Izraelski znanstvenici proveli su istraživanje koje pokazuje da se cijepljenjem protiv koronavirusa, osim stvaranja osobne zaštite smanjuje i rizik od njegova prijenosa. 

Ranije je znanstveno dokazano da cjepivo štiti od covida-19, no još je dvojbeno mogu li cijepljene osobe i dalje biti prijenosnici virusa. 

Znanstvenici predvođeni Idanom Yelinom s Tehnološkog instituta u Haifi analizirali su laboratorijske rezultate 5800 zaraženih ljudi, među kojima je polovica primila prvu dozu cjepiva BioNTecha i Pfizera.

PCR testovima ustanovljeno je da su cijepljeni pacijenti proizveli četiri puta manje čestica virusa od 12. do 28. dana nakon primitka cjepiva od onih koji ga nisu dobili. 

Manja količina virusa znači i manju mogućnost prijenosa. 

Clemens Wendtner, njemački stručnjak koji nije sudjelovao u istraživanju, rekao je da to "budi nadu", premda izraelska studija još nije prošla stručnu recenziju. 

"Cjepivo BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) ne samo da stvara osobnu zaštitu, nego se može pretpostaviti da bi se dovoljnim procjepljenjem stanovništva mogla stvoriti kolektivna zaštita u smislu imuniteta zajednice", rekao je Wendtner.

Wendtner je dodao da još nije jasno jesu li virusi koji su otkriveni među zaraženim, ali cijepljenim osobama i dalje bili zarazni ili se radilo o mrtvim fragmentima koje nisu sposobne za repliciranje. Ističe da o tome treba provesti dodatna istraživanja. 

Dodaje i da je potrebno ustanoviti koliku će količinu virusa cijepljene osobe imati u organizmu nakon primljenih dviju doza cjepiva.

Izraelski znanstvenici proveli su istraživanje koje pokazuje da se cijepljenjem protiv koronavirusa, osim stvaranja osobne zaštite smanjuje i rizik od njegova prijenosa. 

Ranije je znanstveno dokazano da cjepivo štiti od covida-19, no još je dvojbeno mogu li cijepljene osobe i dalje biti prijenosnici virusa. 

Znanstvenici predvođeni Idanom Yelinom s Tehnološkog instituta u Haifi analizirali su laboratorijske rezultate 5800 zaraženih ljudi, među kojima je polovica primila prvu dozu cjepiva BioNTecha i Pfizera.

PCR testovima ustanovljeno je da su cijepljeni pacijenti proizveli četiri puta manje čestica virusa od 12. do 28. dana nakon primitka cjepiva od onih koji ga nisu dobili. 

Manja količina virusa znači i manju mogućnost prijenosa. 

Clemens Wendtner, njemački stručnjak koji nije sudjelovao u istraživanju, rekao je da to "budi nadu", premda izraelska studija još nije prošla stručnu recenziju. 

"Cjepivo BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) ne samo da stvara osobnu zaštitu, nego se može pretpostaviti da bi se dovoljnim procjepljenjem stanovništva mogla stvoriti kolektivna zaštita u smislu imuniteta zajednice", rekao je Wendtner.

Wendtner je dodao da još nije jasno jesu li virusi koji su otkriveni među zaraženim, ali cijepljenim osobama i dalje bili zarazni ili se radilo o mrtvim fragmentima koje nisu sposobne za repliciranje. Ističe da o tome treba provesti dodatna istraživanja. 

Dodaje i da je potrebno ustanoviti koliku će količinu virusa cijepljene osobe imati u organizmu nakon primljenih dviju doza cjepiva.

Izraelska studija: Cijepljenjem se smanjuje i rizik od prijenosa virusa. Dovoljnim procjepljenjem mogao bi se stvoriti kolektivni imunitet

Izraelski znanstvenici proveli su istraživanje koje pokazuje da se cijepljenjem protiv koronavirusa, osim stvaranja osobne zaštite smanjuje i rizik od njegova prijenosa. 

Ranije je znanstveno dokazano da cjepivo štiti od covida-19, no još je dvojbeno mogu li cijepljene osobe i dalje biti prijenosnici virusa. 

Znanstvenici predvođeni Idanom Yelinom s Tehnološkog instituta u Haifi analizirali su laboratorijske rezultate 5800 zaraženih ljudi, među kojima je polovica primila prvu dozu cjepiva BioNTecha i Pfizera.

PCR testovima ustanovljeno je da su cijepljeni pacijenti proizveli četiri puta manje čestica virusa od 12. do 28. dana nakon primitka cjepiva od onih koji ga nisu dobili. 

Manja količina virusa znači i manju mogućnost prijenosa.
