Damir Lenart živi u Njemačkoj već pet godina, smješten je u gradu Baden-Baden, u južnoj Njemačkoj, blizu francuske granice. Često objavljuje videosnimke života i rada u Njemačkoj, pa njegove informacije mogu biti korisne za sve one koji se pripremaju za odlazak tamo.

Damir je objavio video o cijenama života u Njemačkoj, precizno je naveo kakvi vas troškovi čekaju pri doseljenju, napominjući da se cijene odnose na Baden-Baden u kojem on živi, piše Mondo.

"Prva stavka je stan, kada dođete u Njemačku, najam trosobnog stana za jednu obitelj, bez grijanja je oko 700 eura. Na ovu cijenu dolazi još 200 eura režija. Morate platiti tri stanarine unaprijed, ukupno 2.100 eura, da biste ušli u stan. Sveukupno dođete na 3.000 eura, taj novac morate imati u džepu pri ulasku u stan. Onda morate unijeti namještaj, to je drugi trošak", počinje Damir i dodaje da se stan nalazi preko poznanstava i grupa na društvenim mrežama, jer je vrlo teško doći do njega, zbog velike potražnje.

Troškovi hrane mogu varirati. Osnovne namirinice možete kupiti za 400 eura mjesečno. Ako ne želite štedjti i "imati svega u kući", trebat će vam oko 800-900 eura. Ta cijena baš može varirati, ovisi o tome koliko tko troši.

"Kada saberete sve mjesečne troškove, dođete na cifru od 2.100 eura, dodajte tu još 100 eura za gorivo i 100 eura za neplanirane razne troškove, mjesečni trošak iznosi oko 2.300 eura. Kada imate kućni budžet od 3.000 eura, možete živjeti komotno", zaključuje Damir, koji kaže da vozači uvjerljivo najlakše dolaze do posla i dobro su plaćeni, piše Mondo.

Mnogi koji razmišljaju o životu u Njemačkoj pitaju se koliko košta život tamo.

Damir Lenart živi u Njemačkoj već pet godina, smješten je u gradu Baden-Baden, u južnoj Njemačkoj, blizu francuske granice. Često objavljuje videosnimke života i rada u Njemačkoj, pa njegove informacije mogu biti korisne za sve one koji se pripremaju za odlazak tamo.

Damir na početku navodi da je važno u kojem gradu živite, ako uzmete Műnchen ili neki veći grad, onda su tu troškovi veći, ali su veće i plaće. I obrnuto, u sredini gdje su manji troškovi, manje su i plaće.

Damir je objavio video o cijenama života u Njemačkoj, precizno je naveo kakvi vas troškovi čekaju pri doseljenju, napominjući da se cijene odnose na Baden-Baden u kojem on živi, piše Mondo.

"Prva stavka je stan, kada dođete u Njemačku, najam trosobnog stana za jednu obitelj, bez grijanja je oko 700 eura. Na ovu cijenu dolazi još 200 eura režija. Morate platiti tri stanarine unaprijed, ukupno 2.100 eura, da biste ušli u stan. Sveukupno dođete na 3.000 eura, taj novac morate imati u džepu pri ulasku u stan. Onda morate unijeti namještaj, to je drugi trošak", počinje Damir i dodaje da se stan nalazi preko poznanstava i grupa na društvenim mrežama, jer je vrlo teško doći do njega, zbog velike potražnje.

Ništa bez osiguranja

Na početku mjeseca se plaćaju stanarina i režije. Struja se posebno prijavljuje, za četvoročlanu obitelj struja košta 50 eura mjesečno.

"Važno je znati da ne treba uzimati stan koji nema kotlovnicu. Onda imate goleme račune za struju, bojler je na struju, u sobama su peći na struju, koje puno troše. To vam se zaista ne isplati. Dobro je imati bojler, koji grije i vodu i radijator, ako već u zgradi nema kotlovnice. Ako nema grijanja, nipošto ne uzimajte", rekao je Damir.

Damir dalje navodi da je sljedeća važna stavka osiguranje - osnovno osiguranje košta 10 eura, puno znači i treba ga imati. Sljedeća vrsta osiguranja koju morate imati ako živite u Njemačkoj je pravna zaštita koja košta 35 eura, ona vas štiti od tužbi, sudskih postupaka i ugovora koje potpisujete.

Treća stavka koju morate imati u stanu je internet, koji iznosi 40 eura, dok troškovi korištenja mobilnih telefona iznose oko 80 eura.

Može ići i oko 500-600 eura, ako hoćete audi A6, 3.0 motor. Osiguranje za automobil iznosi 60 eura, može biti i 120 eura za skuplje modele (full kasko)", kaže Damir.

Troškovi hrane mogu varirati. Osnovne namirinice možete kupiti za 400 eura mjesečno. Ako ne želite štedjti i "imati svega u kući", trebat će vam oko 800-900 eura. Ta cijena baš može varirati, ovisi o tome koliko tko troši.

"Kada saberete sve mjesečne troškove, dođete na cifru od 2.100 eura, dodajte tu još 100 eura za gorivo i 100 eura za neplanirane razne troškove, mjesečni trošak iznosi oko 2.300 eura. Kada imate kućni budžet od 3.000 eura, možete živjeti komotno", zaključuje Damir, koji kaže da vozači uvjerljivo najlakše dolaze do posla i dobro su plaćeni, piše Mondo.
