Vinko Martinović Štela bio je u vikendici na Blidinjskom jezeru. Telefonom su ga nazvali operativci SIPA-e i on je sjeo u svoj džip i dovezao se u regionalno sjedište u Mostaru, otkriva Jutarnji list.

Nisu mu stavljali lisice, ali su ga ipak u vozilu Federalne agencije za istrage odvezli u državni zatvor u Sarajevu gdje je prenoćio i u četvrtak je doveden na sud.

Kako smo doznali iz izvora bliskog istrazi, Vinko Martinović Štela (58), kojem je u listopadu prošle godine Vrhovni sud na 10 godina povisio kaznu za ubojstvo Jasmine Đukić u njezinu stanu u Mostaru, bio je na tjeralici hrvatskog pravosuđa.

S obzirom na to da uz hrvatsko, Martinović ima i državljanstvo BiH i da u Mostaru živi s obitelji, kako smo doznali, on je znao da je za njim raspisana međunarodna tjeralica i da ga traži hrvatski sud zbog izdržavanja kazne.

Međutim, kako BiH ne izručuje svoje državljane, htio je biti siguran da se to neće dogoditi i želio je prekinuti tu agoniju. Kako smo doznali, čak je i on bio u kontaktu s agentima SIPA-e. Ta je agencija već dulje vrijeme znala gdje boravi i gdje se kreće, i mogli su ga uhititi, i obavještavali su svoje nadređene da je osoba za kojom je raspisana tjeralica na njihovu području. Ali, nalog za uhićenje nije dolazio.

Sve do srijede, kada je Vinko Martinović Štela konačno uhićen. Neki izvori u BiH govore kako je vjerojatno posrijedi politička odluka, te da prije nije bilo pretjerane želje da se uhiti pravomoćno osuđenog bjegunca od hrvatskog pravosuđa.

A onda se netko sjetio i aktivirao njegov dosje. Iako mediji u BiH navode da je Štelino uhićenje bilo spektakularno i da su u njemu sudjelovali federalni specijalci, to uopće nije bilo tako.

Štela je mirno, u svom starom džipu došao i predao se agentima koji su ga nevezanog lisicama odvezli do federalnog zatvora u Sarajevu koji je poznat po najvišim standardima osiguranja.

Vinko Martinović Štela nekoć je slovio kao vrlo opasan, pa čak i kad je bio u pritvoru u Remetincu prilikom jednog od suđenja njemu i Mladenu Naletiliću Tuti specijalci su nadzirali zagrebački Županijski sud jer su postojale dojave da bi ih pripadnici Tutine kažnjeničke bojne mogli osloboditi sa suda, piše Jutarnji list.

Vinko Martinović Štela, kao što je poznato, odslužio je 12 od 18 godina zatvora, na koliko je bio osuđen u Haagu zbog ratnih zločina nad Muslimanima tijekom rata u BiH. Za ubojstvo Jasmine Đukić sudilo mu se nekoliko puta, bio je i oslobađan, a krunski svjedok optužbe bio je Đino Zekan, koji ga je teretio da je zajedno s pripadnicima svoje postrojbe Mrmak upao u stan Jasmine Đukić i ubio je.

Vinko Martinović Štela bio je u vikendici na Blidinjskom jezeru. Telefonom su ga nazvali operativci SIPA-e i on je sjeo u svoj džip i dovezao se u regionalno sjedište u Mostaru, otkriva Jutarnji list.

Nisu mu stavljali lisice, ali su ga ipak u vozilu Federalne agencije za istrage odvezli u državni zatvor u Sarajevu gdje je prenoćio i u četvrtak je doveden na sud.

Kako smo doznali iz izvora bliskog istrazi, Vinko Martinović Štela (58), kojem je u listopadu prošle godine Vrhovni sud na 10 godina povisio kaznu za ubojstvo Jasmine Đukić u njezinu stanu u Mostaru, bio je na tjeralici hrvatskog pravosuđa.

S obzirom na to da uz hrvatsko, Martinović ima i državljanstvo BiH i da u Mostaru živi s obitelji, kako smo doznali, on je znao da je za njim raspisana međunarodna tjeralica i da ga traži hrvatski sud zbog izdržavanja kazne.

Međutim, kako BiH ne izručuje svoje državljane, htio je biti siguran da se to neće dogoditi i želio je prekinuti tu agoniju. Kako smo doznali, čak je i on bio u kontaktu s agentima SIPA-e. Ta je agencija već dulje vrijeme znala gdje boravi i gdje se kreće, i mogli su ga uhititi, i obavještavali su svoje nadređene da je osoba za kojom je raspisana tjeralica na njihovu području. Ali, nalog za uhićenje nije dolazio.

Sve do srijede, kada je Vinko Martinović Štela konačno uhićen. Neki izvori u BiH govore kako je vjerojatno posrijedi politička odluka, te da prije nije bilo pretjerane želje da se uhiti pravomoćno osuđenog bjegunca od hrvatskog pravosuđa.

A onda se netko sjetio i aktivirao njegov dosje. Iako mediji u BiH navode da je Štelino uhićenje bilo spektakularno i da su u njemu sudjelovali federalni specijalci, to uopće nije bilo tako.

Štela je mirno, u svom starom džipu došao i predao se agentima koji su ga nevezanog lisicama odvezli do federalnog zatvora u Sarajevu koji je poznat po najvišim standardima osiguranja.

Vinko Martinović Štela nekoć je slovio kao vrlo opasan, pa čak i kad je bio u pritvoru u Remetincu prilikom jednog od suđenja njemu i Mladenu Naletiliću Tuti specijalci su nadzirali zagrebački Županijski sud jer su postojale dojave da bi ih pripadnici Tutine kažnjeničke bojne mogli osloboditi sa suda, piše Jutarnji list.

Vinko Martinović Štela, kao što je poznato, odslužio je 12 od 18 godina zatvora, na koliko je bio osuđen u Haagu zbog ratnih zločina nad Muslimanima tijekom rata u BiH. Za ubojstvo Jasmine Đukić sudilo mu se nekoliko puta, bio je i oslobađan, a krunski svjedok optužbe bio je Đino Zekan, koji ga je teretio da je zajedno s pripadnicima svoje postrojbe Mrmak upao u stan Jasmine Đukić i ubio je.

Vinko Martinović Štela bio je u vikendici na Blidinjskom jezeru. Telefonom su ga nazvali operativci SIPA-e i on je sjeo u svoj džip i dovezao se u regionalno sjedište u Mostaru, otkriva Jutarnji list.

Nisu mu stavljali lisice, ali su ga ipak u vozilu Federalne agencije za istrage odvezli u državni zatvor u Sarajevu gdje je prenoćio i u četvrtak je doveden na sud.

Kako smo doznali iz izvora bliskog istrazi, Vinko Martinović Štela (58), kojem je u listopadu prošle godine Vrhovni sud na 10 godina povisio kaznu za ubojstvo Jasmine Đukić u njezinu stanu u Mostaru, bio je na tjeralici hrvatskog pravosuđa.
