Najveća slovenska farmaceutska kompanija Krka najavila je sveobuhvatnu istragu o navodima rumunjskih medija da se rumunjska podružnica Krke upustila u masovno podmićivanje tamošnjih liječnika, prenosi novac.hr.

S rumunjskim liječnicima, prema navodima dnevnog lista Libertatea koji je otvorio ovu aferu, podružnica Krke je potpisivala ugovore o suradnji kroz organiziranje putovanje i isplatu honorara za stručne skupove koje je organizirala Krka, a zauzvrat je od doktora traženo da svojim pacijentima prepisuju lijekove tog slovenskog proizvođača.

- U slučaju otkrivanja nepravilnosti u radu rumunjskih kolega, Krka će postupiti odlučno te će uz sve pravne lijekove i u skladu s rumunjskim zakonom pravilno sankcionirati sve počinitelje – priopćeno je iz sjedišta Krke u Novom mestu.

Iz slovenske središnjice nisu komentirali konkretne navode dnevnika Libertatea, potkrijepljene dokumentima s imenima doktora, da je podmićivanje 87 rumunjskih liječnika poduzeto za lijek Bilobil, kao ni podatke da je na isti način pokušano povećanje prodaje lijeka Lorista.

Libertatea je najavila istragu rumunjskog ministarstva zdravstva o optužbama na račun Krke. Prenosi i neslužbene informacije iz drugih farmacetskih tvrtki koje posluju u Rumunjskoj da su zabrinute kako bi istraga protiv Krke mogla razotkriti i njihove slične prakse u osvajanju tržišta.

Šteta za poslovanje Krke u Rumunjskoj zbog korupcijskog skandala, tvrdi rumunjski dnevnik, već je nastupila jer djelatnici tamošnjeg zdravstva odbijaju svaki kontakt s Krkinim osobljem zbog straha da se i njih ne optuži za korupciju.

Rumunjski mediji procjenjuju da će Krka pokušati odgovornost za spomenuti korupcijski skandal prebaciti na djelatnike svoje podružnice u Rumunjskoj s izlikom da su oni sve radili na svoju ruku. No, dodaju isti izvori, činjenica je da na spornim ugovorima o suradnji s liječnicima stoji potpis izvršne direktorice Krkine podružnice u Rumunjskoj Amelije Tataru.

Odmah po objavi prvih tekstova o sumnjama na korupciju rumunjskih liječnika, djelatnicima Krkine podružnice u toj zemlji zabranjeno je davanje izjava, piše novac.hr.

Najveća slovenska farmaceutska kompanija Krka najavila je sveobuhvatnu istragu o navodima rumunjskih medija da se rumunjska podružnica Krke upustila u masovno podmićivanje tamošnjih liječnika, prenosi novac.hr.

S rumunjskim liječnicima, prema navodima dnevnog lista Libertatea koji je otvorio ovu aferu, podružnica Krke je potpisivala ugovore o suradnji kroz organiziranje putovanje i isplatu honorara za stručne skupove koje je organizirala Krka, a zauzvrat je od doktora traženo da svojim pacijentima prepisuju lijekove tog slovenskog proizvođača.

- U slučaju otkrivanja nepravilnosti u radu rumunjskih kolega, Krka će postupiti odlučno te će uz sve pravne lijekove i u skladu s rumunjskim zakonom pravilno sankcionirati sve počinitelje – priopćeno je iz sjedišta Krke u Novom mestu.

Iz slovenske središnjice nisu komentirali konkretne navode dnevnika Libertatea, potkrijepljene dokumentima s imenima doktora, da je podmićivanje 87 rumunjskih liječnika poduzeto za lijek Bilobil, kao ni podatke da je na isti način pokušano povećanje prodaje lijeka Lorista.

Libertatea je najavila istragu rumunjskog ministarstva zdravstva o optužbama na račun Krke. Prenosi i neslužbene informacije iz drugih farmacetskih tvrtki koje posluju u Rumunjskoj da su zabrinute kako bi istraga protiv Krke mogla razotkriti i njihove slične prakse u osvajanju tržišta.

Šteta za poslovanje Krke u Rumunjskoj zbog korupcijskog skandala, tvrdi rumunjski dnevnik, već je nastupila jer djelatnici tamošnjeg zdravstva odbijaju svaki kontakt s Krkinim osobljem zbog straha da se i njih ne optuži za korupciju.

Rumunjski mediji procjenjuju da će Krka pokušati odgovornost za spomenuti korupcijski skandal prebaciti na djelatnike svoje podružnice u Rumunjskoj s izlikom da su oni sve radili na svoju ruku. No, dodaju isti izvori, činjenica je da na spornim ugovorima o suradnji s liječnicima stoji potpis izvršne direktorice Krkine podružnice u Rumunjskoj Amelije Tataru.

Odmah po objavi prvih tekstova o sumnjama na korupciju rumunjskih liječnika, djelatnicima Krkine podružnice u toj zemlji zabranjeno je davanje izjava, piše novac.hr.

S rumunjskim liječnicima, prema navodima dnevnog lista Libertatea koji je otvorio ovu aferu, podružnica Krke je potpisivala ugovore o suradnji kroz organiziranje putovanje i isplatu honorara za stručne skupove koje je organizirala Krka, a zauzvrat je od doktora traženo da svojim pacijentima prepisuju lijekove tog slovenskog proizvođača.

- U slučaju otkrivanja nepravilnosti u radu rumunjskih kolega, Krka će postupiti odlučno te će uz sve pravne lijekove i u skladu s rumunjskim zakonom pravilno sankcionirati sve počinitelje – priopćeno je iz sjedišta Krke u Novom mestu....
