U Njemačkoj su već počeli zapošljavati ukrajinske liječnike i ostalo medicinsko osoblje, koje je zbog ruske agresije bilo prinuđeno napustiti svoju domovinu. U Hrvatsku je do sada izbjeglo šest medicinskih sestara iz Ukrajine i nekoliko liječnika i nitko od njih, prema informacijama od prije tri dana, još nije zatražio licenciju za rad u RH.

- U berlinskoj bolnici "Charite" od 1. travnja počela je raditi liječnica, specijalistica ortopedije, koja je do ruske agresije radila kao kirurg-ortoped u ortopedskoj klinici u Harkivu. Budući da je prije nekoliko godina u Harkivu bio međunarodni simpozij, na kojemu sam osobno sudjelovao, tamo sam je i upoznao te smo ostali u kontaktu.

Bijeg iz Harkiva

Kada je započela ruska agresija uputio sam ponudu kolegici u Harkiv da dođe u Berlin, da ćemo joj pomoći i da ćemo joj pronaći dom i posao. Ona je to odbijala, sve do zadnjeg trenutka nije htjela otići iz svoga grada, ali kada je više postalo nemoguće živjeti i raditi, odlučila je sa svojim sinom doći u Berlin, kazao nam je dr. Andrej Trampuž, infektolog iz Berlina.

- Imali su samo sat vremena u noći da se ona i sin spakiraju i krenu. Njezin suprug je ostao braniti Harkiv. Stalno su bili u skloništu, nije bilo moguće živjeti i zbog straha za život svog malodobnog sina odlučila je doći u Berlin. S njom je u Berlin došla i prijateljica sa svojim sinom.

Putovali su 3-4 dana preko cijele Ukrajine, jedan dan su stali u Lavov, jer ona nije htjela nikako napustiti Ukrajinu, a budući da u Lavovu tada još nije bilo ratnih djelovanja, mislila je tamo i ostati. No, i tamo je počela pucnjava pa je ipak preko Slovačke ušla u Njemačku i došla u Berlin, govori dr. Trampuž.

I tada naš sugovornik radi jednu stvar koju bi vrlo vjerojatno malo tko napravio. On sa svojom suprugom i tek rođenim djetetom napušta svoj trosobni stan u Berlinu i ustupa ga svojoj kolegici iz Ukrajine, njezinoj prijateljici i njihovim sinovima. Naš sugovornik odlazi u puno manji stan svog prijatelja, koji je mjesec dana odsutan.

- Ništa drugo nisam mogao ni htio uraditi. Kada vidite koliko su se ti ljudi napatili, onda niti jedna moja ili naša žrtva nije dovoljna. Nisam samo ja pomogao. Pomogli su mnogi. Svi u "Chariteu" su dali kolegici nešto, neku pomoć.

Svi su donirali nešto

Ja sam je predstavio na svim bolničkim odjelima. Netko je dao I-Pad, netko bicikl, nije bilo nikoga tko nije nešto donirao. Riješili smo joj u vrlo kratkom roku papire da može početi raditi. Vrlo je stručna i važno nam je da može komunicirati s ukrajinskim pacijentima u bolnici, govori dr. Trampuž.

Nije "Charite" jedina medicinska ustanova u Njemačkoj koja zapošljava izbjegle Ukrajince.

- Ima puno primjera zapošljavanja liječnika i medicinskih sestara. Svi oni do 90 dana mogu u Njemačkoj ostati bez vize i raditi. Naša kolegica je zasigurno prva zaposlena, odnosno prvoj je riješen status - zadovoljan je dr. Trampuž.

U Hrvatsku je do sada izbjeglo šest medicinskih sestara iz Ukrajine i nekoliko liječnika i nitko od njih, prema informacijama od prije tri dana, još nije zatražio licenciju za rad u RH.

- U berlinskoj bolnici "Charite" od 1. travnja počela je raditi liječnica, specijalistica ortopedije, koja je do ruske agresije radila kao kirurg-ortoped u ortopedskoj klinici u Harkivu. Budući da je prije nekoliko godina u Harkivu bio međunarodni simpozij, na kojemu sam osobno sudjelovao, tamo sam je i upoznao te smo ostali u kontaktu.

Bijeg iz Harkiva

Kada je započela ruska agresija uputio sam ponudu kolegici u Harkiv da dođe u Berlin, da ćemo joj pomoći i da ćemo joj pronaći dom i posao. Ona je to odbijala, sve do zadnjeg trenutka nije htjela otići iz svoga grada, ali kada je više postalo nemoguće živjeti i raditi, odlučila je sa svojim sinom doći u Berlin, kazao nam je dr. Andrej Trampuž, infektolog iz Berlina.

- Imali su samo sat vremena u noći da se ona i sin spakiraju i krenu. Njezin suprug je ostao braniti Harkiv. Stalno su bili u skloništu, nije bilo moguće živjeti i zbog straha za život svog malodobnog sina odlučila je doći u Berlin. S njom je u Berlin došla i prijateljica sa svojim sinom.

Putovali su 3-4 dana preko cijele Ukrajine, jedan dan su stali u Lavov, jer ona nije htjela nikako napustiti Ukrajinu, a budući da u Lavovu tada još nije bilo ratnih djelovanja, mislila je tamo i ostati. No, i tamo je počela pucnjava pa je ipak preko Slovačke ušla u Njemačku i došla u Berlin, govori dr. Trampuž.

I tada naš sugovornik radi jednu stvar koju bi vrlo vjerojatno malo tko napravio. On sa svojom suprugom i tek rođenim djetetom napušta svoj trosobni stan u Berlinu i ustupa ga svojoj kolegici iz Ukrajine, njezinoj prijateljici i njihovim sinovima. Naš sugovornik odlazi u puno manji stan svog prijatelja, koji je mjesec dana odsutan.

- Ništa drugo nisam mogao ni htio uraditi. Kada vidite koliko su se ti ljudi napatili, onda niti jedna moja ili naša žrtva nije dovoljna. Nisam samo ja pomogao. Pomogli su mnogi. Svi u "Chariteu" su dali kolegici nešto, neku pomoć.

Svi su donirali nešto

Ja sam je predstavio na svim bolničkim odjelima. Netko je dao I-Pad, netko bicikl, nije bilo nikoga tko nije nešto donirao. Riješili smo joj u vrlo kratkom roku papire da može početi raditi. Vrlo je stručna i važno nam je da može komunicirati s ukrajinskim pacijentima u bolnici, govori dr. Trampuž.

Nije "Charite" jedina medicinska ustanova u Njemačkoj koja zapošljava izbjegle Ukrajince.

- Ima puno primjera zapošljavanja liječnika i medicinskih sestara. Svi oni do 90 dana mogu u Njemačkoj ostati bez vize i raditi. Naša kolegica je zasigurno prva zaposlena, odnosno prvoj je riješen status - zadovoljan je dr. Trampuž.

U Njemačkoj su već počeli zapošljavati ukrajinske liječnike i ostalo medicinsko osoblje, koje je zbog ruske agresije bilo prinuđeno napustiti svoju domovinu.
