Institut za proučavanje rata objavio je novu analizu stanja na bojištu u Ukrajini u kojoj su ustvrdili da je u jučerašnjem napadu Rusija raketirala 20 ukrajinskih gradova i ispalila preko 80 raketa te 24 drona od kojih je 13 iranskih modela Shahed-136. Od toga je Ukrajina oborila 43 rakete i 10 iranskih te tri neidentificirana drona.

Rusi su na Ukrajince napali sa sigurne udaljenosti, ne riskirajući svoje pilote i brodove. Dronovi su lansirani s Krima i iz Bjelorusije, rakete Kaspijskog mora i Nižnjeg Novgoroda. Rusi su ukupno pogodili 70 meta, od čega su 29 bile ključne infrastrukture. Pogodili su 40 stambenih zgrada, dječje igralište, školu, a pogođen je i njemački konzulat. Ukrajinski Forbes izračunao je kako je jučerašnje raketiranje ukrajinskih gradova ruski proračun koštalo između 400-700 milijuna dolara.

Forbes je za izračun troška koristio sljedeće procjene: projektil Kh-101 košta 13 milijuna dolara, Kalibr 6,5 milijuna dolara, Iskander 3 milijuna dolara, Onyx 1,25 milijuna dolara, Kh-22, milijun dolara, a Tochka-U 300 tisuća dolara. Ukupna cijena svih dronova puštenih 10. listopada je nekoliko milijuna dolara.

Kad gubiš na bojišnici udri po gradovima 

Vladimir Putin kazao je nakon napada kako ih je naredio kao osvetu za diverziju na Kerčkom mostu. No, iako Rusi tvrde da je divljačko raketiranje civilnih objekata u ukrajinskim gradovima odmazda za Krim, ukrajinska Vojna obavještajna služba tvrdi kako su Vladimir Putin i njegov vojni vrh, raketiranje gradova pripremili puno prije.

Ukrajinski obavještajci, naime, navode da su ruske snage dobile upute Kremlja da pripreme masovne raketne napade na civilnu infrastrukturu još 2. i 3. listopada. Rusi su očito pripremali osvetničku odmazdu na civile ali ne samo zbog Krima nego već prije nakon teških poraza koje je njihova vojska doživjela na bojnom polju na istoku i jugu Ukrajine. Institut za rat smatra kako je ovo bio Putinov pokušaj da se umili ruskim jastrebovima koji danima traže odmazdu zbog gubitaka na bojišnici. „Ukrajinska Glavna vojna obavještajna uprava (GUR) izvijestila je da je Putin planirao ovaj napad prije eksplozije na mostu u Kerčkom tjesnacu, i ako je to točno, moglo bi značiti da je Putin planirao ovaj napad za otklanjanje vojnih neuspjeha u Harkivu, Izjum i Limanu“ - navodi ISW.

Sve manje preciznog oružja 

Ruski predsjednik je nakon napada kazao i da će svaki “teroristički napad protiv ruskog teritorija” od strane Ukrajinaca dočekati proporcionalnim odgovorom. „Ta izjava pokazuje njegovu spremnost da nastavi dizati tenzije malo po malo, umjesto da situacija odjednom eskalira do nuklearne prijetnje, ocjenjuju.

Institut podsjeća i kako je Rusija u napadu potrošila puno skupocjenih raketa i to gađajući civile umjesto vojne mete. Pogođeno je vrlo malo važnih gospodarskih objekata.

“Ruski napadi na ukrajinsku energetsku mrežu vjerojatno neće slomiti volju Ukrajinaca za borbom, ali bi rusko korištenje ograničenih zaliha preciznog naoružanja moglo smanjiti mogućnosti koje Putin ima na raspolaganju za zaustavljanje protuofenzive u Hersonu i Luhansku”, navodi ISW.

Iako se naveliko spekulira o najavama bjeloruskog predsjednika Aleksandra Lukašenka koji je kazao da u Bjelorusiju dolazi 1000 ruskih vojnika te da je počelo stvaranje rusko-bjeloruske vojne formacije, ISW ocjenjuju kako je napad na Ukrajinu sa sjevera, gdje graniči s Bjelorusijom, malo vjerojatan. ISW drži kako su tih 1000 ruskih vojnika slabo obučeni mobilizirani muškarci ili plaćenici koji neće predstavljati stvarnu opasnost ukrajinskoj vojsci.

Podsjetili su na svoju prijašnju analizu iz vremena kada je Ukrajina javila da se Bjelorusija priprema pustiti u zemlju oko 20.000 mobiliziranih Rusa. Tada je ISW ocijenio da se Lukašenko ne bi mogao nositi s posljedicama koje bi proizašle za njegovu zemlju zbog otvorenog uključivanja u rat u Ukrajini. 

"Umjesto toga, Kremlj bi mogao pokušati upotrijebiti dodatne ruske snage u Bjelorusiji kako bi fiksirao ukrajinske snage u blizini Kijeva i spriječio njihovo preraspoređivanje na drugim lokacijama za protuofenzivu. Rusija nema sposobnost brzo formirati kopnene udarne snage od nule ili od postojećih jedinica u Bjelorusiji. Ukrajinski Glavni stožer izvijestio je da nije uočio pokazatelje da ruske snage formiraju ofenzivne skupine u Bjelorusiji i izričito je naveo da nema prijetnje od napada s teritorija Bjelorusije", zaključuje Institut.

U okruženju 20.000 ruskih vojnika?

U sjeni napada na gradove prošla je informacija da su Ukrajinci i jučer oslobodili više od 200 kvadratnih kilometara teritorija na zapadu Luhanska. ISW mavodi kako Rusi nisu uspjeli vratiti teritorije koje su nedavno izgubili na sjeverozapadu Hersona.

„Ruske snage ne mogu opskrbljivati ​​mobilizirane snage, vjerojatno zbog dugogodišnje krađe zaliha od strane vojnika i zapovjednika po ugovoru, zaključuje ISW.

Veleposlanik Ukrajine u Britaniji Vadim Pristajko rekao je za Sky News da Ukrajina i dalje napreduje na prvoj crti, ali "ne tako spektakularno kao što je bilo prije nekoliko tjedana". Rekao je da na jugu zatvaraju krug i da bi tamo u obruču moglo ostati gotovo 20.000 ruskih vojnika. Tvrdi i kako Rusija na ratištu koristi sve više starog naoružanja što sugerira da im ponestaje sofisticirane opreme.

Institut za proučavanje rata objavio je novu analizu stanja na bojištu u Ukrajini u kojoj su ustvrdili da je u jučerašnjem napadu Rusija raketirala 20 ukrajinskih gradova i ispalila preko 80 raketa te 24 drona od kojih je 13 iranskih modela Shahed-136. Od toga je Ukrajina oborila 43 rakete i 10 iranskih te tri neidentificirana drona.

Rusi su na Ukrajince napali sa sigurne udaljenosti, ne riskirajući svoje pilote i brodove. Dronovi su lansirani s Krima i iz Bjelorusije, rakete Kaspijskog mora i Nižnjeg Novgoroda. Rusi su ukupno pogodili 70 meta, od čega su 29 bile ključne infrastrukture. Pogodili su 40 stambenih zgrada, dječje igralište, školu, a pogođen je i njemački konzulat. Ukrajinski Forbes izračunao je kako je jučerašnje raketiranje ukrajinskih gradova ruski proračun koštalo između 400-700 milijuna dolara.

Forbes je za izračun troška koristio sljedeće procjene: projektil Kh-101 košta 13 milijuna dolara, Kalibr 6,5 milijuna dolara, Iskander 3 milijuna dolara, Onyx 1,25 milijuna dolara, Kh-22, milijun dolara, a Tochka-U 300 tisuća dolara. Ukupna cijena svih dronova puštenih 10. listopada je nekoliko milijuna dolara.

Kad gubiš na bojišnici udri po gradovima 

Vladimir Putin kazao je nakon napada kako ih je naredio kao osvetu za diverziju na Kerčkom mostu. No, iako Rusi tvrde da je divljačko raketiranje civilnih objekata u ukrajinskim gradovima odmazda za Krim, ukrajinska Vojna obavještajna služba tvrdi kako su Vladimir Putin i njegov vojni vrh, raketiranje gradova pripremili puno prije.

Ukrajinski obavještajci, naime, navode da su ruske snage dobile upute Kremlja da pripreme masovne raketne napade na civilnu infrastrukturu još 2. i 3. listopada. Rusi su očito pripremali osvetničku odmazdu na civile ali ne samo zbog Krima nego već prije nakon teških poraza koje je njihova vojska doživjela na bojnom polju na istoku i jugu Ukrajine. Institut za rat smatra kako je ovo bio Putinov pokušaj da se umili ruskim jastrebovima koji danima traže odmazdu zbog gubitaka na bojišnici. „Ukrajinska Glavna vojna obavještajna uprava (GUR) izvijestila je da je Putin planirao ovaj napad prije eksplozije na mostu u Kerčkom tjesnacu, i ako je to točno, moglo bi značiti da je Putin planirao ovaj napad za otklanjanje vojnih neuspjeha u Harkivu, Izjum i Limanu“ - navodi ISW.

Sve manje preciznog oružja 

Ruski predsjednik je nakon napada kazao i da će svaki “teroristički napad protiv ruskog teritorija” od strane Ukrajinaca dočekati proporcionalnim odgovorom. „Ta izjava pokazuje njegovu spremnost da nastavi dizati tenzije malo po malo, umjesto da situacija odjednom eskalira do nuklearne prijetnje, ocjenjuju.

Institut podsjeća i kako je Rusija u napadu potrošila puno skupocjenih raketa i to gađajući civile umjesto vojne mete. Pogođeno je vrlo malo važnih gospodarskih objekata.

“Ruski napadi na ukrajinsku energetsku mrežu vjerojatno neće slomiti volju Ukrajinaca za borbom, ali bi rusko korištenje ograničenih zaliha preciznog naoružanja moglo smanjiti mogućnosti koje Putin ima na raspolaganju za zaustavljanje protuofenzive u Hersonu i Luhansku”, navodi ISW.

Iako se naveliko spekulira o najavama bjeloruskog predsjednika Aleksandra Lukašenka koji je kazao da u Bjelorusiju dolazi 1000 ruskih vojnika te da je počelo stvaranje rusko-bjeloruske vojne formacije, ISW ocjenjuju kako je napad na Ukrajinu sa sjevera, gdje graniči s Bjelorusijom, malo vjerojatan. ISW drži kako su tih 1000 ruskih vojnika slabo obučeni mobilizirani muškarci ili plaćenici koji neće predstavljati stvarnu opasnost ukrajinskoj vojsci.

Podsjetili su na svoju prijašnju analizu iz vremena kada je Ukrajina javila da se Bjelorusija priprema pustiti u zemlju oko 20.000 mobiliziranih Rusa. Tada je ISW ocijenio da se Lukašenko ne bi mogao nositi s posljedicama koje bi proizašle za njegovu zemlju zbog otvorenog uključivanja u rat u Ukrajini. 

"Umjesto toga, Kremlj bi mogao pokušati upotrijebiti dodatne ruske snage u Bjelorusiji kako bi fiksirao ukrajinske snage u blizini Kijeva i spriječio njihovo preraspoređivanje na drugim lokacijama za protuofenzivu. Rusija nema sposobnost brzo formirati kopnene udarne snage od nule ili od postojećih jedinica u Bjelorusiji. Ukrajinski Glavni stožer izvijestio je da nije uočio pokazatelje da ruske snage formiraju ofenzivne skupine u Bjelorusiji i izričito je naveo da nema prijetnje od napada s teritorija Bjelorusije", zaključuje Institut.

U okruženju 20.000 ruskih vojnika?

U sjeni napada na gradove prošla je informacija da su Ukrajinci i jučer oslobodili više od 200 kvadratnih kilometara teritorija na zapadu Luhanska. ISW mavodi kako Rusi nisu uspjeli vratiti teritorije koje su nedavno izgubili na sjeverozapadu Hersona.

„Ruske snage ne mogu opskrbljivati ​​mobilizirane snage, vjerojatno zbog dugogodišnje krađe zaliha od strane vojnika i zapovjednika po ugovoru, zaključuje ISW.

Veleposlanik Ukrajine u Britaniji Vadim Pristajko rekao je za Sky News da Ukrajina i dalje napreduje na prvoj crti, ali "ne tako spektakularno kao što je bilo prije nekoliko tjedana". Rekao je da na jugu zatvaraju krug i da bi tamo u obruču moglo ostati gotovo 20.000 ruskih vojnika. Tvrdi i kako Rusija na ratištu koristi sve više starog naoružanja što sugerira da im ponestaje sofisticirane opreme.
