Zdravka Dimača, za koje tvrdi da su dokazali kako su bili "lažni svjedoci".

Optužbe da su se udružili kako bi preuzeli većinsko vlasništvo nad Podravkom svi od početka odbacuju tvrdnjom da su koprivničku prehrambenu tvrtku tek branili od neprijateljskog preuzimanja.

Uskok u optužnici ističe da su optuženici navodno planirali preuzeti dionice Podravke u nekoliko koraka, od kojih je svaki pomno razrađen i opisan, dok obrana s druge strane tvrdi da je riječ o neutemeljenim konstrukcijama jer su optuženici zapravo branili koprivničku tvrtku.

Da je riječ o jednom od najopsežnijih pravosudnih postupaka dokazuju u brojke. Od početka suđenja u lipnju 2011. održano je oko 300 rasprava i ispitano preko 130 svjedoka, a sudski spis broji preko 50 tisuća stranica. Na suđenju je zabilježen i rekord u iznošenju obrana. Tako je primjerice Šestak svoju obranu iznostio čak 32 dana, a Polančec deset.

Presuda u slučaju Spice, u kojem bivšeg potpredsjednika vlade Damira Polančeca i sedmoricu njegovih suoptuženika terete da su novcem Podravke pokušali preuzeti vlasništvo nad tom tvrtkom trebala bi biti objavljena u ponedjeljak 18. srpnja.

Više od pet godina od početka jednog od najkompleksnijih postupaka u povijesti hrvatskog pravosuđa na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu u srijedu su okončani završni govori obrane, nakon što je prošlog tjedna to učinio i Uskok. Sudac Siniša Pleše objavu nepravomoćne presude zakazao je za ponedjeljak u 9,30 sati.

Uz Polančeca i bivše čelnike koprivničke tvrtke Darka Marinca, Zdravka Šestaka, Josipa Pavlovića i Sašu Romca, optuženi su i vlasnik i direktor splitske tvrtke SMS Srđan Mladinić, suvlasnik varaždinske Fima Grupe Milan Horvat te odvjetnik Zoran Marković.

Suprotno Uskoku koji je u svom završnom govoru zatražio osuđujuću presudu za sve optuženike koje tereti da su pokušavajući preuzeti Podravku tu tvrtku oštetili za gotovo 400 milijuna kuna, obrana ističe da tužiteljstvo nije dokazalo ni jednu tvrdnju iz optužnice.

Po riječima Polančecova odvjetnika Ante Nobila, "tužiteljstvo nije čak ni u optužnici opisalo radnje koje bi predstavljale kazneno djelo", a slučaj je baziran na iskazima dvojice svjedoka, Miroslava Vitkovića i Zdravka Dimača, za koje tvrdi da su dokazali kako su bili "lažni svjedoci".

Optužbe da su se udružili kako bi preuzeli većinsko vlasništvo nad Podravkom svi od početka odbacuju tvrdnjom da su koprivničku prehrambenu tvrtku tek branili od neprijateljskog preuzimanja.

Uskok u optužnici ističe da su optuženici navodno planirali preuzeti dionice Podravke u nekoliko koraka, od kojih je svaki pomno razrađen i opisan, dok obrana s druge strane tvrdi da je riječ o neutemeljenim konstrukcijama jer su optuženici zapravo branili koprivničku tvrtku.

Da je riječ o jednom od najopsežnijih pravosudnih postupaka dokazuju u brojke. Od početka suđenja u lipnju 2011. održano je oko 300 rasprava i ispitano preko 130 svjedoka, a sudski spis broji preko 50 tisuća stranica. Na suđenju je zabilježen i rekord u iznošenju obrana. Tako je primjerice Šestak svoju obranu iznostio čak 32 dana, a Polančec deset.
