"Čak i u ratno doba neke su akcije nedopustive", rekao je Tomihisa Taude i u govoru spomenuo stanovnike Japana koje je teško pogodila katastrofa nuklearne elektrane Fukushima izazvana potresom i golemim tsunamije u ožujku 2011.

Gradonačelnik je pozvao japansku vladu da definira novu energetsku politiku kako bi se izgradilo društvo koje neće više morati strahovati od radioaktivnosti.

Obred je održan na mjestu gdje je eksplodirala bomba nazvana "Fat Man", tri dana nakon eksplozije prve američke atomske bombe bačene na jugozapadni grad Hirošimu koja je izazvala smrt 140.000 ljudi i ubrzala kapitulaciju Japana u Drugom svjetskom ratu.

Na svečanostima za žrtve u oba japanska grada mučenika prvi put je sudjelovala obitelj američkog predsjednika Harryja Trumana, koji je donio odluku o korištenju prvih atomskih bomba u povijesti.

Clifton Truman Daniel (55), unuk bivšeg predsjednika, u Tokiju se susreo s osobama koje su preživjele ta bombardiranja.

Japanski premijer Yoshihiko Noda zatražio je uništenje atomskog oružja i pozvao da se udvostruče napori kako se sjećanje na te dvije drame ne bi izbrisalo s obzirom na visoku životnu dob većine preživjelih.

zauzeo se da Japan postane zemlja koja više neće morati strahovati od radijacije.

"Čak i u ratno doba neke su akcije nedopustive", rekao je Tomihisa Taude i u govoru spomenuo stanovnike Japana koje je teško pogodila katastrofa nuklearne elektrane Fukushima izazvana potresom i golemim tsunamije u ožujku 2011.

Gradonačelnik je pozvao japansku vladu da definira novu energetsku politiku kako bi se izgradilo društvo koje neće više morati strahovati od radioaktivnosti.

Obred je održan na mjestu gdje je eksplodirala bomba nazvana "Fat Man", tri dana nakon eksplozije prve američke atomske bombe bačene na jugozapadni grad Hirošimu koja je izazvala smrt 140.000 ljudi i ubrzala kapitulaciju Japana u Drugom svjetskom ratu.

Na svečanostima za žrtve u oba japanska grada mučenika prvi put je sudjelovala obitelj američkog predsjednika Harryja Trumana, koji je donio odluku o korištenju prvih atomskih bomba u povijesti.

Clifton Truman Daniel (55), unuk bivšeg predsjednika, u Tokiju se susreo s osobama koje su preživjele ta bombardiranja.

Japanski premijer Yoshihiko Noda zatražio je uništenje atomskog oružja i pozvao da se udvostruče napori kako se sjećanje na te dvije drame ne bi izbrisalo s obzirom na visoku životnu dob većine preživjelih.
