Iran i Saudijska Arabija uspostavljaju diplomatske veze nakon pregovora u Narodnoj Republici Kini, navodi se u zajedničkom priopćenju koje su u petak objavila državna glasila tih dviju velikih bliskoistočnih zemalja koje su 2016. prekinule diplomatske odnose.

"Islamska Republika Iran i Kraljevina Saudijska Arabija dogovorile su se tijekom pregovora da će ponovno uspostaviti diplomatske veze i otvoriti veleposlanstva i (diplomatska) predstavništva najkasnije za dva mjeseca", ističe agencija Irna, prenoseći zajedničko priopćenje triju strana koje je objavila i službena saudijska agencija SPA.

Sunitska Saudijska Arabija i šijitski Iran prekinuli su veze prije sedam godina, nakon napada prosvjednika na saudijska diplomatska predstavništva u Iranu, pošto je Rijad pogubio poznatog vjerskog šijitskog vođu Nimra al-Nimra.

Iran i Saudijska Arabija u zajedničkom priopćenju "zahvaljuju Republici Iraku i Sultanatu Omanu što su bili domaćini pregovora dviju strana 2021. i 2022. te čelnicima i vladi Narodne Republike Kine što su organizirali i podupirali pregovore u svojoj zemlji".

Riječ je o važnom geopolitičkom događaju koji bi mogao dovesti do smirivanja napetosti na prostoru Zaljeva koji je proteklih 12 godina, od Arapskog proljeća bio izrazito kolebljiv. Rat u Siriji je doveo Rijad i Teheran na zaraćene strane jer je prvi nastojao srušiti Bashara al-Assada, a drugi ga sačuvati na vlasti. Otvorenim je pitanjem ostala uloga Saudijske Arabije u nastanku terorističke skupine Islamska država. Nova je točka sukoba postao Jemen u kojem Muhamed bin Salman, prijestolonasljednik, pokreće rat kako bi pokazao moć, a zapada u višegodišnji sukob iz kojeg se nije izvukao u kojem Iran podržava jednu stranu, šijite Huti.

UAE u jednom trenutku zaključuje da mu savezništvo u tom ratu s Arabijom izaziva teškoće pa se povlači i kreće u obnovu odnosa s Iranom s kojim je Katar u dobrim odnosima. Iran i Saudijska Arabija uspostavljaju diplomatske veze nakon pregovora u Narodnoj Republici Kini, navodi se u zajedničkom priopćenju koje su u petak objavila državna glasila tih dviju velikih bliskoistočnih zemalja koje su 2016. prekinule diplomatske odnose.

"Islamska Republika Iran i Kraljevina Saudijska Arabija dogovorile su se tijekom pregovora da će ponovno uspostaviti diplomatske veze i otvoriti veleposlanstva i (diplomatska) predstavništva najkasnije za dva mjeseca", ističe agencija Irna, prenoseći zajedničko priopćenje triju strana koje je objavila i službena saudijska agencija SPA.

Sunitska Saudijska Arabija i šijitski Iran prekinuli su veze prije sedam godina, nakon napada prosvjednika na saudijska diplomatska predstavništva u Iranu, pošto je Rijad pogubio poznatog vjerskog šijitskog vođu Nimra al-Nimra.

Iran i Saudijska Arabija u zajedničkom priopćenju "zahvaljuju Republici Iraku i Sultanatu Omanu što su bili domaćini pregovora dviju strana 2021. i 2022. te čelnicima i vladi Narodne Republike Kine što su organizirali i podupirali pregovore u svojoj zemlji".

Riječ je o važnom geopolitičkom događaju koji bi mogao dovesti do smirivanja napetosti na prostoru Zaljeva koji je proteklih 12 godina, od Arapskog proljeća bio izrazito kolebljiv. Rat u Siriji je doveo Rijad i Teheran na zaraćene strane jer je prvi nastojao srušiti Bashara al-Assada, a drugi ga sačuvati na vlasti. Otvorenim je pitanjem ostala uloga Saudijske Arabije u nastanku terorističke skupine Islamska država. Nova je točka sukoba postao Jemen u kojem Muhamed bin Salman, prijestolonasljednik, pokreće rat kako bi pokazao moć, a zapada u višegodišnji sukob iz kojeg se nije izvukao u kojem Iran podržava jednu stranu, šijite Huti.

UAE u jednom trenutku zaključuje da mu savezništvo u tom ratu s Arabijom izaziva teškoće pa se povlači i kreće u obnovu odnosa s Iranom s kojim je Katar u dobrim odnosima. Kako se razvija nadmetanje UAE i Arabije u stjecanju poslovnog primata u regiji, gdje je Dubai dobio vjetar u jedra sklapanjem Abrahamskih sporazuma s Izraelom. Arabija postaje izoliranija, pokvarila je odnose sa SAD-om, ali ima sve bolje s Rusijom. I NR Kinom. Koja vidi idealnu prigodu da se profilira medijatorom i tako ojača utjecaj na Srednjem istoku i sa sunitima i šijitima. Beijing ima strateški sporazum s Iranom, od Arabije kupuje naftu. A i od Irana iako tako krši sankcije SAD-a.

Sporazum je, nedvojbeno, planiran da bude objavljen dok traje zasjedanje Svekineskog nacionalnog kongresa kako bi potvrdio međunarodni ugled kineskog predsjednika Xi Jinpinga nakon što prijedlog Beijinga za rješavanje ruske agresije na Ukrajinu doživio međunarodnu havariju.
