Zaštićena područja temelj su očuvanja bioraznolikosti, no ona osiguravaju i brojne dobrobiti za čovjeka, a prepoznata su i kao ključna kod ublažavanje i prilagodbe klimatskim promjenama, poručuju iz Udruge za prirodu, okoliš i održivi razvoj Sunca informirajući o novom projektu EfficientN2K, u kojem nadzor i provedba zakona u morskim Natura 2000 područjima imaju ključnu ulogu.

Navode kako je u posljednjim godinama uložen znatan napor u uspostavljanju jakog zakonodavnog okvira, novih zaštićenih područja i planiranje upravljanja, posebice putem uspostave mreže Natura 2000. Ključni budući izazov, kako ističu, leži u poboljšanju učinkovitosti upravljanja na terenu, odnosno kontroli svakodnevnih ljudskih aktivnosti koje utječu na vrijednosti zaštićenih područja.

Cilj projekta EfficientN2K je unaprijediti suradnju institucija uključenih u kontrolu i nadzor u zaštićenim obalnim i morskim Natura 2000 područjima u Italiji i Hrvatskoj, kako bi se osigurala zaštita tih ključnih prirodnih resursa.

Udruga Sunce provodi projekt EfficientN2K

Projekt je pokrenut 1. kolovoza 2023., trajat će 17 mjeseci i obuhvatiti temeljitu analizu učinkovitosti nadzora i provedbe zakona unutar ukupno osam Natura 2000 područja. Fnanciran je u sklopu Interreg programa prekogranične suradnje Italija-Hrvatska (Prioritet programa 5 – Integrirano upravljanje za jaču suradnju). Projektni partneri su Udruga za prirodu, okoliš i održivi razvoj Sunce kao vodeći partner i Municipality of Ugento – Regional Natural Park Litorale di Ugento (Italija).

– Morska i obalna zaštićena područja posebno su izazovna zbog brojnih institucija koje imaju nadležnost nad morem. Stoga će projekt uključiti različite dionike na nacionalnoj, regionalnoj i međunarodnoj razini u aktivnosti početne analize institucionalnog i zakonskog okvira i postojećih kapaciteta za provedbu zaštite na terenu, provedbi zajedničkih akcija nadzora, razvoja preporuka i rješenja za unaprjeđenje učinkovitosti upravljanja, itd.. Provodit će se programi osposobljavanja kako bi se ojačale sposobnosti za suočavanje s zajedničkim pritiscima na prekograničnoj razini i potaknulo razvoj rješenja. – rekla je Matea Špika, voditeljica projekta u Suncu.

U ovoj udruzi navode i kako je cilj poboljšati suradnju između kompetentnih organizacija u dvije zemlje u području zaštite prirode, kao i između pojedinaca i organizacija civilnog društva. Zahvaljujući mogućnosti dijeljenja iskustava, podataka i informacija, kao i provođenju zajedničkih mjera, prekogranična suradnja dovodi do učinkovitije zaštite prirode, naglašavaju.

– Zaštita prirode identificirana je kao zajednički izazov Hrvatske i Italije stoga je važno jačati međudržavnu suradnju kako bi se uskladili napori obje države za poboljšanje učinkovitosti zaštite na terenu. Za Sunce kao organizaciju civilnog društva ovaj projekt je prilika da započnemo s otvorenijom komunikacijom i zagovaranjem na temu nadzora u zaštićenim područjima kako bi u budućnosti mogli još više doprinijeti zaštiti mora – naglasila je Špika.

U Suncu informiraju i kako je sastanak partnera u Splitu, održan 3. listopada, označio početak ovog važnog projekta.

– Prvi koraci su napravljeni, a EfficientN2K tim je posvećen radu na ovoj temi – zaključila je Špika.

Zaštićena područja temelj su očuvanja bioraznolikosti, no ona osiguravaju i brojne dobrobiti za čovjeka, a prepoznata su i kao ključna kod ublažavanje i prilagodbe klimatskim promjenama, poručuju iz Udruge za prirodu, okoliš i održivi razvoj Sunca informirajući o novom projektu EfficientN2K, u kojem nadzor i provedba zakona u morskim Natura 2000 područjima imaju ključnu ulogu.

Navode kako je u posljednjim godinama uložen znatan napor u uspostavljanju jakog zakonodavnog okvira, novih zaštićenih područja i planiranje upravljanja, posebice putem uspostave mreže Natura 2000. Ključni budući izazov, kako ističu, leži u poboljšanju učinkovitosti upravljanja na terenu, odnosno kontroli svakodnevnih ljudskih aktivnosti koje utječu na vrijednosti zaštićenih područja.

Cilj projekta EfficientN2K je unaprijediti suradnju institucija uključenih u kontrolu i nadzor u zaštićenim obalnim i morskim Natura 2000 područjima u Italiji i Hrvatskoj, kako bi se osigurala zaštita tih ključnih prirodnih resursa.

Projekt je pokrenut 1. kolovoza 2023., trajat će 17 mjeseci i obuhvatiti temeljitu analizu učinkovitosti nadzora i provedbe zakona unutar ukupno osam Natura 2000 područja. Fnanciran je u sklopu Interreg programa prekogranične suradnje Italija-Hrvatska (Prioritet programa 5 – Integrirano upravljanje za jaču suradnju). Projektni partneri su Udruga za prirodu, okoliš i održivi razvoj Sunce kao vodeći partner i Municipality of Ugento – Regional Natural Park Litorale di Ugento (Italija).

– Morska i obalna zaštićena područja posebno su izazovna zbog brojnih institucija koje imaju nadležnost nad morem. Stoga će projekt uključiti različite dionike na nacionalnoj, regionalnoj i međunarodnoj razini u aktivnosti početne analize institucionalnog i zakonskog okvira i postojećih kapaciteta za provedbu zaštite na terenu, provedbi zajedničkih akcija nadzora, razvoja preporuka i rješenja za unaprjeđenje učinkovitosti upravljanja, itd.. Provodit će se programi osposobljavanja kako bi se ojačale sposobnosti za suočavanje s zajedničkim pritiscima na prekograničnoj razini i potaknulo razvoj rješenja. – rekla je Matea Špika, voditeljica projekta u Suncu.

U ovoj udruzi navode i kako je cilj poboljšati suradnju između kompetentnih organizacija u dvije zemlje u području zaštite prirode, kao i između pojedinaca i organizacija civilnog društva. Zahvaljujući mogućnosti dijeljenja iskustava, podataka i informacija, kao i provođenju zajedničkih mjera, prekogranična suradnja dovodi do učinkovitije zaštite prirode, naglašavaju.

– Zaštita prirode identificirana je kao zajednički izazov Hrvatske i Italije stoga je važno jačati međudržavnu suradnju kako bi se uskladili napori obje države za poboljšanje učinkovitosti zaštite na terenu. Za Sunce kao organizaciju civilnog društva ovaj projekt je prilika da započnemo s otvorenijom komunikacijom i zagovaranjem na temu nadzora u zaštićenim područjima kako bi u budućnosti mogli još više doprinijeti zaštiti mora – naglasila je Špika.

U Suncu informiraju i kako je sastanak partnera u Splitu, održan 3. listopada, označio početak ovog važnog projekta.

– Prvi koraci su napravljeni, a EfficientN2K tim je posvećen radu na ovoj temi – zaključila je Špika.
