Ugledni njemački list Der Spiegel pomno je analizirao PCR testove tenisača Novaka Đokovića i zaključio kako nešto debelo ne štima s njegovim podacima.

Spiegel se detaljno pozabavio Đokovićevom potvrdom i uočio kako u digitalnom zapisu stoji da je testiran deset dana kasnije u odnosu na ono što su on i odvjetnici tvrdili na sudu, dakle ne 16. prosinca već 26. prosinca prošle godine.

U dokumentaciji Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Republike Srbije piše kako je Đoković PCR test napravio 16. prosinca u 13:05, a taj je test sedam sati kasnije pokazao da je pozitivan na koronavirus. Ipak, njemački list navodi da je sporno to što je u digitalnoj oznaci taj njegov pozitivni rezultat upisan tek 26. prosinca u 14:21, a ta bi se oznaka trebala unijeti nekoliko minuta nakon što stignu rezultati.

Đokovićevi odvjetnici su pak predočili dva testa, onaj pozitivni iz 16. prosinca i negativni odrađen 22. prosinca, i na temelju njih ishodovali vizu za prvog tenisača svijeta. Taj drugi, negativni test, je napravljen 22. prosinca i isti da je označen i digitalnom oznakom.

I tu marifetlucima nije kraj.

Der Spiegel je, naime skenirao QR kod s potvrde o pozitivnom testu koja je prezentirana javnosti i test im je u ponedjeljak pokazao negativan nalaz, a potom kad su ga skenirali nekoliko sati kasnije onda je pokazivao pozitivan nalaz! Nijemcima je to naravno bilo sumnjivo. U Srbiji je kao i u Hrvatskoj sistem takav da se dodjeljuje identifikacijski broj za svaki test, a broj Đokovićeva testa uzetog 16. prosinca, s kojim je došao na sud, je 7371999, a identifikacijski broj negativnog testa, koji dokazuje da je prebolio koronu, navodno uzetog 22. prosinca, je za 50 tisuća manji.

Tako je prema nalazima njemačkih IT stručnjaka, koji je angažirao Spiegel dokazano kako je negativan test proveden i unesen u bazu prije pozitivnog, a ne obrnuto kako je trebalo biti i kako tvrde iz Srbije.

Između 22. i 26. prosinca je u Srbiji napravljeno upravo 50.000 testova što odgovara baš toj razlici u Đokovićevim testovima. Spiegel je na temelju svega toga zaključuje kako je pozitivan test najvjerojatnije unesen naknadno, 26. prosinca, a ne 16. kada je morao biti. Nijemci smatraju kako nova saznanja otvaraju i brojna nova pitanja. Znači li to da je Đoković bio pozitivan kasnije nego što tvrdi? Jesu li testovima manipuliralo na drugi način? I kako se može objasniti da je digitalna verzija rezultata testa jučer na kratko naznačila da je rezultat negativan, a onda da je pozitivan? 

Sidney Morning i Age pišu da imigracijski službenici istražuju Đokovićeva kršenja Covid-protokola. Kao posebno sporne stavke ističu netočne izjave u obrascu za prijavu putovanja i nedosljednosti u datumima njegovih Covid testova.

Da su moguće informatičke zloporabe u sustavu PCR testova smatra i Marko Rakar savjetnik na području informatičkih sustava i korištenja financijske forenzike u identificiranju zloupotreba. 

No, takvu je manipulaciju teško dokazati bez uvida u bazu podataka.

- Naravno da su moguće zlouporabe i to vrlo jednostavno. Tko god upravlja bazom podataka to može promijeniti u samoj bazi bez obzira na aplikaciju – objašnjava nam Rakar te dodaje kako bi mogli konstatirati i da je to pitanje koje bi moglo zaokupiti same vrhove države i da bi se mogao lagano dobiti nalog da se to riješi bez obzira na posljedice.

- Samo neka forenzika na bazi, dokazala bi, ili barem otkrila postoji li mogućnost da se to dogodilo, a takav uvid nećemo imati – ocjenjuje Marko Rakar.

Upitali smo i Željku Karin, ravnateljica NZJZ Splitsko-dalmatinske županije kakva je procedura kod nas i je li moguće naknadno ispravljati kodove na PCR nalazima.  

- Mi kad jednom izdamo nalaz, tu više ne smije biti promjena. Što su oni radili ja ne mogu pretpostaviti, možda su nanovo upisivali, doista ne znam. Prema proceduri kada se PCR nalaz upiše, on se vodi pod tim kodom. Ako se slučajno dogodi da je pacijent u trenutku testiranja neodrediv, što je rijetkost kad nam krivulje nisu jasne, mi ponovo tu osobu testiramo i dobiva novi kod i novi zapis, a te testove koji su neodredivi ne upisujemo – objašnjava proceduru Željka Karin.

Ugledni njemački list Der Spiegel pomno je analizirao PCR testove tenisača Novaka Đokovića i zaključio kako nešto debelo ne štima s njegovim podacima.

Spiegel se detaljno pozabavio Đokovićevom potvrdom i uočio kako u digitalnom zapisu stoji da je testiran deset dana kasnije u odnosu na ono što su on i odvjetnici tvrdili na sudu, dakle ne 16. prosinca već 26. prosinca prošle godine.

U dokumentaciji Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Republike Srbije piše kako je Đoković PCR test napravio 16. prosinca u 13:05, a taj je test sedam sati kasnije pokazao da je pozitivan na koronavirus. Ipak, njemački list navodi da je sporno to što je u digitalnoj oznaci taj njegov pozitivni rezultat upisan tek 26. prosinca u 14:21, a ta bi se oznaka trebala unijeti nekoliko minuta nakon što stignu rezultati.

Đokovićevi odvjetnici su pak predočili dva testa, onaj pozitivni iz 16. prosinca i negativni odrađen 22. prosinca, i na temelju njih ishodovali vizu za prvog tenisača svijeta. Taj drugi, negativni test, je napravljen 22. prosinca i isti da je označen i digitalnom oznakom.

I tu marifetlucima nije kraj.

Der Spiegel je, naime skenirao QR kod s potvrde o pozitivnom testu koja je prezentirana javnosti i test im je u ponedjeljak pokazao negativan nalaz, a potom kad su ga skenirali nekoliko sati kasnije onda je pokazivao pozitivan nalaz! Nijemcima je to naravno bilo sumnjivo. U Srbiji je kao i u Hrvatskoj sistem takav da se dodjeljuje identifikacijski broj za svaki test, a broj Đokovićeva testa uzetog 16. prosinca, s kojim je došao na sud, je 7371999, a identifikacijski broj negativnog testa, koji dokazuje da je prebolio koronu, navodno uzetog 22. prosinca, je za 50 tisuća manji.

Tako je prema nalazima njemačkih IT stručnjaka, koji je angažirao Spiegel dokazano kako je negativan test proveden i unesen u bazu prije pozitivnog, a ne obrnuto kako je trebalo biti i kako tvrde iz Srbije.

Između 22. i 26. prosinca je u Srbiji napravljeno upravo 50.000 testova što odgovara baš toj razlici u Đokovićevim testovima. Spiegel je na temelju svega toga zaključuje kako je pozitivan test najvjerojatnije unesen naknadno, 26. prosinca, a ne 16. kada je morao biti. Nijemci smatraju kako nova saznanja otvaraju i brojna nova pitanja. Znači li to da je Đoković bio pozitivan kasnije nego što tvrdi? Jesu li testovima manipuliralo na drugi način? I kako se može objasniti da je digitalna verzija rezultata testa jučer na kratko naznačila da je rezultat negativan, a onda da je pozitivan? 

Sidney Morning i Age pišu da imigracijski službenici istražuju Đokovićeva kršenja Covid-protokola. Kao posebno sporne stavke ističu netočne izjave u obrascu za prijavu putovanja i nedosljednosti u datumima njegovih Covid testova.

Da su moguće informatičke zloporabe u sustavu PCR testova smatra i Marko Rakar savjetnik na području informatičkih sustava i korištenja financijske forenzike u identificiranju zloupotreba. 

No, takvu je manipulaciju teško dokazati bez uvida u bazu podataka.

- Naravno da su moguće zlouporabe i to vrlo jednostavno. Tko god upravlja bazom podataka to može promijeniti u samoj bazi bez obzira na aplikaciju – objašnjava nam Rakar te dodaje kako bi mogli konstatirati i da je to pitanje koje bi moglo zaokupiti same vrhove države i da bi se mogao lagano dobiti nalog da se to riješi bez obzira na posljedice.

- Samo neka forenzika na bazi, dokazala bi, ili barem otkrila postoji li mogućnost da se to dogodilo, a takav uvid nećemo imati – ocjenjuje Marko Rakar.

Upitali smo i Željku Karin, ravnateljica NZJZ Splitsko-dalmatinske županije kakva je procedura kod nas i je li moguće naknadno ispravljati kodove na PCR nalazima.  

- Mi kad jednom izdamo nalaz, tu više ne smije biti promjena. Što su oni radili ja ne mogu pretpostaviti, možda su nanovo upisivali, doista ne znam. Prema proceduri kada se PCR nalaz upiše, on se vodi pod tim kodom. Ako se slučajno dogodi da je pacijent u trenutku testiranja neodrediv, što je rijetkost kad nam krivulje nisu jasne, mi ponovo tu osobu testiramo i dobiva novi kod i novi zapis, a te testove koji su neodredivi ne upisujemo – objašnjava proceduru Željka Karin.
