Visoki međunarodni predstavnik u BiH Christian Schmidt u srijedu je u obraćanju pred Vijećem sigurnosti UN-a pozdravio stjecanje kandidacijskog statusa za BiH te brzu uspostavu vlasti u toj zemlji, dok je secesionističke prijetnje i poteze vlasti Republike Srpske ocijenio prijetnjom stabilnosti zemlje.

"Status kandidata za članstvo u EU i brzo formiranje vlasti na gotovo svim razinama stvorili su pozitivan momentum u zemlji", izjavio je Schmidt podnoseći polugodišnje izvješće tijekom rasprave o stanju u BiH pred VS UN-a. Za vrijeme govora dvoranu je napustila predsjedavajuća Predsjedništva BiH i srpska članica državnoga vrha Željka Cvijanović, koja je i članica SNSD-a Milorada Dodika.

Njemački političar na čelu međunarodne uprave u BiH pojasnio je kako je morao posegnuti za visokim ovlastima i intervenirati da bi se uspostavila vlast u Federaciji BiH. To je po njegovim riječima dovelo do stabiliziranja prilika u zemlji.

Prema Schmidtovim riječima ključni izazov Daytonskom sporazumu i dalje dolazi od vlasti Republike Srpske ‘koje podrivaju ovlasti i sposobnost države da funkcionira i izvršava svoje poslove‘. Na taj se način, ističe, ‘truje politička klima u tom entitetu i cijeloj državi‘.

"Dodik otvoreno poziva na nezavisnost i javno govori o tome da će se Republika Srpska pridružiti Srbiji. Ja sam zabrinut zbog izjave od 20. travnja koju su usvojile stranke iz Republike Srpske", rekao je Schmidt.

Pohvalio je ulogu Hrvatske i Srbije ističući da ove zemlje jamče teritorijalni integritet i suverenitet BiH. Ohrabrujući je ocijenio i poteze gradskih vlasti u Mostaru koje su odlučile ukloniti nazive ulica nazvanih po ustaškim vođama.

Predsjedavajuća Predsjedništva BiH Željka Cvijanović je u obraćanju kritizirala Schmidtov ured kazavši da ima ‘despotske ovlasti‘. Upozorila je kako se stalno pokušava narušiti odredbe Daytonskog mirovnog sporazuma na štetu entiteta i u interesu veće unitarizacije zemlje.

Očekivano, Schmidtov istup pozdravili su iz stalnog predstavništva SAD-a, Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i EU pri UN-u, te niza drugih zemalja, dok je pak kritike dobio od Rusije.

"Zahvalni smo Christianu Schmidtu koji radi kako bi osigurao sigurnost i stabilnost BH. Ima ključnu ulogu u provedbi Daytonskog mirovnog sporazuma", rekao je predstavnik SAD-a. Istodobno ruski veleposlanik je podržao prosvjede protiv Schmidta organizirane u Sarajevu, te istaknuo kako on ne predstavlja legalnog visokog predstavnika budući da nije izabran u Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a.

Zamjenik veleposlanika pri stalnoj misiji Hrvatske u UN-u Hrvoje Ćurić Hrvatinić je tijekom rasprave o BiH pozdravio brzu uspostavu vlasti te izrazio očekivanje da će se ubrzati europski put zemlje. Podupro je i rad visokog međunarodnog predstavnika u BiH i izrazio očekivanje da će uskoro uslijediti izborne i ustavne reforme u zemlji.

"Politički čelnici moraju pokazati punu odgovornost za provedbu ustavnih i izbornih reformi koje bi osigurale jednakopravnost triju konstitutivnih naroda, te otklonile diskriminaciju građana koji im ne pripadaju. Uvjereni smo da te promjene mogu dovesti do trajne političke stabilnosti zemlje", rekao je Ćurić Hrvatinić.

Visoki međunarodni predstavnik u BiH Christian Schmidt u srijedu je u obraćanju pred Vijećem sigurnosti UN-a pozdravio stjecanje kandidacijskog statusa za BiH te brzu uspostavu vlasti u toj zemlji, dok je secesionističke prijetnje i poteze vlasti Republike Srpske ocijenio prijetnjom stabilnosti zemlje.

"Status kandidata za članstvo u EU i brzo formiranje vlasti na gotovo svim razinama stvorili su pozitivan momentum u zemlji", izjavio je Schmidt podnoseći polugodišnje izvješće tijekom rasprave o stanju u BiH pred VS UN-a. Za vrijeme govora dvoranu je napustila predsjedavajuća Predsjedništva BiH i srpska članica državnoga vrha Željka Cvijanović, koja je i članica SNSD-a Milorada Dodika.

Njemački političar na čelu međunarodne uprave u BiH pojasnio je kako je morao posegnuti za visokim ovlastima i intervenirati da bi se uspostavila vlast u Federaciji BiH. To je po njegovim riječima dovelo do stabiliziranja prilika u zemlji.

Prema Schmidtovim riječima ključni izazov Daytonskom sporazumu i dalje dolazi od vlasti Republike Srpske ‘koje podrivaju ovlasti i sposobnost države da funkcionira i izvršava svoje poslove‘. Na taj se način, ističe, ‘truje politička klima u tom entitetu i cijeloj državi‘.

"Dodik otvoreno poziva na nezavisnost i javno govori o tome da će se Republika Srpska pridružiti Srbiji. Ja sam zabrinut zbog izjave od 20. travnja koju su usvojile stranke iz Republike Srpske", rekao je Schmidt.

Pohvalio je ulogu Hrvatske i Srbije ističući da ove zemlje jamče teritorijalni integritet i suverenitet BiH. Ohrabrujući je ocijenio i poteze gradskih vlasti u Mostaru koje su odlučile ukloniti nazive ulica nazvanih po ustaškim vođama.

Predsjedavajuća Predsjedništva BiH Željka Cvijanović je u obraćanju kritizirala Schmidtov ured kazavši da ima ‘despotske ovlasti‘. Upozorila je kako se stalno pokušava narušiti odredbe Daytonskog mirovnog sporazuma na štetu entiteta i u interesu veće unitarizacije zemlje.

Očekivano, Schmidtov istup pozdravili su iz stalnog predstavništva SAD-a, Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i EU pri UN-u, te niza drugih zemalja, dok je pak kritike dobio od Rusije.

"Zahvalni smo Christianu Schmidtu koji radi kako bi osigurao sigurnost i stabilnost BH. Ima ključnu ulogu u provedbi Daytonskog mirovnog sporazuma", rekao je predstavnik SAD-a. Istodobno ruski veleposlanik je podržao prosvjede protiv Schmidta organizirane u Sarajevu, te istaknuo kako on ne predstavlja legalnog visokog predstavnika budući da nije izabran u Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a.

Zamjenik veleposlanika pri stalnoj misiji Hrvatske u UN-u Hrvoje Ćurić Hrvatinić je tijekom rasprave o BiH pozdravio brzu uspostavu vlasti te izrazio očekivanje da će se ubrzati europski put zemlje. Podupro je i rad visokog međunarodnog predstavnika u BiH i izrazio očekivanje da će uskoro uslijediti izborne i ustavne reforme u zemlji.

"Politički čelnici moraju pokazati punu odgovornost za provedbu ustavnih i izbornih reformi koje bi osigurale jednakopravnost triju konstitutivnih naroda, te otklonile diskriminaciju građana koji im ne pripadaju. Uvjereni smo da te promjene mogu dovesti do trajne političke stabilnosti zemlje", rekao je Ćurić Hrvatinić.

Visoki međunarodni predstavnik u BiH Christian Schmidt u srijedu je u obraćanju pred Vijećem sigurnosti UN-a pozdravio stjecanje kandidacijskog statusa za BiH te brzu uspostavu vlasti u toj zemlji, dok je secesionističke prijetnje i poteze vlasti Republike Srpske ocijenio prijetnjom stabilnosti zemlje.

"Status kandidata za članstvo u EU i brzo formiranje vlasti na gotovo svim razinama stvorili su pozitivan momentum u zemlji", izjavio je Schmidt podnoseći polugodišnje izvješće tijekom rasprave o stanju u BiH pred VS UN-a. Za vrijeme govora dvoranu je napustila predsjedavajuća Predsjedništva BiH i srpska članica državnoga vrha Željka Cvijanović, koja je i članica SNSD-a Milorada Dodika.
