Zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" dr. Zoran Barušić gostujući na HRT-u rekao je da su u Klinici hospitalizirana 74 covid-pozitivna pacijenta, od toga su 64 bolesnika odrasle dobi, a desetero je djece.

U petom valu, u odnosu na četvrti, manji je pritisak na Kliniku glede hospitalizacija, stoga ima i veći broj slobodnih mjesta. “Međutim, broj najteže bolesnih pacijenata, koji su smješteni na jedinici intenzivnog liječenja i dalje je velik”, poručio je Barušić.

Ljudi povećanog rizika za stjecanje covida, odnosno za obolijevanje, prvenstveno su osobe starije životne dobi, koji imaju jedan ili više komorbiditeta, te osobe koje su necijepljene. Osobe koje su primile dvije doze cjepiva također se često razbolijevaju od covida, pogotovo u petom valu pandemije, naglašava.

“Za novu varijantu koronavirusa – omikron, zna se da postoji značajna mogućnost izbjegavanja imunološkog odgovora, te se preporučuje primanje i treće doze cjepiva, odnosno primanje booster doze. Upravo ta primjena booster doze je ono na čemu se temelje preporuke i to je tračak optimizma da će ti pacijenti ako se i razbole, izbjeći hospitalizaciju i težu kliničku sliku bolesti. Možemo reći da kroz vrijeme bilježimo nešto veći broj onih koji zahtijevaju hospitalizaciju, a da su cijepljeni temeljem spoznaja kojih imamo”, naglasio je.

O simptomima hospitalizirane djece

Desetero djece nalazi se na liječenju u Klinici Fran Mihaljević. “Djeca su najvećim dijelom blažih kliničkih slika, najvećim dijelom ne zahtijevaju hospitalizaciju, odnosno zbrinjavaju se ambulantno ili kroz naše dnevne bolnice, ali u određenim periodima postoji povećan priljev djece na bolničko liječenje. Uglavnom su to djeca koja imaju neki komorbiditet ili su djeca najmlađe životne dobi”, istaknuo je zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike “Fran Mihaljević”.

Spektar tih simptoma također je različit, ovisno o dobi. Nekad to mogu biti samo povišena tjelesna temperatura, a nekad posve nespecifični simptomi koji nisu uopće kompatibilni s covidom ako gledamo odrasle, a riječ je primarno o najmlađim dobnim skupinama.

“Simptomi u najmlađim dobnim skupinama mogu biti pospanost, slabo reagiranje na bilo kakve podražaje, i to zna biti jedini razlog što dovodi tu djecu liječniku na pregled. A uz to se najčešće veže i pozitivna epidemiološka anamneza, da je netko od roditelja covid-pozitivan, a to se isto dokaže kod djece. To su nespecifične kliničke slike za krajnje dobne skupine. U nešto većoj mjeri imamo djecu, koja su u toj i u starijoj životnoj dobi popraćena s povišenom tjelesnom temperaturom različitoga raspona, određenim respiratornim simptomima, a u petom valu viđamo i povećan broj pacijenta djece, tako i odrasle, adultne populacije koji imaju simptome s dominantne strane gornjih dišnih puteva, dakle, manje sa strane donjih respiratornih puteva”, naglasio je dr. Barušić.

Djecu treba testirati prije odlaska u školu, te se roditelji ne trebaju toga bojati. Za djecu je najbolje da idu u školu, takvo testiranje je jako dobro da se spriječi širenje zaraze, poručuje.

Covid bolest s tisuću lica

Hrvatska ima slabu procijepljenost, stoga i imamo povećan broj novooboljelih. Ljudi se trebaju pridržavati epidemioloških mjera i trebaju se cijepiti. To je najbolji mogući način da se zaštite od covida. “Da su se svi cijepili, danas bi bili u drugoj situaciji”, poručio je.

Covid je teška, ozbiljna bolest i može imati tisuću lica. “To nije virus koji zahvaća samo respiratorni sustav, on zahvaća i ostale organe, to je virus koji je nepredvidiv. Ne znamo koje dugoročne posljedice taj virus ostavlja”, istaknuo je Barušić.

Barušić priželjkuje kako dolazi vrijeme da pandemija polako prolazi, ali nitko to ne može predvidjeti. Virus je već pokazao da ima mnogo lica.

Zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike “Fran Mihaljević” dr. Zoran Barušić rekao je da je u petom valu bilo dosta zaraženih zdravstvenih djelatnika, pogotovo medicinskih sestara. “No, uspijevamo pružiti adekvatnu skrb svim onim pacijentima koji je trebaju”, poručio je za HRT.

Zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" dr. Zoran Barušić gostujući na HRT-u rekao je da su u Klinici hospitalizirana 74 covid-pozitivna pacijenta, od toga su 64 bolesnika odrasle dobi, a desetero je djece.

U petom valu, u odnosu na četvrti, manji je pritisak na Kliniku glede hospitalizacija, stoga ima i veći broj slobodnih mjesta. “Međutim, broj najteže bolesnih pacijenata, koji su smješteni na jedinici intenzivnog liječenja i dalje je velik”, poručio je Barušić.

Ljudi povećanog rizika za stjecanje covida, odnosno za obolijevanje, prvenstveno su osobe starije životne dobi, koji imaju jedan ili više komorbiditeta, te osobe koje su necijepljene. Osobe koje su primile dvije doze cjepiva također se često razbolijevaju od covida, pogotovo u petom valu pandemije, naglašava.

“Za novu varijantu koronavirusa – omikron, zna se da postoji značajna mogućnost izbjegavanja imunološkog odgovora, te se preporučuje primanje i treće doze cjepiva, odnosno primanje booster doze. Upravo ta primjena booster doze je ono na čemu se temelje preporuke i to je tračak optimizma da će ti pacijenti ako se i razbole, izbjeći hospitalizaciju i težu kliničku sliku bolesti. Možemo reći da kroz vrijeme bilježimo nešto veći broj onih koji zahtijevaju hospitalizaciju, a da su cijepljeni temeljem spoznaja kojih imamo”, naglasio je.

O simptomima hospitalizirane djece

Desetero djece nalazi se na liječenju u Klinici Fran Mihaljević. “Djeca su najvećim dijelom blažih kliničkih slika, najvećim dijelom ne zahtijevaju hospitalizaciju, odnosno zbrinjavaju se ambulantno ili kroz naše dnevne bolnice, ali u određenim periodima postoji povećan priljev djece na bolničko liječenje. Uglavnom su to djeca koja imaju neki komorbiditet ili su djeca najmlađe životne dobi”, istaknuo je zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike “Fran Mihaljević”.

Spektar tih simptoma također je različit, ovisno o dobi. Nekad to mogu biti samo povišena tjelesna temperatura, a nekad posve nespecifični simptomi koji nisu uopće kompatibilni s covidom ako gledamo odrasle, a riječ je primarno o najmlađim dobnim skupinama.

“Simptomi u najmlađim dobnim skupinama mogu biti pospanost, slabo reagiranje na bilo kakve podražaje, i to zna biti jedini razlog što dovodi tu djecu liječniku na pregled. A uz to se najčešće veže i pozitivna epidemiološka anamneza, da je netko od roditelja covid-pozitivan, a to se isto dokaže kod djece. To su nespecifične kliničke slike za krajnje dobne skupine. U nešto većoj mjeri imamo djecu, koja su u toj i u starijoj životnoj dobi popraćena s povišenom tjelesnom temperaturom različitoga raspona, određenim respiratornim simptomima, a u petom valu viđamo i povećan broj pacijenta djece, tako i odrasle, adultne populacije koji imaju simptome s dominantne strane gornjih dišnih puteva, dakle, manje sa strane donjih respiratornih puteva”, naglasio je dr. Barušić.

Djecu treba testirati prije odlaska u školu, te se roditelji ne trebaju toga bojati. Za djecu je najbolje da idu u školu, takvo testiranje je jako dobro da se spriječi širenje zaraze, poručuje.

Covid bolest s tisuću lica

Hrvatska ima slabu procijepljenost, stoga i imamo povećan broj novooboljelih. Ljudi se trebaju pridržavati epidemioloških mjera i trebaju se cijepiti. To je najbolji mogući način da se zaštite od covida. “Da su se svi cijepili, danas bi bili u drugoj situaciji”, poručio je.

Covid je teška, ozbiljna bolest i može imati tisuću lica. “To nije virus koji zahvaća samo respiratorni sustav, on zahvaća i ostale organe, to je virus koji je nepredvidiv. Ne znamo koje dugoročne posljedice taj virus ostavlja”, istaknuo je Barušić.

Barušić priželjkuje kako dolazi vrijeme da pandemija polako prolazi, ali nitko to ne može predvidjeti. Virus je već pokazao da ima mnogo lica.

Zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike “Fran Mihaljević” dr. Zoran Barušić rekao je da je u petom valu bilo dosta zaraženih zdravstvenih djelatnika, pogotovo medicinskih sestara. “No, uspijevamo pružiti adekvatnu skrb svim onim pacijentima koji je trebaju”, poručio je za HRT.

Zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" dr. Zoran Barušić gostujući na HRT-u rekao je da su u Klinici hospitalizirana 74 covid-pozitivna pacijenta, od toga su 64 bolesnika odrasle dobi, a desetero je djece.

U petom valu, u odnosu na četvrti, manji je pritisak na Kliniku glede hospitalizacija, stoga ima i veći broj slobodnih mjesta. “Međutim, broj najteže bolesnih pacijenata, koji su smješteni na jedinici intenzivnog liječenja i dalje je velik”, poručio je Barušić.
