Kineski predsjednik Xi Jinping radi prekovremeno kako bi se oblikovao kao državnik na globalnoj sceni. Pritom mu njegov "stari prijatelj" u Rusiji, kako su jedan drugome tepali prilikom Xijevog posjeta Moskvi, baš i ne pomaže.

Naime, nakon što je pomogao Saudijskoj Arabiji i Iranu u dogovoru o obnovi veza između Rijada i Teherana, Xi se usredotočio na druge geopolitičke probleme - rat ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina u Ukrajini i potrebu da se ponovno ‘resetiraju‘ diplomatski kinesko-američki odnosi, kako bi omogućio vlastitom gospodarstvu novi prostor za rast, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Kineski predsjednik je otputovao u Moskvu na tri dana te je tamo imao duge razgovore s Putinom, uz nazdravljanje njihovom "prijateljstvu bez ograničenja", naglašenom prošle godine uoči ruske invazije punog opsega na Ukrajinu. Njih su dvojica u zajedničkoj izjavi istaknuli, između ostaloga, da se "sve države koje raspolažu nuklearnim oružjem trebaju suzdržati od postavljanja nuklearnog oružja u inozemstvo".

No, samo nekoliko dana kasnije, kako piše Bloomberg, Putin je ‘podmetnuo nogu‘ Xiju objavom svojih planova da svoje taktičko nuklearno oružje rasporedi u susjednoj Bjelorusiji, gdje željeznom rukom vlada njegov najveći saveznik Aleksandar Lukašenko, koji je Putinu prepustio teritorij svoje zemlje da ga iskoristi kao poligon za invaziju na susjednu Ukrajinu.

Ukoliko Putin najavljeni plan realizira, to bi bilo prvi puta da Rusija raspoređuje nuklearno oružje u inozemstvu još od raspada Sovjetskog Saveza.

Bilo da ruski predsjednik blefira u vezi svojeg nuklearnog arsenala ili ne, on objavom ovih planova stavlja Xija u neugodnu poziciju u njegovim nastojanjima da Kinu učini pouzdanim posrednikom u sukobima - kineski predsjednik je, naime, danas ponovno razgovarao sa saudijskim prijestolonasljednikom o Iranu.

Xi nije otvoreno podržao, ali niti žestoko kritizirao Putina zbog rata u Ukrajini, no jednu poruku jasno i stalno iznova ponavlja već mjesecima - Rusija ne bi trebala koristiti nuklearno oružje u ovome ratu.

Ovakvo Putinovo držanje moglo bi izazvati sumnje u to koliko utjecaja Xi uopće ima na ruskog predsjednika, čak i ako se uzme u obzir ekonomska ovisnost Moskve o Pekingu i potreba ruskog predsjednika za međunarodnim diplomatskim saveznicima, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Očekivalo se da će kineski predsjednik održati telefonski razgovor s ukrajinskim predsjednikom Volodimirom Zelenskim u roku od nekoliko dana nakon posjeta Moskvi, budući da s njim nije razgovarao od početka ruske invazije, no do tog razgovora još nije došlo.

No, ako se i kada dogodi, ukrajinski predsjednik bi imao puno pravo priupitati Xija sluša li Vladimir Putin ikoga, zaključuje Bloomberg u svom komentaru.

Kineski predsjednik Xi Jinping radi prekovremeno kako bi se oblikovao kao državnik na globalnoj sceni. Pritom mu njegov "stari prijatelj" u Rusiji, kako su jedan drugome tepali prilikom Xijevog posjeta Moskvi, baš i ne pomaže.

Naime, nakon što je pomogao Saudijskoj Arabiji i Iranu u dogovoru o obnovi veza između Rijada i Teherana, Xi se usredotočio na druge geopolitičke probleme - rat ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina u Ukrajini i potrebu da se ponovno ‘resetiraju‘ diplomatski kinesko-američki odnosi, kako bi omogućio vlastitom gospodarstvu novi prostor za rast, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Kineski predsjednik je otputovao u Moskvu na tri dana te je tamo imao duge razgovore s Putinom, uz nazdravljanje njihovom "prijateljstvu bez ograničenja", naglašenom prošle godine uoči ruske invazije punog opsega na Ukrajinu. Njih su dvojica u zajedničkoj izjavi istaknuli, između ostaloga, da se "sve države koje raspolažu nuklearnim oružjem trebaju suzdržati od postavljanja nuklearnog oružja u inozemstvo".

No, samo nekoliko dana kasnije, kako piše Bloomberg, Putin je ‘podmetnuo nogu‘ Xiju objavom svojih planova da svoje taktičko nuklearno oružje rasporedi u susjednoj Bjelorusiji, gdje željeznom rukom vlada njegov najveći saveznik Aleksandar Lukašenko, koji je Putinu prepustio teritorij svoje zemlje da ga iskoristi kao poligon za invaziju na susjednu Ukrajinu.

Ukoliko Putin najavljeni plan realizira, to bi bilo prvi puta da Rusija raspoređuje nuklearno oružje u inozemstvu još od raspada Sovjetskog Saveza.

Bilo da ruski predsjednik blefira u vezi svojeg nuklearnog arsenala ili ne, on objavom ovih planova stavlja Xija u neugodnu poziciju u njegovim nastojanjima da Kinu učini pouzdanim posrednikom u sukobima - kineski predsjednik je, naime, danas ponovno razgovarao sa saudijskim prijestolonasljednikom o Iranu.

Xi nije otvoreno podržao, ali niti žestoko kritizirao Putina zbog rata u Ukrajini, no jednu poruku jasno i stalno iznova ponavlja već mjesecima - Rusija ne bi trebala koristiti nuklearno oružje u ovome ratu.

Ovakvo Putinovo držanje moglo bi izazvati sumnje u to koliko utjecaja Xi uopće ima na ruskog predsjednika, čak i ako se uzme u obzir ekonomska ovisnost Moskve o Pekingu i potreba ruskog predsjednika za međunarodnim diplomatskim saveznicima, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Očekivalo se da će kineski predsjednik održati telefonski razgovor s ukrajinskim predsjednikom Volodimirom Zelenskim u roku od nekoliko dana nakon posjeta Moskvi, budući da s njim nije razgovarao od početka ruske invazije, no do tog razgovora još nije došlo.

No, ako se i kada dogodi, ukrajinski predsjednik bi imao puno pravo priupitati Xija sluša li Vladimir Putin ikoga, zaključuje Bloomberg u svom komentaru.

Kineski predsjednik Xi Jinping radi prekovremeno kako bi se oblikovao kao državnik na globalnoj sceni. Pritom mu njegov "stari prijatelj" u Rusiji, kako su jedan drugome tepali prilikom Xijevog posjeta Moskvi, baš i ne pomaže.

Naime, nakon što je pomogao Saudijskoj Arabiji i Iranu u dogovoru o obnovi veza između Rijada i Teherana, Xi se usredotočio na druge geopolitičke probleme - rat ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina u Ukrajini i potrebu da se ponovno ‘resetiraju‘ diplomatski kinesko-američki odnosi, kako bi omogućio vlastitom gospodarstvu novi prostor za rast, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Kineski predsjednik je otputovao u Moskvu na tri dana te je tamo imao duge razgovore s Putinom, uz nazdravljanje njihovom "prijateljstvu bez ograničenja", naglašenom prošle godine uoči ru...
