Tko je autentičniji i borbeniji zastupnik interesa Hrvata u BiH, predsjednik države Zoran Milanović ili Andrej Plenković i HDZ?

Ako nije suditi po broju Hrvata u BiH, nego primarno na temelju umjetničkog dojma, Milanović je trenutačni pobjednik: dramolet koji je inicirao uoči odlaska na današnji summit NATO-a u Bruxellesu navodno je urodio (papirnatim) plodom. Glavni tajnik NATO-a Jens Stoltenberg izmijenio je dokument saveza u dijelu koji je izbjegavao spominjanje Daytonskog sporazuma oko ustroja BiH, a nikako se nije sviđao prvom čovjeku Pantovčaka.

Šef države dramatično je jučer upozorio kako postoje pritisci da se u zajedničkoj izjavi sudionika NATO summita o Bosni i Hercegovini ne spomene Daytonski sporazum i pitanje konstitutivnosti triju naroda u toj državi.

– Neke zemlje ne žele spominjanje Daytonskog sporazuma. Morat ću o tome razgovarati na summitu, jer inače nećemo dati suglasnost na završnu deklaraciju i dati da nas se tretira kao sitan kusur. Kao da je deklaraciju pisala nevladina udruga iz Sarajeva. Ne mislim se vratiti u Zagreb s tim. To pokazuje kakve planove za BiH imaju neki međunarodni krugovi, to preko Hrvatske neće proći. Nisam se mislio time baviti, ali to sada moram reći hrvatskoj javnosti”, istaknuo je Milanović, poručivši još i da mu premijer Andrej Plenković i ministar vanjskih poslova Gordan Grlić Radman nisu htjeli pomoći u pokušaju da se u završnim dokumentima summita deklariraju hrvatska stajališta jer da “imaju važnijeg posla”.

Na Milanovićeve riječi reagirao je u nedjelju Plenkovićev šef diplomacije Gordan Grlić Radman, ustvrdivši kako Milanovićeva izjava nema uporišta u stvarnosti. Prema Radmanu, predsjednik RH samo želi preuzeti zasluge za ono što je HDZ-ova Vlada dosad učinila na zaštiti prava Hrvata u BiH. Vlada je također za uvrštavanje BiH u završnu izjavu summita, poručio je Radman, a Milanovićeve istupe smatraju predstavom koja Hrvatima u BiH neće pomoći, nego im može i naštetiti.

Na Radmanovu žalost, vijesti koje jutros dolaze iz Bruxellesa potvrđuju da je Milanović bio djelotvorniji u demonstrativnom prkošenju NATO-u od hrvatskog šefa diplomacije i Vlade. Nacrt NATO-ovog dokumenta od 50-ak stranica, tzv.. “communique”, spominjao je, između ostaloga, BiH i navodio reforme koje su važne za euroatlantski put ove zemlje.

Hrvatska je tražila da se tu izrijekom navedu potreba reforme izbornog zakonodavstva, kao i Daytonski sporazum i prava sva tri konstitutivna naroda, no to nije naišlo na dobar prijem u vrhovima NATO-a, pod obrazloženjem da je to odviše detaljno za dokument jednog vojnog saveza.

Sve bi vjerojatno na tome ostalo da nije bilo Milanovićeve prijetnje odbijanjem davanja suglasnosti na završni dokument sastanka: dopisnici iz Bruxellesa pišu da su u NATO-u zaključili da im takav show na ovako važnom skupu ne treba. Navodno su Stoltenberg i Milanović postigli kompromis da se u dokumentu na koncu spomenu Daytonski sporazum i izborna reforma u BiH, dok su nabrajanje konstitutivnih naroda ipak izostavili, ali i spominjanje građana BiH, koje je bilo predviđeno u ranijem nacrtu.

Na Milanovićeve prijetnje NATO-u prethodno je, naime, bio reagirao i član BiH predsjedništva Željko Komšić koji je ocijenio da će zbog forsiranja prevladanog etničkog koncepta konstitutivnosti naroda Hrvatska doći u sukob s NATO-om. Zbog Komšića i drugih zagovornika građanskog koncepta BiH vjerojatno je na kraju izostavljeno spominjanje konstitutivnosti naroda.

Na današnjem sastanku 30 zemalja članica NATO-a trebale bi, inače, biti donesene odluke o reformama Saveza sve do 2030. godine. Događaju će nazočiti i američki predsjednik Joe Biden, čija vanjskopolitička agenda na prostoru Balkana iskazuje jasne ambicije prema uvođenju reda i uspostavi aktivne diplomacije, naročito u svjetlu djelovanja regionalnih „ruskih igrača“.

Biden i američki državni tajnik Antony Blinken neskriveno najavljuju veliki američki angažman na zapadnom Balkanu, koji strateški vjerojatno smjera prema daljnjem širenju NATO saveza kako bi se spriječilo konkurentske geopolitičke utjecaje i osiguralo stabilnost i sigurnost u regiji.

Tko je autentičniji i borbeniji zastupnik interesa Hrvata u BiH, predsjednik države Zoran Milanović ili Andrej Plenković i HDZ?

Ako nije suditi po broju Hrvata u BiH, nego primarno na temelju umjetničkog dojma, Milanović je trenutačni pobjednik: dramolet koji je inicirao uoči odlaska na današnji summit NATO-a u Bruxellesu navodno je urodio (papirnatim) plodom. Glavni tajnik NATO-a Jens Stoltenberg izmijenio je dokument saveza u dijelu koji je izbjegavao spominjanje Daytonskog sporazuma oko ustroja BiH, a nikako se nije sviđao prvom čovjeku Pantovčaka.

Šef države dramatično je jučer upozorio kako postoje pritisci da se u zajedničkoj izjavi sudionika NATO summita o Bosni i Hercegovini ne spomene Daytonski sporazum i pitanje konstitutivnosti triju naroda u toj državi.

– Neke zemlje ne žele spominjanje Daytonskog sporazuma. Morat ću o tome razgovarati na summitu, jer inače nećemo dati suglasnost na završnu deklaraciju i dati da nas se tretira kao sitan kusur. Kao da je deklaraciju pisala nevladina udruga iz Sarajeva. Ne mislim se vratiti u Zagreb s tim. To pokazuje kakve planove za BiH imaju neki međunarodni krugovi, to preko Hrvatske neće proći. Nisam se mislio time baviti, ali to sada moram reći hrvatskoj javnosti”, istaknuo je Milanović, poručivši još i da mu premijer Andrej Plenković i ministar vanjskih poslova Gordan Grlić Radman nisu htjeli pomoći u pokušaju da se u završnim dokumentima summita deklariraju hrvatska stajališta jer da “imaju važnijeg posla”.

Na Milanovićeve riječi reagirao je u nedjelju Plenkovićev šef diplomacije Gordan Grlić Radman, ustvrdivši kako Milanovićeva izjava nema uporišta u stvarnosti. Prema Radmanu, predsjednik RH samo želi preuzeti zasluge za ono što je HDZ-ova Vlada dosad učinila na zaštiti prava Hrvata u BiH. Vlada je također za uvrštavanje BiH u završnu izjavu summita, poručio je Radman, a Milanovićeve istupe smatraju predstavom koja Hrvatima u BiH neće pomoći, nego im može i naštetiti.

Na Radmanovu žalost, vijesti koje jutros dolaze iz Bruxellesa potvrđuju da je Milanović bio djelotvorniji u demonstrativnom prkošenju NATO-u od hrvatskog šefa diplomacije i Vlade. Nacrt NATO-ovog dokumenta od 50-ak stranica, tzv.. “communique”, spominjao je, između ostaloga, BiH i navodio reforme koje su važne za euroatlantski put ove zemlje.

Hrvatska je tražila da se tu izrijekom navedu potreba reforme izbornog zakonodavstva, kao i Daytonski sporazum i prava sva tri konstitutivna naroda, no to nije naišlo na dobar prijem u vrhovima NATO-a, pod obrazloženjem da je to odviše detaljno za dokument jednog vojnog saveza.

Sve bi vjerojatno na tome ostalo da nije bilo Milanovićeve prijetnje odbijanjem davanja suglasnosti na završni dokument sastanka: dopisnici iz Bruxellesa pišu da su u NATO-u zaključili da im takav show na ovako važnom skupu ne treba. Navodno su Stoltenberg i Milanović postigli kompromis da se u dokumentu na koncu spomenu Daytonski sporazum i izborna reforma u BiH, dok su nabrajanje konstitutivnih naroda ipak izostavili, ali i spominjanje građana BiH, koje je bilo predviđeno u ranijem nacrtu.

Na Milanovićeve prijetnje NATO-u prethodno je, naime, bio reagirao i član BiH predsjedništva Željko Komšić koji je ocijenio da će zbog forsiranja prevladanog etničkog koncepta konstitutivnosti naroda Hrvatska doći u sukob s NATO-om. Zbog Komšića i drugih zagovornika građanskog koncepta BiH vjerojatno je na kraju izostavljeno spominjanje konstitutivnosti naroda.

Na današnjem sastanku 30 zemalja članica NATO-a trebale bi, inače, biti donesene odluke o reformama Saveza sve do 2030. godine. Događaju će nazočiti i američki predsjednik Joe Biden, čija vanjskopolitička agenda na prostoru Balkana iskazuje jasne ambicije prema uvođenju reda i uspostavi aktivne diplomacije, naročito u svjetlu djelovanja regionalnih „ruskih igrača“.

Biden i američki državni tajnik Antony Blinken neskriveno najavljuju veliki američki angažman na zapadnom Balkanu, koji strateški vjerojatno smjera prema daljnjem širenju NATO saveza kako bi se spriječilo konkurentske geopolitičke utjecaje i osiguralo stabilnost i sigurnost u regiji.
