Američka vlada objavila je u petak u vrlo očekivanom izvješću da nema dokaza o postojanju izvanzemaljaca, ali istodobno priznajući da su deseci fenomena o kojima su se osvjedočili vojni piloti neobjašnjivi.

U velikom izvješću američke vlade o UAP-u, kako danas naziva ono što je nekad bio NLO, tvrdi se da analitičarima vojne i obavještajne struke nedostaju dokazi da bi objasnili fenomen misterioznih letećih objekata, odnosno jesu li oni napredne zemaljske tehnologije, atmosferska zbivanja ili izvanzemaljske prirode.

Izvješće, podneseno Kongresu i objavljeno javnosti, obuhvaća 144 zapažanja o onome što vlada službeno naziva "neidentificiranim zračnim fenomenom" ili UAP, a datira od 2004. godine. Izvješće je objavio Ured ravnatelja Nacionalne obavještajne službe u suradnji s radnom skupinom UAP-a pod vodstvom američke mornarice.

"UAP jasno predstavlja pitanje sigurnosti leta i može predstavljati izazov američkoj nacionalnoj sigurnosti", navodi se u izvješću, dodajući da pojavama "vjerojatno nedostaje jedinstveno objašnjenje".

"U ograničenom broju incidenata, navodno se čini da UAP pokazuje neobične karakteristike leta. Ta su opažanja mogla biti rezultat pogrešaka senzora, podvale ili pogrešne percepcije promatrača i zahtijevaju dodatnu rigoroznu analizu", dodaje se.

Izvještaj uključuje neke slučajeve UAP-a koji su ranije izašli na vidjelo u Pentagonovoj objavi videozapisa američke mornarice koji pokazuju zagonetne zrakoplove na istočnoj i zapadnoj obali SAD-a koji pokazuju brzinu i upravljivost koja prelazi poznate zrakoplovne tehnologije i nedostaju vidljiva sredstva za pogon.

Visoki američki dužnosnik, upitan o mogućnosti izvanzemaljskih objašnjenja, rekao je: "To nije svrha radne skupine, koja bi procijenila bilo kakvu potragu za izvanzemaljskim životom ... To nije ono za što smo nadležni".

"Za 144 izvješća o kojima je riječ, nemamo jasne naznake da za njih postoji neko izvanzemaljsko objašnjenje - ali ići ćemo u smjeru kamo god nas podaci odvedu", dodao je dužnosnik.

Izvješće je uspostavilo pet potencijalnih kategorija objašnjenja a gotovo svi slučajevi su neobjašnjivi i podliježu daljnjim analizama, rekli su američki dužnosnici koji su željeli ostati anonimni, tijekom brifinga novinarima govoreći o nalazima izvješća.

Među kategorijama su, primjerice, prirodni atmosferski fenomeni i strani sustavi, ali postoji i kategorija "ostalo".

Za sve slučajeve osim jednog, dakle njih 143, vlada još nije donijela odluku o tome je li viđeno moglo biti izvanzemaljskog podrijetla, rekli su dužnosnici.

"Od podataka kojima raspolažemo, nemamo jasnih naznaka da je bilo koji od ovih neidentificiranih zračnih pojava dio stranog (obavještajnog) programa prikupljanja, a nemamo ni jasne podatke koji ukazuju na veliki tehnološki napredak potencijalnog protivnika ", rekao je visoki dužnosnik.

Vlada je zadnjih godina usvojila UAP kao svoj omiljeni izraz za ono što su inače poznati kao "neidentificirani leteći objekti" ili NLO, dugo povezivani s pojmom izvanzemaljskih letjelica.

Izvješće je naručio Kongres kao dio šireg obavještajnog zakonodavstva koji je u prosincu potpisao bivši predsjednik Donald Trump. Senator Marco Rubio bio je ključan za njegovo naručivanje.

"Godinama su muškarci i žene kojima vjerujemo da će braniti našu zemlju izvješćivali o susretima s neidentificiranim letjelicama koje su imale superiorne sposobnosti, a godinama su njihove sumnje često ignorirane i ismijavane", rekao je Rubio. "Ovo je izvješće važan prvi korak u katalogizaciji ovih incidenata, ali to je samo prvi korak", naglasio je.

Američka vlada objavila je u petak u vrlo očekivanom izvješću da nema dokaza o postojanju izvanzemaljaca, ali istodobno priznajući da su deseci fenomena o kojima su se osvjedočili vojni piloti neobjašnjivi.

U velikom izvješću američke vlade o UAP-u, kako danas naziva ono što je nekad bio NLO, tvrdi se da analitičarima vojne i obavještajne struke nedostaju dokazi da bi objasnili fenomen misterioznih letećih objekata, odnosno jesu li oni napredne zemaljske tehnologije, atmosferska zbivanja ili izvanzemaljske prirode.

Izvješće, podneseno Kongresu i objavljeno javnosti, obuhvaća 144 zapažanja o onome što vlada službeno naziva "neidentificiranim zračnim fenomenom" ili UAP, a datira od 2004. godine. Izvješće je objavio Ured ravnatelja Nacionalne obavještajne službe u suradnji s radnom skupinom UAP-a pod vodstvom američke mornarice.

"UAP jasno predstavlja pitanje sigurnosti leta i može predstavljati izazov američkoj nacionalnoj sigurnosti", navodi se u izvješću, dodajući da pojavama "vjerojatno nedostaje jedinstveno objašnjenje".

"U ograničenom broju incidenata, navodno se čini da UAP pokazuje neobične karakteristike leta. Ta su opažanja mogla biti rezultat pogrešaka senzora, podvale ili pogrešne percepcije promatrača i zahtijevaju dodatnu rigoroznu analizu", dodaje se.

Izvještaj uključuje neke slučajeve UAP-a koji su ranije izašli na vidjelo u Pentagonovoj objavi videozapisa američke mornarice koji pokazuju zagonetne zrakoplove na istočnoj i zapadnoj obali SAD-a koji pokazuju brzinu i upravljivost koja prelazi poznate zrakoplovne tehnologije i nedostaju vidljiva sredstva za pogon.

Visoki američki dužnosnik, upitan o mogućnosti izvanzemaljskih objašnjenja, rekao je: "To nije svrha radne skupine, koja bi procijenila bilo kakvu potragu za izvanzemaljskim životom ... To nije ono za što smo nadležni".

"Za 144 izvješća o kojima je riječ, nemamo jasne naznake da za njih postoji neko izvanzemaljsko objašnjenje - ali ići ćemo u smjeru kamo god nas podaci odvedu", dodao je dužnosnik.

Izvješće je uspostavilo pet potencijalnih kategorija objašnjenja a gotovo svi slučajevi su neobjašnjivi i podliježu daljnjim analizama, rekli su američki dužnosnici koji su željeli ostati anonimni, tijekom brifinga novinarima govoreći o nalazima izvješća.

Među kategorijama su, primjerice, prirodni atmosferski fenomeni i strani sustavi, ali postoji i kategorija "ostalo".

Za sve slučajeve osim jednog, dakle njih 143, vlada još nije donijela odluku o tome je li viđeno moglo biti izvanzemaljskog podrijetla, rekli su dužnosnici.

"Od podataka kojima raspolažemo, nemamo jasnih naznaka da je bilo koji od ovih neidentificiranih zračnih pojava dio stranog (obavještajnog) programa prikupljanja, a nemamo ni jasne podatke koji ukazuju na veliki tehnološki napredak potencijalnog protivnika ", rekao je visoki dužnosnik.

Vlada je zadnjih godina usvojila UAP kao svoj omiljeni izraz za ono što su inače poznati kao "neidentificirani leteći objekti" ili NLO, dugo povezivani s pojmom izvanzemaljskih letjelica.

Izvješće je naručio Kongres kao dio šireg obavještajnog zakonodavstva koji je u prosincu potpisao bivši predsjednik Donald Trump. Senator Marco Rubio bio je ključan za njegovo naručivanje.

"Godinama su muškarci i žene kojima vjerujemo da će braniti našu zemlju izvješćivali o susretima s neidentificiranim letjelicama koje su imale superiorne sposobnosti, a godinama su njihove sumnje često ignorirane i ismijavane", rekao je Rubio. "Ovo je izvješće važan prvi korak u katalogizaciji ovih incidenata, ali to je samo prvi korak", naglasio je.

Američka vlada objavila je u petak u vrlo očekivanom izvješću da nema dokaza o postojanju izvanzemaljaca, ali istodobno priznajući da su deseci fenomena o kojima su se osvjedočili vojni piloti neobjašnjivi.

U velikom izvješću američke vlade o UAP-u, kako danas naziva ono što je nekad bio NLO, tvrdi se da analitičarima vojne i obavještajne struke nedostaju dokazi da bi objasnili fenomen misterioznih letećih objekata, odnosno jesu li oni napredne zemaljske tehnologije, atmosferska zbivanja ili izvanzemaljske prirode.
