Nakon što se saznalo da je ministar Zdravko Marić boravio na jahti u vlasništvu obitelji njegovog prijatelja Blaža Pavičića, N1 televizija poslala je upit Poreznoj upravi u kojoj su od njih tražili očitovanje o svih sedam tvrtki koje su povezane s Pavičićem. 

- Porezni obveznici navedeni u upitu na današnji dan nemaju poreznog dugovanja niti su u razdoblju od 2015. do danas bili obuhvaćeni mjerama prisilne naplate.

U istom razdoblju navedeni porezni obveznici nisu koristili nikakve mogućnosti obročnog plaćanja predviđenog Općim poreznim zakonom.

Napominjemo da je poreznom obvezniku AMEC Rijekatekstil d.o.o. izdana opomena 12. srpnja 2019. s osnove poreza na promet nekretnina te je dug s te osnove plaćen u roku od tri dana od izdavanja opomene.

Porezni obveznik Sensa Nekretnine d.o.o. na današnji dan nema duga te je u preplati u iznosu od 868.201,67 kn.

Porezni obveznik je objavljen na Popisu poreznih obveznika pravnih osoba koji udovoljavaju kriterijima za objavu duga na dan 31. 10. 2020. godine temeljem duga po predujmu poreza na dobit. Navedeni dug je podmiren sukladno izdanim opomenama do 15. 06. 2021. Upravo na temelju navedenog plaćenog predujma poreza na dobit, poreznom obvezniku je po godišnjem obračunu za 2020. godinu utvrđena danas postojeća preplata- odgovorili su im. 

Osim Poreznoj upravi, obratili su se i Povjerenstvu za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa koje im je potvrdilo da je pokrenut postupak protiv ministra Marića. 

- Ministar je dostavio ime osobe i mi ćemo sad vidjeti u svim kontekstima u kojima možemo istražiti je li bilo poslovnih odluka, odnosa, odlučivanja i slično. Njegov mandat je relevantan, prije toga ne, ali koliko smo vidjeli u novinama, to prijateljstvo i ne traje duže- rekla je za N1 Nataša Novaković.

Nakon što se saznalo da je ministar Zdravko Marić boravio na jahti u vlasništvu obitelji njegovog prijatelja Blaža Pavičića, N1 televizija poslala je upit Poreznoj upravi u kojoj su od njih tražili očitovanje o svih sedam tvrtki koje su povezane s Pavičićem. 

- Porezni obveznici navedeni u upitu na današnji dan nemaju poreznog dugovanja niti su u razdoblju od 2015. do danas bili obuhvaćeni mjerama prisilne naplate.

U istom razdoblju navedeni porezni obveznici nisu koristili nikakve mogućnosti obročnog plaćanja predviđenog Općim poreznim zakonom.

Napominjemo da je poreznom obvezniku AMEC Rijekatekstil d.o.o. izdana opomena 12. srpnja 2019. s osnove poreza na promet nekretnina te je dug s te osnove plaćen u roku od tri dana od izdavanja opomene.

Porezni obveznik Sensa Nekretnine d.o.o. na današnji dan nema duga te je u preplati u iznosu od 868.201,67 kn.

Porezni obveznik je objavljen na Popisu poreznih obveznika pravnih osoba koji udovoljavaju kriterijima za objavu duga na dan 31. 10. 2020. godine temeljem duga po predujmu poreza na dobit. Navedeni dug je podmiren sukladno izdanim opomenama do 15. 06. 2021. Upravo na temelju navedenog plaćenog predujma poreza na dobit, poreznom obvezniku je po godišnjem obračunu za 2020. godinu utvrđena danas postojeća preplata- odgovorili su im. 

Osim Poreznoj upravi, obratili su se i Povjerenstvu za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa koje im je potvrdilo da je pokrenut postupak protiv ministra Marića. 

- Ministar je dostavio ime osobe i mi ćemo sad vidjeti u svim kontekstima u kojima možemo istražiti je li bilo poslovnih odluka, odnosa, odlučivanja i slično. Njegov mandat je relevantan, prije toga ne, ali koliko smo vidjeli u novinama, to prijateljstvo i ne traje duže- rekla je za N1 Nataša Novaković.

Nakon što je pokrenut postupak protiv ministra Marića, Porezna uprava otkrila imaju li tvrtke povezane s Blažom Pavičićem neplaćenih dugova

Nakon što se saznalo da je ministar Zdravko Marić boravio na jahti u vlasništvu obitelji njegovog prijatelja Blaža Pavičića, N1 televizija poslala je upit Poreznoj upravi u kojoj su od njih tražili očitovanje o svih sedam tvrtki koje su povezane s Pavičićem. 

- Porezni obveznici navedeni u upitu na današnji dan nemaju poreznog dugovanja niti su u razdoblju od 2015. do danas bili obuhvaćeni mjerama prisilne naplate.

U istom razdoblju navedeni porezni obveznici nisu koristili nikakve mogućnosti obročnog plaćanja predviđenog Općim poreznim zakonom.

Napominjemo da je poreznom obvezniku AMEC Rijekatekstil d.o.o. izdana opomena 12. srpnja 2019. s osnove poreza na promet nekretnina te je dug s te osnove plaćen u roku od tri dana od izdavanja opomene.
