Vijeće bosanske zajednice Novog Južnog Walesa i “Žene Sydneyja” koje djeluju pod njegovom kapom, organizirali su u tom australskom gradu skup podrške bošnjačkom generalu Sakibu Mahmuljinu, nedavnom osuđenom za ratne zločine '90-tih godina.

Sa skupa je objavljen i video, u kojemu se može čuti zabrinutost zajednice za stanje u BiH, kao i da su se 'vanjski i unutarnji neprijatelji udružili protiv Bošnjaka te se ne može izjednačavati časna borba Armije BiH protiv agresora sa zločinima agresora”.

- Vrag je odnio šalu, Bošnjaci Sydneyja moraju uzeti stvari u svoje ruke – poručio je tom prilikom Alispahić, za kojeg je osuđeni Mahmuljin “čestit i primjeren čovjek; čestit otac i muž”.

Po njemu, Mahmuljin nikako ne može biti zapovjedno odgovoran za zločine mudžahedina iz postrojbe 'El Mudžahid', već se u tom pogledu treba ispitati odgovornost - Republike Hrvatske. Alispahić je očito ciljao na davno plasiranu priču da je Hrvatska bila ta koja je odobrila uvoz 'svetih ratnika' u njezino prvo istočno susjedstvo.

Svi australski Bošnjaci pozvani su da novčano potpomognu obranu osuđenog generala. Tako je najavljeno da će Islamski centar iz Deer Parka u petak, prije i poslije džume, organizirati prikupljanje novca za žalbu na prvostupanjsku presudu Suda BiH.

- Kada se jedan častan general osudi pitajte se ko je slijedeći. SVI MI! SVAKI BOŠNJAK JE GENERAL MAHMULJIN!!! - stoji u pozivu.

Sud BiH 22. siječnja donio je prvostupanjsku presudu kojom je bivši zapovjednik Trećeg korpusa bošnjačke Armije Republike BiH osuđen na 10 godina zatvora za ratne zločine.

Po optužnici, počinio je zločin protiv ratnih zarobljenika, ranjenika i bolesnika, kao i protiv civilnog stanovništva, jer protivno odredbama međunarodnog humanitarnog prava i Ženevskih konvencija nije spriječio ubojstva i nečovječna postupanja pripadnika odreda “El Mudžahid” na području Vozuće i Zavidovića.

Nakon rata Mahmuljin je obnašao civilne dužnosti, među ostalim bio je zamjenik federalnog ministra obrane. Njime su u kontekstu zločina nad bosanskim Hrvatima bavio i DORH.

Vijeće bosanske zajednice Novog Južnog Walesa i “Žene Sydneyja” koje djeluju pod njegovom kapom, organizirali su u tom australskom gradu skup podrške bošnjačkom generalu Sakibu Mahmuljinu, nedavnom osuđenom za ratne zločine '90-tih godina.

Sa skupa je objavljen i video, u kojemu se može čuti zabrinutost zajednice za stanje u BiH, kao i da su se 'vanjski i unutarnji neprijatelji udružili protiv Bošnjaka te se ne može izjednačavati časna borba Armije BiH protiv agresora sa zločinima agresora”.

- Vrag je odnio šalu, Bošnjaci Sydneyja moraju uzeti stvari u svoje ruke – poručio je tom prilikom Alispahić, za kojeg je osuđeni Mahmuljin “čestit i primjeren čovjek; čestit otac i muž”.

Po njemu, Mahmuljin nikako ne može biti zapovjedno odgovoran za zločine mudžahedina iz postrojbe 'El Mudžahid', već se u tom pogledu treba ispitati odgovornost - Republike Hrvatske. Alispahić je očito ciljao na davno plasiranu priču da je Hrvatska bila ta koja je odobrila uvoz 'svetih ratnika' u njezino prvo istočno susjedstvo.

Svi australski Bošnjaci pozvani su da novčano potpomognu obranu osuđenog generala. Tako je najavljeno da će Islamski centar iz Deer Parka u petak, prije i poslije džume, organizirati prikupljanje novca za žalbu na prvostupanjsku presudu Suda BiH.

- Kada se jedan častan general osudi pitajte se ko je slijedeći. SVI MI! SVAKI BOŠNJAK JE GENERAL MAHMULJIN!!! - stoji u pozivu.

Sud BiH 22. siječnja donio je prvostupanjsku presudu kojom je bivši zapovjednik Trećeg korpusa bošnjačke Armije Republike BiH osuđen na 10 godina zatvora za ratne zločine.

Po optužnici, počinio je zločin protiv ratnih zarobljenika, ranjenika i bolesnika, kao i protiv civilnog stanovništva, jer protivno odredbama međunarodnog humanitarnog prava i Ženevskih konvencija nije spriječio ubojstva i nečovječna postupanja pripadnika odreda “El Mudžahid” na području Vozuće i Zavidovića.

Nakon rata Mahmuljin je obnašao civilne dužnosti, među ostalim bio je zamjenik federalnog ministra obrane. Njime su u kontekstu zločina nad bosanskim Hrvatima bavio i DORH.

Vijeće bosanske zajednice Novog Južnog Walesa i “Žene Sydneyja” koje djeluju pod njegovom kapom, organizirali su u tom australskom gradu skup podrške bošnjačkom generalu Sakibu Mahmuljinu, nedavnom osuđenom za ratne zločine '90-tih godina.

Sa skupa je objavljen i video, u kojemu se može čuti zabrinutost zajednice za stanje u BiH, kao i da su se 'vanjski i unutarnji neprijatelji udružili protiv Bošnjaka te se ne može izjednačavati časna borba Armije BiH protiv agresora sa zločinima agresora”.

- Vrag je odnio šalu, Bošnjaci Sydneyja moraju uzeti stvari u svoje ruke – poručio je tom prilikom Alispahić, za kojeg je osuđeni Mahmuljin “čestit i primjeren čovjek; čestit otac i muž”.

Po njemu, Mahmuljin nikako ne može biti zapovjedno odgovoran za zločine mudža...
