Žena u dobi od 33 godine proglašena je krivom i osuđena zbog prebrze vožnje, vozeći duplo brže od dozvoljene brzine. Prema presudi, incident se dogodio sredinom veljače oko 11 sati na Držićevoj aveniji u Zagrebu.

Sutkinja je izjavila kako je ‘jasno utvrđeno da je vozila vozilo kroz naseljeno područje gdje je ograničenje brzine bilo 60 km/h, ali je vozila brzinom od 132 km/h, što nakon umanjenja za 10 posto sigurnosne razlike iznosi 118 km/h‘, izvještava Danica.

Na sudskom ročištu, žena je priznala da je vozila puno brže od dopuštene brzine. Izrazila je obranu tvrdeći da ju je brzina zanijela. "Tog dana vozila sam zamjenski automobil koji sam dobila dok je moj bio na servisu. Radi se o većem i bržem vozilu nego što je moje. Jednostavno sam izgubila osjećaj za brzinu i nisam primijetila da vozim tako brzo", izjavila je u svojoj obrani.

Molila je sutkinju da joj ne oduzme vozačku dozvolu jer svakodnevno vozi djecu u školu i na treninge. Sutkinja joj je udovoljila te nije izrekla predloženu zabranu vožnje. Kažnjena je novčanom kaznom od 600 eura.

Žena u dobi od 33 godine proglašena je krivom i osuđena zbog prebrze vožnje, vozeći duplo brže od dozvoljene brzine. Prema presudi, incident se dogodio sredinom veljače oko 11 sati na Držićevoj aveniji u Zagrebu.

Sutkinja je izjavila kako je ‘jasno utvrđeno da je vozila vozilo kroz naseljeno područje gdje je ograničenje brzine bilo 60 km/h, ali je vozila brzinom od 132 km/h, što nakon umanjenja za 10 posto sigurnosne razlike iznosi 118 km/h‘, izvještava Danica.

Na sudskom ročištu, žena je priznala da je vozila puno brže od dopuštene brzine. Izrazila je obranu tvrdeći da ju je brzina zanijela. "Tog dana vozila sam zamjenski automobil koji sam dobila dok je moj bio na servisu. Radi se o većem i bržem vozilu nego što je moje. Jednostavno sam izgubila osjećaj za brzinu i nisam primijetila da vozim tako brzo", izjavila je u svojoj obrani.

Molila je sutkinju da joj ne oduzme vozačku dozvolu jer svakodnevno vozi djecu u školu i na treninge. Sutkinja joj je udovoljila te nije izrekla predloženu zabranu vožnje. Kažnjena je novčanom kaznom od 600 eura.

Žena u dobi od 33 godine proglašena je krivom i osuđena zbog prebrze vožnje, vozeći duplo brže od dozvoljene brzine. Prema presudi, incident se dogodio sredinom veljače oko 11 sati na Držićevoj aveniji u Zagrebu.

Sutkinja je izjavila kako je ‘jasno utvrđeno da je vozila vozilo kroz naseljeno područje gdje je ograničenje brzine bilo 60 km/h, ali je vozila brzinom od 132 km/h, što nakon umanjenja za 10 posto sigurnosne razlike iznosi 118 km/h‘, izvještava Danica.

Na sudskom ročištu, žena je priznala da je vozila puno brže od dopuštene brzine. Izrazila je obranu tvrdeći da ju je brzina zanijela. "Tog dana vozila sam zamjenski automobil koji sam dobila dok je moj bio na servisu. Radi se o većem i bržem vozilu nego što je moje. Jednostavno sam izgubila osjećaj za brzinu i nisam primijetila da vozim tako brzo", izjavila je u svojoj obrani.

Molila je sutkinju da joj ne oduzme vozačku dozvolu jer svakodnevno vozi djecu u školu i na treninge. Sutkinja joj je udovoljila te nije izrekla predloženu zabranu vožnje. Kažnjena je novčanom kaznom od 600 eura.
