Prema posljednjim podacima švicarske nezavisne organizacije Euro-Med Monitor, u Gazi je od početka izraelske invazije - u nešto više od tri mjeseca - ubijeno 12.660 djece. Ako uzmemo u obzir da je u Ukrajini unutar dvije godine rata smrtno stradalo 573 mališana - na obje strane zajedno - dolazimo do zaključka da je sukob u Gazi za djecu smrtonosniji čak 176 puta.

Gotovo čitavo stanovništvo Pojasa Gaze - njih 2,3 milijuna - je raseljeno. Pritom, putujući kroz ruševine, palestinski klinci moraju bježati od IDF-ovih tenkova i snajperskih metaka.

Mnoga djeca, jasno, ne mogu podnijeti toliku količinu straha, boli i stresa, pa jednostavno upadnu u paralizu šoka. Druga, kojima su pred očima majka, otac, brat, sestra, baka, djed, tetke, stričevi i rođaci razneseni izraelskim bombama, ne prestaju plakati i zapomagati. Pritom doživljena trauma će ih, jasno, pratiti do kraja života.

Teške opekline su nešto što je zadnjih mjeseci postala gotovo pa normalna stvar za stanovništvo Gaze; pa i među najmlađima. Tako smo mogli vidjeti malenu bebu kako drhti dok se liječi od opeklina od gelera. Pa je tu bio teško nastradali dječak, kojem su komadi kože visili s lica i ruku ili djevojčica zagorenog lica, koja je zapomagala: "Hladno mi je, želim svoju mamu, želim svog tatu!"

Ipak, posebno upečatljive su korisnicima društvenih mreža ostale crne oči palestinske djevojčice koja opisuje trenutak kada je izraelski tenk zdrobio vozilo u kojem je bila, ubivši joj oca i sestru. Sve to se odvilo prije dva dana, a ukoliko se (trenutno) crnooka ne operira, izgubit će vid.

Izraelska vojska je brojnu djecu učinila i invalidima. Od 7. listopada je više od 1000 palestinske djece moralo proći amputaciju bez anestezije - jer Izrael ne dozvoljava ulaz lijekova u pojas Gaze.

Primjerice, Alaa Soboh je dvaput ozlijeđena; jednom u sjevernoj Gazi tijekom izraelskog bombardiranja njene kuće, a drugi put u izraelskom zračnom napadu na izbjeglički kamp Nuseirat.

"Ruka mi je amputirana, otac mi je ranjen, a djed ubijen", kroz suze izgovara djevojčica bez lijeve ruke.

I dok su tisuće zarobljene među ruševinama - među kojima je veliki broj ubijene djece - mnogo njih je i spašeno. Tako smo mogli vidjeti bebu rođenu u prvim danima rata kako je izvučena živa iz ruševina kuće koju je Izrael bombardirao. Ili sestru i brata uklješene pod hrpom betona, koje je smrt čekala iza ćoška.

Snimke kamiona koji dovode na desetke teško ranjenih je proteklih tjedana bio uobičajeni internetski sadržaj. Među unesrećeima je, očito, bilo i mnogo djece. Nažalost, puno previše ih nije preživjelo.

Zamislite to ovako: za prevesti njih 12.660 u raj (ili pakao; ovisi kako gledate) bi trebalo 177 školskih autobusa, od kojih svaki prima 72 djece. 

I svaki dan put neba idu dva nova busa.

Prema posljednjim podacima švicarske nezavisne organizacije Euro-Med Monitor, u Gazi je od početka izraelske invazije - u nešto više od tri mjeseca - ubijeno 12.660 djece. Ako uzmemo u obzir da je u Ukrajini unutar dvije godine rata smrtno stradalo 573 mališana - na obje strane zajedno - dolazimo do zaključka da je sukob u Gazi za djecu smrtonosniji čak 176 puta.

Gotovo čitavo stanovništvo Pojasa Gaze - njih 2,3 milijuna - je raseljeno. Pritom, putujući kroz ruševine, palestinski klinci moraju bježati od IDF-ovih tenkova i snajperskih metaka.

Mnoga djeca, jasno, ne mogu podnijeti toliku količinu straha, boli i stresa, pa jednostavno upadnu u paralizu šoka. Druga, kojima su pred očima majka, otac, brat, sestra, baka, djed, tetke, stričevi i rođaci razneseni izraelskim bombama, ne prestaju plakati i zapomagati. Pritom doživljena trauma će ih, jasno, pratiti do kraja života.

Teške opekline su nešto što je zadnjih mjeseci postala gotovo pa normalna stvar za stanovništvo Gaze; pa i među najmlađima. Tako smo mogli vidjeti malenu bebu kako drhti dok se liječi od opeklina od gelera. Pa je tu bio teško nastradali dječak, kojem su komadi kože visili s lica i ruku ili djevojčica zagorenog lica, koja je zapomagala: "Hladno mi je, želim svoju mamu, želim svog tatu!"

Ipak, posebno upečatljive su korisnicima društvenih mreža ostale crne oči palestinske djevojčice koja opisuje trenutak kada je izraelski tenk zdrobio vozilo u kojem je bila, ubivši joj oca i sestru. Sve to se odvilo prije dva dana, a ukoliko se (trenutno) crnooka ne operira, izgubit će vid.

Izraelska vojska je brojnu djecu učinila i invalidima. Od 7. listopada je više od 1000 palestinske djece moralo proći amputaciju bez anestezije - jer Izrael ne dozvoljava ulaz lijekova u pojas Gaze.

Primjerice, Alaa Soboh je dvaput ozlijeđena; jednom u sjevernoj Gazi tijekom izraelskog bombardiranja njene kuće, a drugi put u izraelskom zračnom napadu na izbjeglički kamp Nuseirat.

"Ruka mi je amputirana, otac mi je ranjen, a djed ubijen", kroz suze izgovara djevojčica bez lijeve ruke.

I dok su tisuće zarobljene među ruševinama - među kojima je veliki broj ubijene djece - mnogo njih je i spašeno. Tako smo mogli vidjeti bebu rođenu u prvim danima rata kako je izvučena živa iz ruševina kuće koju je Izrael bombardirao. Ili sestru i brata uklješene pod hrpom betona, koje je smrt čekala iza ćoška.

Snimke kamiona koji dovode na desetke teško ranjenih je proteklih tjedana bio uobičajeni internetski sadržaj. Među unesrećeima je, očito, bilo i mnogo djece. Nažalost, puno previše ih nije preživjelo.

Zamislite to ovako: za prevesti njih 12.660 u raj (ili pakao; ovisi kako gledate) bi trebalo 177 školskih autobusa, od kojih svaki prima 72 djece. 

I svaki dan put neba idu dva nova busa.

Prema posljednjim podacima švicarske nezavisne organizacije Euro-Med Monitor, u Gazi je od početka izraelske invazije - u nešto više od tri mjeseca - ubijeno 12.660 djece. Ako uzmemo u obzir da je u Ukrajini unutar dvije godine rata smrtno stradalo 573 mališana - na obje strane zajedno - dolazimo do zaključka da je sukob u Gazi za djecu smrtonosniji čak 176 puta.

Gotovo čitavo stanovništvo Pojasa Gaze - njih 2,3 milijuna - je raseljeno. Pritom, putujući kroz ruševine, palestinski klinci moraju bježati od IDF-ovih tenkova i snajperskih metaka.
