Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) u srijedu je objavila da se cjepivo tvrtke Johnson&Johnson može koristiti kao dopunska ili 'booster' doza najmanje dva mjeseca nakon primanja prve doze kod svih odraslih osoba starijih od 18 godina.

"Preporuka je uslijedila nakon saznanja po kojemu je davanje doze cjepiva Janssen protiv covida-19 najmanje dva mjeseca nakon prve doze u odraslih osoba rezultiralo povećanjem broja antitijela", stoji u EMA-inu priopćenju za javnost. 

"Rizik od tromboze koji se povezuje s razvojem trombocitopenije ili drugim vrlo rijetkim nuspojavama nakon davanja booster doze nije poznat i pozorno pratimo" sva nova saznanja, rekli su iz EMA-e.

Radi se o trećem cjepivu, nakon onih koja su proizvele tvrtke Pfizer/BioNTech i Moderna, koje se u Europskoj uniji mogu koristiti kao booster cjepiva za odrasle.

Europska agencija za lijekove čije je sjedište u Amsterdamu preporučuje primjenu ovog cjepiva najmanje dva mjeseca nakon injektiranja prve i jedine doze cjepiva Johnson&Johnsona, komercijalnog naziva Janssen.

EMA-in Odbor za lijekove za humanu primjenu (CHMP) zaključio je i da se dopunska doza cjepiva tvrtke Johnson&Johnson može primijeniti nakon dviju doza bilo kojeg cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNK odobrenih u EU, bilo da je riječ o Pfizeru ili Moderni.

Po podacima europskih zdravstvenih tijela primjena booster doze cjepiva protiv covida-19 različita od one primljene prvi i drugi put u nekim slučajevima izaziva jači imunosni odgovor organizma. 

EMA je dosad odobrila primjenu četiriju cjepiva za odrasle u Europskoj uniji: cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNK, a to su Pfizer-BioNTech i Moderna te vektorskih cjepiva AstraZenece i Johnson&Johnsona.

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) u srijedu je objavila da se cjepivo tvrtke Johnson&Johnson može koristiti kao dopunska ili 'booster' doza najmanje dva mjeseca nakon primanja prve doze kod svih odraslih osoba starijih od 18 godina.

"Preporuka je uslijedila nakon saznanja po kojemu je davanje doze cjepiva Janssen protiv covida-19 najmanje dva mjeseca nakon prve doze u odraslih osoba rezultiralo povećanjem broja antitijela", stoji u EMA-inu priopćenju za javnost. 

"Rizik od tromboze koji se povezuje s razvojem trombocitopenije ili drugim vrlo rijetkim nuspojavama nakon davanja booster doze nije poznat i pozorno pratimo" sva nova saznanja, rekli su iz EMA-e.

Radi se o trećem cjepivu, nakon onih koja su proizvele tvrtke Pfizer/BioNTech i Moderna, koje se u Europskoj uniji mogu koristiti kao booster cjepiva za odrasle.

Europska agencija za lijekove čije je sjedište u Amsterdamu preporučuje primjenu ovog cjepiva najmanje dva mjeseca nakon injektiranja prve i jedine doze cjepiva Johnson&Johnsona, komercijalnog naziva Janssen.

EMA-in Odbor za lijekove za humanu primjenu (CHMP) zaključio je i da se dopunska doza cjepiva tvrtke Johnson&Johnson može primijeniti nakon dviju doza bilo kojeg cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNK odobrenih u EU, bilo da je riječ o Pfizeru ili Moderni.

Po podacima europskih zdravstvenih tijela primjena booster doze cjepiva protiv covida-19 različita od one primljene prvi i drugi put u nekim slučajevima izaziva jači imunosni odgovor organizma. 

EMA je dosad odobrila primjenu četiriju cjepiva za odrasle u Europskoj uniji: cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNK, a to su Pfizer-BioNTech i Moderna te vektorskih cjepiva AstraZenece i Johnson&Johnsona.

Europska agencija za lijekove objavila dobru vijest: i cjepivo Johnson&Johnson može se koristiti kao ‘booster‘ doza

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) u srijedu je objavila da se cjepivo tvrtke Johnson&Johnson može koristiti kao dopunska ili 'booster' doza najmanje dva mjeseca nakon primanja prve doze kod svih odraslih osoba starijih od 18 godina.

"Preporuka je uslijedila nakon saznanja po kojemu je davanje doze cjepiva Janssen protiv covida-19 najmanje dva mjeseca nakon prve doze u odraslih osoba rezultiralo povećanjem broja antitijela", stoji u EMA-inu priopćenju za javnost. 

"Rizik od tromboze koji se povezuje s razvojem trombocitopenije ili drugim vrlo rijetkim nuspojavama nakon davanja booster doze nije poznat i pozorno pratimo" sva nova saznanja, rekli su iz EMA-e.

Radi se o trećem cjepivu, nakon onih koja su proizvele tvrtke Pfizer/BioNTech i Moderna, koje se u Europskoj uniji mogu ...
