Izvršni odbor Međunarodnog monetarnog fonda (MMF) u četvrtak je dovršio prvu reviziju ukrajinskog programa zajma od 15,6 milijardi dolara, omogućivši Kijevu da odmah povuče novih 890 milijuna dolara za potporu proračunu, dok pokreće veliku ofenzivu protiv ruske invazije.

Odobrenje povlačenja nove tranše zajma Ukrajini u sklopu programa pokrenutog 31. ožujka dovodi ukupna dosad povučena sredstva na otprilike 3,6 milijardi dolara.

MMF je ocijenio da su ukrajinske vlasti postigle "snažan napredak" prema ispunjavanju reformskih obveza pod "izazovnim uvjetima", ispunivši kvantitativne kriterije uspješnosti do travnja i strukturna mjerila do lipnja.

"Ruska invazija na Ukrajinu i dalje ima ozbiljan utjecaj na ljudski i fizički kapital te okoliš, uz gubitak života, pad životnog standarda i porast siromaštva, kao i štetu nanesenu infrastrukturi. Unatoč tome, ukrajinski narod je otporan, a vješto kreiranje politika ukrajinskih vlasti i kontinuirana vanjska potpora pomogli su u podupiranju makroekonomske i financijske stabilnosti", istaknula je direktorica MMF-a Kristalina Georgieva.

Šef misije MMF-a u Ukrajini Gavin Gray izjavio je novinarima da MMF nastavlja razmatrati društvene, ekološke i ekonomske učinke uništenja brane Kakhovka ranije ovog mjeseca, koje je proiuzročilo velike poplave u južnoj Ukrajini. Po njegovim riječima, MMF inicijalno očekuje da će ta katastrofa podignuti cijene hrane i pojačati inflaciju u zemlji.

Unatoč tome, MMF je ponovio gospodarsku prognozu za Ukrajinu o rastu BDP-a za 3 posto u ovoj godini, nedavno poboljšanu s 1 posto rasta, budući da novi kreditni program podupire gospodarstvo.

MMF-ov program zajma, odobren prema novim pravilima koja omogućuju davanje zajmova i u vrlo neizvjesnim situacijama, dio je ukupnog paketa potpore toj zemlji vrijednog 115 milijardi dolara, od čega 100 milijardi dolara dolazi od država donatora.

Izvršni odbor Međunarodnog monetarnog fonda (MMF) u četvrtak je dovršio prvu reviziju ukrajinskog programa zajma od 15,6 milijardi dolara, omogućivši Kijevu da odmah povuče novih 890 milijuna dolara za potporu proračunu, dok pokreće veliku ofenzivu protiv ruske invazije.

Odobrenje povlačenja nove tranše zajma Ukrajini u sklopu programa pokrenutog 31. ožujka dovodi ukupna dosad povučena sredstva na otprilike 3,6 milijardi dolara.

MMF je ocijenio da su ukrajinske vlasti postigle "snažan napredak" prema ispunjavanju reformskih obveza pod "izazovnim uvjetima", ispunivši kvantitativne kriterije uspješnosti do travnja i strukturna mjerila do lipnja.

"Ruska invazija na Ukrajinu i dalje ima ozbiljan utjecaj na ljudski i fizički kapital te okoliš, uz gubitak života, pad životnog standarda i porast siromaštva, kao i štetu nanesenu infrastrukturi. Unatoč tome, ukrajinski narod je otporan, a vješto kreiranje politika ukrajinskih vlasti i kontinuirana vanjska potpora pomogli su u podupiranju makroekonomske i financijske stabilnosti", istaknula je direktorica MMF-a Kristalina Georgieva.

Šef misije MMF-a u Ukrajini Gavin Gray izjavio je novinarima da MMF nastavlja razmatrati društvene, ekološke i ekonomske učinke uništenja brane Kakhovka ranije ovog mjeseca, koje je proiuzročilo velike poplave u južnoj Ukrajini. Po njegovim riječima, MMF inicijalno očekuje da će ta katastrofa podignuti cijene hrane i pojačati inflaciju u zemlji.

Unatoč tome, MMF je ponovio gospodarsku prognozu za Ukrajinu o rastu BDP-a za 3 posto u ovoj godini, nedavno poboljšanu s 1 posto rasta, budući da novi kreditni program podupire gospodarstvo.

MMF-ov program zajma, odobren prema novim pravilima koja omogućuju davanje zajmova i u vrlo neizvjesnim situacijama, dio je ukupnog paketa potpore toj zemlji vrijednog 115 milijardi dolara, od čega 100 milijardi dolara dolazi od država donatora.

Izvršni odbor MMF-a odobrio Ukrajini potporu od 890 milijuna dolara: ‘Unatoč invaziji, makroekonomski su stabilni‘

Izvršni odbor Međunarodnog monetarnog fonda (MMF) u četvrtak je dovršio prvu reviziju ukrajinskog programa zajma od 15,6 milijardi dolara, omogućivši Kijevu da odmah povuče novih 890 milijuna dolara za potporu proračunu, dok pokreće veliku ofenzivu protiv ruske invazije.

Odobrenje povlačenja nove tranše zajma Ukrajini u sklopu programa pokrenutog 31. ožujka dovodi ukupna dosad povučena sredstva na otprilike 3,6 milijardi dolara.

MMF je ocijenio da su ukrajinske vlasti postigle "snažan napredak" prema ispunjavanju reformskih obveza pod "izazovnim uvjetima", ispunivši kvantitativne kriterije uspješnosti do travnja i strukturna mjerila do lipnja.

"Ruska invazija na Ukrajinu i dalje ima ozbiljan utjecaj na ljudski i fizički kapital te okoliš, uz gubitak života, pad životnog standarda i porast siromaštva, kao i štetu nanesenu infrastrukturi. Unatoč tome, ukrajinski narod je otporan, a vješto kreiranje politika ukrajinskih vlasti i kontinuirana vanjska potpora pomogli su u podupiranju makroekonomske i financijske stabilnosti", istaknula je direktorica MMF-a Kristalina Georgieva.

Šef misije MMF-a u Ukrajini Gavin Gray izjavio je novinarima da MMF nastavlja razmatrati društvene, ekološke i ekonomske učinke uništenja brane Kakhovka ranije ovog mjeseca, koje je proiuzročilo velike poplave u južnoj Ukrajini. Po njegovim riječima, MMF inicijalno očekuje da će ta katastrofa podignuti cijene hrane i pojačati inflaciju u zemlji.

Unatoč tome, MMF je ponovio gospodarsku prognozu za Ukrajinu o rastu BDP-a za 3 posto u ovoj godini, nedavno poboljšanu s 1 posto rasta, budući da novi kreditni program podupire gospodarstvo.

MMF-ov program zajma, odobren prema novim pravilima koja omogućuju davanje zajmova i u vrlo neizvjesnim situacijama, dio je ukupnog paketa potpore toj zemlji vrijednog 115 milijardi dolara, od čega 100 milijardi dolara dolazi od država donatora.
