U Petrinji su u srijedu potpisana dva ugovora o obnovi obiteljskih kuća u vlasništvu države te uklanjanju i gradnji zamjenskih stambenih jedinica u vlasništvu RH na potresom pogođenom području, ukupno vrijednih 672 milijuna kuna, što je veliki korak u zbrinjavanju stradalnika.
Ugovore su u petrinjskoj vojarni „Pukovnik Predrag Matanović“ gdje je sjedište Stožera za otklanjan je posljedica potresa, potpisali ministrica regionalnoga razvoja i fondova EU Nataša Tramišak, državni tajnik Središnjeg državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje Gordan Hanžek i ravnatelj Središnje agencije za financiranje i ugovaranje programa i projekata EU Tomislav Petric.
Potpisivanju su nazočili i potpredsjednici Vlade Tomo Medved, Zdravko Marić i Boris Milošević, državni tajnici i saborski zastupnici.
Ministarstvo regionalnoga razvoja i fondova EU je za obnovu obiteljskih kuća osiguralo 111 milijuna eura za intervencijske mjere na potresom pogođenom području, a najviši mogući udio bespovratnih sredstava je 95 posto, odnosno 308 milijuna kuna.
Za izgradnju zamjenskih stambenih jedinica, najviši iznos bespovratnih sredstava je 95 posto, odnosno 332 milijuna kuna.
Rok provedbe projekata je tri godine.
Ministrica Nataša Tramišak je rekla kako je izmjenama operativnog programa EU omogućeno da se dio sredstava iskoristi za stambeno zbrinjavanje onih stradalnika koji se nalaze u lošijem ekonomsko-socijalnom položaju.
Naglasila je da će ostvarenje ova dva ugovora biti veliki doprinos revitalizaciji i razvoju stradalog područja. Projektima će biti obuhvaćeno šest lokacija na području Petrinje, Gline i Topuskog.

"U pet mjeseci rada Stožera za otklanjanje posljedica potresa učinjen je snažan iskorak u potpori stanovništvu i sanaciji šteta od potresa. Sada ulazimo u drugu fazu, a preduvjet za konstrukcijsku obnovu je uklanjanje objekata s najvišim stupnjem oštećenja, a takvih smo dosad uklonili 102, a 18 ih se uklanja", rekao je načelnik Stožera, ministar hrvatskih branitelja Tomo Medved.
Ovim će se projektom dodatno intenzivirati obnova na stradalom području. Obaveza nam je i do nove sezone grijanja stvoriti uvjete za 20.000 korisnika obiteljskih kuća da se mogu useliti u svoje domove, naglasio je.
"U proteklih je pet mjeseci Vlada RH učinila sve da stanovnici stradalog područja imaju normalne i sigurne uvjete za život. Sada nam predstoji gospodarska revitalizacija i obnova ovoga područja", rekao je Medved.
Obuhvaćeno oko 9.000 kuća, trećina od ukupno 27.000 oštećenih objekata
Državni tajnik Gordan Hanžek je rekao kako se dosad provodila nekonstrukcijska obnova za koju je došlo ukupno 6490 prijava, što govori o razmjerima potresa. Dosad je 60 kuća završeno, a na 100 kuća je obnova u tijeku, dok je u pripremi obnova još 400 kuća.
Ovim ugovorima, rekao je Hanžek, dodatno će se obnoviti 1564 kuće u državnom vlasništvu i izgraditi 1013 zamjenskih stanova.
Ovim je projektima obuhvaćeno oko 9.000 kuća, ili trećina od ukupno 27.000 oštećenih objekata, dodao je.
Zadovoljstvo danas potpisanim ugovorima izrazio je i Tomislav Petric, rekavši da Središnja agencija provodi ukupno osam sličnih ugovora. Posljednja dva pripremljena su u tri mjeseca, a dokumentacija za njihovo provođenje je već u pripremi.
U rebalansu proračuna potrebe za zdravstvo i obnovu bit će prioriteti
Da je riječ o izazovnim projektima, velikim izdvajanjima i skupim projektima, potvrdio je ministar financija Zdravko Marić. Za ilustraciju je napomenuo kako je procijenjena šteta od covida-19 na državni proračun nešto više od 32 milijarde kuna, a procijenjena šteta od dva potresa je četiri puta veća.
Od prvog dana, rekao je Marić, Vlada je odlučila reagirati adekvatno i promptno. Nove su okolnosti ubrzale i rad na rebalansu državnog proračuna, što je za Vladu raritet, da se rebalans donosi u prvoj polovici godine.
Ministar financija najavio je da će u rebalansu proračuna potrebe za zdravstvo i obnovu biti prioriteti. Proračun će se izraditi već idući tjedan, te uputiti na Vladu i potom u Hrvatski sabor.

U Petrinji su u srijedu potpisana dva ugovora o obnovi obiteljskih kuća u vlasništvu države te uklanjanju i gradnji zamjenskih stambenih jedinica u vlasništvu RH na potresom pogođenom području, ukupno vrijednih 672 milijuna kuna, što je veliki korak u zbrinjavanju stradalnika.
Ugovore su u petrinjskoj vojarni „Pukovnik Predrag Matanović“ gdje je sjedište Stožera za otklanjan je posljedica potresa, potpisali ministrica regionalnoga razvoja i fondova EU Nataša Tramišak, državni tajnik Središnjeg državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje Gordan Hanžek i ravnatelj Središnje agencije za financiranje i ugovaranje programa i projekata EU Tomislav Petric.
Potpisivanju su nazočili i potpredsjednici Vlade Tomo Medved, Zdravko Marić i Boris Milošević, državni tajnici i saborski zastupnici.
Ministarstvo regionalnoga razvoja i fondova EU je za obnovu obiteljskih kuća osiguralo 111 milijuna eura za intervencijske mjere na potresom pogođenom području, a najviši mogući udio bespovratnih sredstava je 95 posto, odnosno 308 milijuna kuna.
Za izgradnju zamjenskih stambenih jedinica, najviši iznos bespovratnih sredstava je 95 posto, odnosno 332 milijuna kuna.
Rok provedbe projekata je tri godine.
Ministrica Nataša Tramišak je rekla kako je izmjenama operativnog programa EU omogućeno da se dio sredstava iskoristi za stambeno zbrinjavanje onih stradalnika koji se nalaze u lošijem ekonomsko-socijalnom položaju.
Naglasila je da će ostvarenje ova dva ugovora biti veliki doprinos revitalizaciji i razvoju stradalog područja. Projektima će biti obuhvaćeno šest lokacija na području Petrinje, Gline i Topuskog.

"U pet mjeseci rada Stožera za otklanjanje posljedica potresa učinjen je snažan iskorak u potpori stanovništvu i sanaciji šteta od potresa. Sada ulazimo u drugu fazu, a preduvjet za konstrukcijsku obnovu je uklanjanje objekata s najvišim stupnjem oštećenja, a takvih smo dosad uklonili 102, a 18 ih se uklanja", rekao je načelnik Stožera, ministar hrvatskih branitelja Tomo Medved.
Ovim će se projektom dodatno intenzivirati obnova na stradalom području. Obaveza nam je i do nove sezone grijanja stvoriti uvjete za 20.000 korisnika obiteljskih kuća da se mogu useliti u svoje domove, naglasio je.
"U proteklih je pet mjeseci Vlada RH učinila sve da stanovnici stradalog područja imaju normalne i sigurne uvjete za život. Sada nam predstoji gospodarska revitalizacija i obnova ovoga područja", rekao je Medved.
Obuhvaćeno oko 9.000 kuća, trećina od ukupno 27.000 oštećenih objekata
Državni tajnik Gordan Hanžek je rekao kako se dosad provodila nekonstrukcijska obnova za koju je došlo ukupno 6490 prijava, što govori o razmjerima potresa. Dosad je 60 kuća završeno, a na 100 kuća je obnova u tijeku, dok je u pripremi obnova još 400 kuća.
Ovim ugovorima, rekao je Hanžek, dodatno će se obnoviti 1564 kuće u državnom vlasništvu i izgraditi 1013 zamjenskih stanova.
Ovim je projektima obuhvaćeno oko 9.000 kuća, ili trećina od ukupno 27.000 oštećenih objekata, dodao je.
Zadovoljstvo danas potpisanim ugovorima izrazio je i Tomislav Petric, rekavši da Središnja agencija provodi ukupno osam sličnih ugovora. Posljednja dva pripremljena su u tri mjeseca, a dokumentacija za njihovo provođenje je već u pripremi.
U rebalansu proračuna potrebe za zdravstvo i obnovu bit će prioriteti
Da je riječ o izazovnim projektima, velikim izdvajanjima i skupim projektima, potvrdio je ministar financija Zdravko Marić. Za ilustraciju je napomenuo kako je procijenjena šteta od covida-19 na državni proračun nešto više od 32 milijarde kuna, a procijenjena šteta od dva potresa je četiri puta veća.
Od prvog dana, rekao je Marić, Vlada je odlučila reagirati adekvatno i promptno. Nove su okolnosti ubrzale i rad na rebalansu državnog proračuna, što je za Vladu raritet, da se rebalans donosi u prvoj polovici godine.
Ministar financija najavio je da će u rebalansu proračuna potrebe za zdravstvo i obnovu biti prioriteti. Proračun će se izraditi već idući tjedan, te uputiti na Vladu i potom u Hrvatski sabor.
