U kolikom je točno rasulu njemačka politička scena? To pitanje nameće se nakon što je najtiražniji njemački dnevnik, Bild, objavio istraživanje mišljenja Nijemaca o političkim strankama iz kojeg ne proizlazi ne samo da je vladajuća ‘semafor koalicija‘ dosegla najnižu točku podrške nakon osvajanja vlasti prije više od dvije godine, nego i to da njemački građani uopće ne vide bilo koju kombinaciju stranaka na vlasti kao političku opciju koja će bolje voditi državu.

A kad se otvara pitanje političke upravljivosti najveće europske ekonomije, to znači da će njemački problem na neki način postati paneuropski problem. Njemačka prolazi najteže ekonomske, socijalne i transformacijske izazove u više desetljeća, a koalicija SPD-a, Zelenih i FDP pala je s najviše razine u rujnu 2021. na politički bijednih 34 posto. Treba obratiti pažnju da je to sveukupna podrška vladajućoj koaliciji na federalnoj razini, a stranke-članice te koalicije pojedinačno prema anketama uživaju još jadnije povjerenje - SPD je na 16 posto, Zeleni na 13, a FDP na otužnih 5 posto. Bild je putanju pada popularnosti koalicije i stranaka koje ju čine nazvao „krivuljom horora“.

Poseban je problem što ovako niska popularnost vladajućih ne znači kako je jasno da postoji stranka ili stranke koje mogu steći visoku razinu podrške građana, što je predispozicija za promjene i stabilizaciju Njemačke. Ova anketa INSA za Bild zapravo otkriva da su Nijemci podijeljeni oko toga kuda bi trebali krenuti, više nije pitanje, kao što piše Bild, koliko će biti brzi kolaps postojećih vlasti koja je beznadno podijeljena, nego političkih perspektiva.

„I dok je čelnik CSU-a Markus Söder već ponudio SPD-u ulazak u koaliciju (‘Spremni smo!‘), čelnici ‘semafora‘ jučer su na sastanku kod kancelara ponovno pokušali pronaći zajednički stav. No građani su skeptični: 71 posto trenutačno je nezadovoljno vladom kancelara Olafa Scholza (SPD) - to je također rekord (samo 24 posto je zadovoljno)“, piše Bild, pa nastavlja: „Građani također ne vide jasnu alternativu sadašnjoj vlasti. Samo 18 posto vjeruje da bi velika koalicija (CDU/CSU i SPD) upravljala Njemačkom bolje od semafora, dok isto misli 9 posto za crno-zelenu koaliciju. 14 posto misli kako da bi Njemačka koalicija (Unija, SPD, FDP) bila bolja od semafora…“

Prijeti li Njemačkoj politička destabilizacija? Čak 45 posto građana smatra kako niti jedna od alternativa ne bi bila bolja od postojeće vlade, a u nju su de facto izgubili povjerenje. Da li to znači da Nijemci sve više gube povjerenje u cijeli politički spektar?

U kolikom je točno rasulu njemačka politička scena? To pitanje nameće se nakon što je najtiražniji njemački dnevnik, Bild, objavio istraživanje mišljenja Nijemaca o političkim strankama iz kojeg ne proizlazi ne samo da je vladajuća ‘semafor koalicija‘ dosegla najnižu točku podrške nakon osvajanja vlasti prije više od dvije godine, nego i to da njemački građani uopće ne vide bilo koju kombinaciju stranaka na vlasti kao političku opciju koja će bolje voditi državu.

A kad se otvara pitanje političke upravljivosti najveće europske ekonomije, to znači da će njemački problem na neki način postati paneuropski problem. Njemačka prolazi najteže ekonomske, socijalne i transformacijske izazove u više desetljeća, a koalicija SPD-a, Zelenih i FDP pala je s najviše razine u rujnu 2021. na politički bijednih 34 posto. Treba obratiti pažnju da je to sveukupna podrška vladajućoj koaliciji na federalnoj razini, a stranke-članice te koalicije pojedinačno prema anketama uživaju još jadnije povjerenje - SPD je na 16 posto, Zeleni na 13, a FDP na otužnih 5 posto. Bild je putanju pada popularnosti koalicije i stranaka koje ju čine nazvao „krivuljom horora“.

Poseban je problem što ovako niska popularnost vladajućih ne znači kako je jasno da postoji stranka ili stranke koje mogu steći visoku razinu podrške građana, što je predispozicija za promjene i stabilizaciju Njemačke. Ova anketa INSA za Bild zapravo otkriva da su Nijemci podijeljeni oko toga kuda bi trebali krenuti, više nije pitanje, kao što piše Bild, koliko će biti brzi kolaps postojećih vlasti koja je beznadno podijeljena, nego političkih perspektiva.

„I dok je čelnik CSU-a Markus Söder već ponudio SPD-u ulazak u koaliciju (‘Spremni smo!‘), čelnici ‘semafora‘ jučer su na sastanku kod kancelara ponovno pokušali pronaći zajednički stav. No građani su skeptični: 71 posto trenutačno je nezadovoljno vladom kancelara Olafa Scholza (SPD) - to je također rekord (samo 24 posto je zadovoljno)“, piše Bild, pa nastavlja: „Građani također ne vide jasnu alternativu sadašnjoj vlasti. Samo 18 posto vjeruje da bi velika koalicija (CDU/CSU i SPD) upravljala Njemačkom bolje od semafora, dok isto misli 9 posto za crno-zelenu koaliciju. 14 posto misli kako da bi Njemačka koalicija (Unija, SPD, FDP) bila bolja od semafora…“

Prijeti li Njemačkoj politička destabilizacija? Čak 45 posto građana smatra kako niti jedna od alternativa ne bi bila bolja od postojeće vlade, a u nju su de facto izgubili povjerenje. Da li to znači da Nijemci sve više gube povjerenje u cijeli politički spektar?

U kolikom je točno rasulu njemačka politička scena? To pitanje nameće se nakon što je najtiražniji njemački dnevnik, Bild, objavio istraživanje mišljenja Nijemaca o političkim strankama iz kojeg ne proizlazi ne samo da je vladajuća ‘semafor koalicija‘ dosegla najnižu točku podrške nakon osvajanja vlasti prije više od dvije godine, nego i to da njemački građani uopće ne vide bilo koju kombinaciju stranaka na vlasti kao političku opciju koja će bolje voditi državu.
