Predsjednik Republike Srpske Milorad Dodik rekao je u utorak da će se entitet kojemu je na čelu odcijepiti od BiH ako visoki međunarodni predstavnik nametne zakon o državnoj imovini, a odbacio je da bi mogao završiti u zatvoru bude li osuđen za negiranje odluka Christiana Schmidta.

„Onoga trenutka kada Schmidt nametne zakon o imovini, te noći (bit će) donesena odluka o samostalnosti Republike Srpske", rekao je Dodik u intervjuu Federalnoj televiziji.

On tvrdi da je imovina na području Republike Srpske vlasništvo tog entiteta, no Ustavni sud BiH u dva navrata osporio je zakone koje su donijele vlasti toga entiteta. Zabranu raspolaganja državnom imovinom još 2005. donio je bivši visoki međunarodni predstavnik Paddy Ashdown.

Dodik tvrdi da je Daytonskim mirovnim sporazumom imovina pripala entitetima.

U međuvremenu, njemački političar na čelu međunarodne zajednice u BiH Christian Schmidt uspostavio je posebno povjerenstvo koje pokušava doći do rješenja ovoga pitanja. Dodik, međutim, odbacuje bilo kakvo nametanje Schmidtove odluke u korist države BiH.

„To vodi samostalnoj Republici Srpskoj. Neću prihvatiti da mi ono na što imam pravo, netko drugi uzme. Ako mi uzimate imovinu, zašto bih ja bio s vama. Za mene je to završeno u Ustavu‘‘, pojasnio je čelnik bosanskohercegovačkih Srba.

Nije međutim objasnio na koji bi način Republika Srpska, koja je jedan od dva entiteta u BiH, postala samostalna. 

Najavio je i da će Schmidtu od sljedećeg tjedna biti zabranjen ulazak u Republiku Srpsku opetujući da on nema mandat visokog predstavnika budući da nije imenovan u Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a što je bio slučaj s njegovim prethodnicima.

„Ako saznamo da je ušao bit će izbačen iz Republike Srpske. Od idućeg tjedna on neće moći ući u Republiku Srpsku. Eto, neka proba‘‘, poručio je.

Upitan o ishodu kaznenoga procesa protiv njega budući da je Tužiteljstvo BiH podignulo optužnicu za neprovođenje odluka visokog predstavnika u Republici Srpskoj, Dodik je rekao da će se odazvati pozivu suda, no da neće otići u zatvor čak i ako bude osuđen.

„Nećete me zatvoriti iako me osudite“, poručio je Dodik.

Dodikovi odvjetnici tražili su izuzeće sutkinje za koju tvrde da je pristrana i da je sudjelovala u oslobađanju bošnjačkog zapovjednika obrane Srebrenice Nasera Orića kojega srpska strana tereti za brojne zločine.

Tužiteljstvo BiH tereti Dodika za neprovođenje odluka visokog predstavnika što je nedavnim izmjenama kao kaznene odredbe nametnuo njemački dužnosnik na čelu države.

Za posljednju odluku Europskog suda za ljudska prava po apelaciji savjetnika člana Predsjedništva BiH Željka Komšića, Dodik je rekao kako je nevažna te da se njome ‘sije iluzija koju je nemoguće ostvariti‘. Optužio je bošnjačke političare da na taj način nastoje izgraditi bošnjačku državicu, no da u tome neće uspjeti.

Predsjednik Republike Srpske Milorad Dodik rekao je u utorak da će se entitet kojemu je na čelu odcijepiti od BiH ako visoki međunarodni predstavnik nametne zakon o državnoj imovini, a odbacio je da bi mogao završiti u zatvoru bude li osuđen za negiranje odluka Christiana Schmidta.

„Onoga trenutka kada Schmidt nametne zakon o imovini, te noći (bit će) donesena odluka o samostalnosti Republike Srpske", rekao je Dodik u intervjuu Federalnoj televiziji.

On tvrdi da je imovina na području Republike Srpske vlasništvo tog entiteta, no Ustavni sud BiH u dva navrata osporio je zakone koje su donijele vlasti toga entiteta. Zabranu raspolaganja državnom imovinom još 2005. donio je bivši visoki međunarodni predstavnik Paddy Ashdown.

Dodik tvrdi da je Daytonskim mirovnim sporazumom imovina pripala entitetima.

U međuvremenu, njemački političar na čelu međunarodne zajednice u BiH Christian Schmidt uspostavio je posebno povjerenstvo koje pokušava doći do rješenja ovoga pitanja. Dodik, međutim, odbacuje bilo kakvo nametanje Schmidtove odluke u korist države BiH.

„To vodi samostalnoj Republici Srpskoj. Neću prihvatiti da mi ono na što imam pravo, netko drugi uzme. Ako mi uzimate imovinu, zašto bih ja bio s vama. Za mene je to završeno u Ustavu‘‘, pojasnio je čelnik bosanskohercegovačkih Srba.

Nije međutim objasnio na koji bi način Republika Srpska, koja je jedan od dva entiteta u BiH, postala samostalna. 

Najavio je i da će Schmidtu od sljedećeg tjedna biti zabranjen ulazak u Republiku Srpsku opetujući da on nema mandat visokog predstavnika budući da nije imenovan u Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a što je bio slučaj s njegovim prethodnicima.

„Ako saznamo da je ušao bit će izbačen iz Republike Srpske. Od idućeg tjedna on neće moći ući u Republiku Srpsku. Eto, neka proba‘‘, poručio je.

Upitan o ishodu kaznenoga procesa protiv njega budući da je Tužiteljstvo BiH podignulo optužnicu za neprovođenje odluka visokog predstavnika u Republici Srpskoj, Dodik je rekao da će se odazvati pozivu suda, no da neće otići u zatvor čak i ako bude osuđen.

„Nećete me zatvoriti iako me osudite“, poručio je Dodik.

Dodikovi odvjetnici tražili su izuzeće sutkinje za koju tvrde da je pristrana i da je sudjelovala u oslobađanju bošnjačkog zapovjednika obrane Srebrenice Nasera Orića kojega srpska strana tereti za brojne zločine.

Tužiteljstvo BiH tereti Dodika za neprovođenje odluka visokog predstavnika što je nedavnim izmjenama kao kaznene odredbe nametnuo njemački dužnosnik na čelu države.

Za posljednju odluku Europskog suda za ljudska prava po apelaciji savjetnika člana Predsjedništva BiH Željka Komšića, Dodik je rekao kako je nevažna te da se njome ‘sije iluzija koju je nemoguće ostvariti‘. Optužio je bošnjačke političare da na taj način nastoje izgraditi bošnjačku državicu, no da u tome neće uspjeti.

Predsjednik Republike Srpske Milorad Dodik rekao je u utorak da će se entitet kojemu je na čelu odcijepiti od BiH ako visoki međunarodni predstavnik nametne zakon o državnoj imovini, a odbacio je da bi mogao završiti u zatvoru bude li osuđen za negiranje odluka Christiana Schmidta.

„Onoga trenutka kada Schmidt nametne zakon o imovini, te noći (bit će) donesena odluka o samostalnosti Republike Srpske", rekao je Dodik u intervjuu Federalnoj televiziji.

On tvrdi da je imovina na području Republike Srpske vlasništvo tog entiteta, no Ustavni sud BiH u dva navrata osporio je zakone koje su donijele vlasti toga entiteta. Zabranu raspolaganja državnom imovinom još 2005. donio je bivši visoki međunarodni predstavnik Paddy Ashdown.

Dodik tvrdi da je Daytonskim mirovnim sporazumom imovina pripala entitetima.
