Ako ste se cijepili, znate li koliko ste time pridonijeli ekonomiji svoje države, tvrtke, uštedi bolničkih troškova cijelog društva? Nijemci su napravili precizan izračun: ekonomska vrijednost primanja svakog cjepiva protiv koronavirusa iznosi 1500 eura!

To je službena kalkulacija čuvenog münchenskog Ifo instituta za gospodarska istraživanja. Značenje njihove procjene u kapitalističkom poretku, gdje se sve plaća, dobiva u svakodnevnoj praksi veoma opipljive i dugoročne implikacije: sve više tvrtki u Njemačkoj i SAD-u svojim zaposlenicima nudi novčane stimulanse za primanje cjepiva. Računica je jasna: zaštititi tvrtku od gubitaka uslijed masovnih bolovanja, ali i od loše reputacije koju zaraženi personal može proširiti među klijentima.  

Prva njemačka kompanija koja je to u formi vaučera od 50 eura nedavno ponudila radnicima bio je lanac supermarketa Edeka Nord. Nakon što je ideja kod zaposlenika pala na plodno tlo, te se proširila po naslovnicama medija, stopama ovog prodajnog lanca krenuli su stidljivo i drugi, makar su brojni veliki trgovci u zemlji Angele Merkel još uvijek tvrdokorni prema ideji novčanog stimuliranja cijepljenja.  

Najveći europski „discounteri“, Lidl i Aldi, ne daju, primjerice, novčane stimulanse za cijepljenje svojih trgovaca u Europi, ali ih zato daju preko Atlantika, gdje isto primjenjuje i konkurencija. Aldi u SAD-u trgovcima koji odlaze na cijepljenje plaća dvosatnu satnicu, kako ne bi morali birati između plaće i zdravlja. Lidl svoje američke radnike za primanje cjepiva nagrađuje premijom od 200 dolara, te to pravda pokrivanjem troškova puta do mjesta za cijepljenje.

Američka ekonomija omasovila je stimulanse za cijepljenje u gotovo svim branšama koje prakticiraju izravne kontakte s ljudima. American Airlines zaposlene nagrađuje s 50 bodova u zrakoplovnim miljama, te slobodnim danom. Amazon cijepljenim zaposlenicima nudi premije od 80 dolara, a McDonalds cijepljenima plaća dodatna četiri sata rada. Cigna, američka osiguravajuća kuća, također nudi 200 dolara i plaćeni slobodan dan za cijepljenje svojim zaposlenima kojih ima gotovo 70 tisuća.

“Poticaji su u razumnom smislu dobar pristup lomljenja otpora prema cjepivu. Mislim da dugoročno mogu odigrati važnu ulogu”, smatra Jeffrey Lazarus, profesor na Institutu za globalno zdravlje u Barceloni. I Nora Szech, profesorica političke ekonomije na Tehnološkom institutu u Karlsruheu, pozdravlja poticaje za one koji su spremni se cijepiti. Opsežna studija provedena u SAD-u otkriva da novčana nagrada za primanje cjepiva itekako djeluje, no ne smije biti preniska jer onda stvara kontraefekte. To bi se, primjerice, moglo dogoditi Srbiji i Aleksandru Vučiću koji svojim građanima nude samo 25 eura za primanje cjepiva.

Poticaji za cjepiva nisu nikakva novost u praksi popularizacije vakcinacija: Brazil je svojedobno vrlo uspješno propagirao trend cijepljenja djece nuđenjem novčanih transfera. Nisu ni samo darovi u kešu stimulativni: izraelska praksa „zelenih iskaznica“ koje cijepljenima omogućuju pristup teretanama, koncertima, restoranima i putovanjima također je itekako opipljiva mentalna nagrada.

Razne zemlje imaju razne tehnike za pridobivanje ljudi na imunizaciju: dvorac Bran u rumunjskoj Transilvaniji, slavni dom grofa Vlada Dracule, ovoga se mjeseca također uključio u kampanju popularizacije cjepiva. Direktor marketinga dvorca Alex Priscu pozvao je sve zainteresirane da ubod - doduše ne vampirski, nego iglom – dođu primiti u kuću slavnog krvopije. Nagrada svim cijepljenima je besplatna karta za razgledanje dvorca, uključujući i njegova najtajnija mučilišta.

Ako ste se cijepili, znate li koliko ste time pridonijeli ekonomiji svoje države, tvrtke, uštedi bolničkih troškova cijelog društva? Nijemci su napravili precizan izračun: ekonomska vrijednost primanja svakog cjepiva protiv koronavirusa iznosi 1500 eura!

To je službena kalkulacija čuvenog münchenskog Ifo instituta za gospodarska istraživanja. Značenje njihove procjene u kapitalističkom poretku, gdje se sve plaća, dobiva u svakodnevnoj praksi veoma opipljive i dugoročne implikacije: sve više tvrtki u Njemačkoj i SAD-u svojim zaposlenicima nudi novčane stimulanse za primanje cjepiva. Računica je jasna: zaštititi tvrtku od gubitaka uslijed masovnih bolovanja, ali i od loše reputacije koju zaraženi personal može proširiti među klijentima.  

Prva njemačka kompanija koja je to u formi vaučera od 50 eura nedavno ponudila radnicima bio je lanac supermarketa Edeka Nord. Nakon što je ideja kod zaposlenika pala na plodno tlo, te se proširila po naslovnicama medija, stopama ovog prodajnog lanca krenuli su stidljivo i drugi, makar su brojni veliki trgovci u zemlji Angele Merkel još uvijek tvrdokorni prema ideji novčanog stimuliranja cijepljenja.  

Najveći europski „discounteri“, Lidl i Aldi, ne daju, primjerice, novčane stimulanse za cijepljenje svojih trgovaca u Europi, ali ih zato daju preko Atlantika, gdje isto primjenjuje i konkurencija. Aldi u SAD-u trgovcima koji odlaze na cijepljenje plaća dvosatnu satnicu, kako ne bi morali birati između plaće i zdravlja. Lidl svoje američke radnike za primanje cjepiva nagrađuje premijom od 200 dolara, te to pravda pokrivanjem troškova puta do mjesta za cijepljenje.

Američka ekonomija omasovila je stimulanse za cijepljenje u gotovo svim branšama koje prakticiraju izravne kontakte s ljudima. American Airlines zaposlene nagrađuje s 50 bodova u zrakoplovnim miljama, te slobodnim danom. Amazon cijepljenim zaposlenicima nudi premije od 80 dolara, a McDonalds cijepljenima plaća dodatna četiri sata rada. Cigna, američka osiguravajuća kuća, također nudi 200 dolara i plaćeni slobodan dan za cijepljenje svojim zaposlenima kojih ima gotovo 70 tisuća.

“Poticaji su u razumnom smislu dobar pristup lomljenja otpora prema cjepivu. Mislim da dugoročno mogu odigrati važnu ulogu”, smatra Jeffrey Lazarus, profesor na Institutu za globalno zdravlje u Barceloni. I Nora Szech, profesorica političke ekonomije na Tehnološkom institutu u Karlsruheu, pozdravlja poticaje za one koji su spremni se cijepiti. Opsežna studija provedena u SAD-u otkriva da novčana nagrada za primanje cjepiva itekako djeluje, no ne smije biti preniska jer onda stvara kontraefekte. To bi se, primjerice, moglo dogoditi Srbiji i Aleksandru Vučiću koji svojim građanima nude samo 25 eura za primanje cjepiva.

Poticaji za cjepiva nisu nikakva novost u praksi popularizacije vakcinacija: Brazil je svojedobno vrlo uspješno propagirao trend cijepljenja djece nuđenjem novčanih transfera. Nisu ni samo darovi u kešu stimulativni: izraelska praksa „zelenih iskaznica“ koje cijepljenima omogućuju pristup teretanama, koncertima, restoranima i putovanjima također je itekako opipljiva mentalna nagrada.

Razne zemlje imaju razne tehnike za pridobivanje ljudi na imunizaciju: dvorac Bran u rumunjskoj Transilvaniji, slavni dom grofa Vlada Dracule, ovoga se mjeseca također uključio u kampanju popularizacije cjepiva. Direktor marketinga dvorca Alex Priscu pozvao je sve zainteresirane da ubod - doduše ne vampirski, nego iglom – dođu primiti u kuću slavnog krvopije. Nagrada svim cijepljenima je besplatna karta za razgledanje dvorca, uključujući i njegova najtajnija mučilišta.
