Pripadnici Policijskog nacionalnog ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminala (PNUSKOK) u četvrtak su u Zadru ispitali Ivicu Nevešćanina, novinara Slobodne Dalmacije i izvršnog urednika portala Zadarski.hr.

Nevešćanin je ispitan na traženje Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, a temeljem kaznene prijave Marka Pupića Bakrača, točnije njegovog ”zahtjeva za provođenjem unutarnje kontrole" zbog curenja službenih informacija, kojeg je vijećnik Akcije mladih u Skupštini Zadarske županije 11. travnja odaslao na adrese Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, USKOK-a, Državnog odvjetništvu u Zagrebu, Ravnateljstva policije MUP-a, PU zadarske, Službe za unutarnju kontrolu MUP-a te medija.

Pupić Bakrač je prijavu poslao kao reakciju na Nevešćaninov tekst DOSSIER MRŠIĆ Jesu li bivšeg šefa zadarske krim policije izdale kolege? Tko je štićenoj osobi u restoranu na Boriku zabijao vilice u prste? I gdje je u tome MPB?, objavljen 10. travnja na portalu Zadarski.hr. 

Odmah sutradan, Pupić Bakrač je podnio prijavu: „U ovom članku razvidno je da je netko a vrlo je razvidno i tko prenosio službene podatke novinaru s krajnje prizemnim ciljem da sebe prikaže kao poštenjačinu i žrtvu kojoj se pakira (moš misliti). Odavanjem službenih podataka učinjena je povreda službene dužnosti te Vas zamoljavam da provedete unutarnju kontrolu kako je do tog curenja došlo” naveo je među ostalim Pupić Bakrač otvoreno aludirajući da je izvor novinarskih informacija bivši šef zadarske krim policije Bore Mršić koji je protiv Pupića Bakrača podnio tužbu za klevetu, te kaznenu prijavu za prijetnju, zbog čega je županijski vijećnik nedavno bio i priveden na policijsko ispitivanje.

Na Pupić Bakračevu prijavu Nevešćanin je reagirao novim tekstom od 14. travnja pod naslovom: UMJESTO REAGIRANJA Kako sam se našao u prijavi USKOK-u za curenje povjerljivih informacija o Bori Mršiću i je li došlo vrijeme da se oprostimo od MPB-a?, gdje je iznio svoje navodno problematične izvore: javne sudske odluke (pravomoćne i prvostupanjske) te članke iz drugih medija.

Pripadnici PNUSKOK-a s našim su novinarom razgovarali u svojstvu građana, bez ikakve sumnje da je sudjelovao u počinjenje nekog kaznenog ili prekršajnog djela.

Pripadnici Policijskog nacionalnog ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminala (PNUSKOK) u četvrtak su u Zadru ispitali Ivicu Nevešćanina, novinara Slobodne Dalmacije i izvršnog urednika portala Zadarski.hr.

Nevešćanin je ispitan na traženje Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, a temeljem kaznene prijave Marka Pupića Bakrača, točnije njegovog ”zahtjeva za provođenjem unutarnje kontrole" zbog curenja službenih informacija, kojeg je vijećnik Akcije mladih u Skupštini Zadarske županije 11. travnja odaslao na adrese Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, USKOK-a, Državnog odvjetništvu u Zagrebu, Ravnateljstva policije MUP-a, PU zadarske, Službe za unutarnju kontrolu MUP-a te medija.

Pupić Bakrač je prijavu poslao kao reakciju na Nevešćaninov tekst DOSSIER MRŠIĆ Jesu li bivšeg šefa zadarske krim policije izdale kolege? Tko je štićenoj osobi u restoranu na Boriku zabijao vilice u prste? I gdje je u tome MPB?, objavljen 10. travnja na portalu Zadarski.hr. 

Odmah sutradan, Pupić Bakrač je podnio prijavu: „U ovom članku razvidno je da je netko a vrlo je razvidno i tko prenosio službene podatke novinaru s krajnje prizemnim ciljem da sebe prikaže kao poštenjačinu i žrtvu kojoj se pakira (moš misliti). Odavanjem službenih podataka učinjena je povreda službene dužnosti te Vas zamoljavam da provedete unutarnju kontrolu kako je do tog curenja došlo” naveo je među ostalim Pupić Bakrač otvoreno aludirajući da je izvor novinarskih informacija bivši šef zadarske krim policije Bore Mršić koji je protiv Pupića Bakrača podnio tužbu za klevetu, te kaznenu prijavu za prijetnju, zbog čega je županijski vijećnik nedavno bio i priveden na policijsko ispitivanje.

Na Pupić Bakračevu prijavu Nevešćanin je reagirao novim tekstom od 14. travnja pod naslovom: UMJESTO REAGIRANJA Kako sam se našao u prijavi USKOK-u za curenje povjerljivih informacija o Bori Mršiću i je li došlo vrijeme da se oprostimo od MPB-a?, gdje je iznio svoje navodno problematične izvore: javne sudske odluke (pravomoćne i prvostupanjske) te članke iz drugih medija.

Pripadnici PNUSKOK-a s našim su novinarom razgovarali u svojstvu građana, bez ikakve sumnje da je sudjelovao u počinjenje nekog kaznenog ili prekršajnog djela.

Pripadnici Policijskog nacionalnog ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminala (PNUSKOK) u četvrtak su u Zadru ispitali Ivicu Nevešćanina, novinara Slobodne Dalmacije i izvršnog urednika portala Zadarski.hr.

Nevešćanin je ispitan na traženje Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, a temeljem kaznene prijave Marka Pupića Bakrača, točnije njegovog ”zahtjeva za provođenjem unutarnje kontrole" zbog curenja službenih informacija, kojeg je vijećnik Akcije mladih u Skupštini Zadarske županije 11. travnja odaslao na adrese Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, USKOK-a, Državnog odvjetništvu u Zagrebu, Ravnateljstva policije MUP-a, PU zadarske, Službe za unutarnju kontrolu MUP-a te medija.

Pupić Bakrač je prijavu poslao kao reakciju na Nevešćaninov tekst DOSSIER MRŠIĆ Jesu li bivšeg šefa zadarske krim policije izdale kolege? Tko je štićenoj osobi u restoranu na Boriku zabijao vilice u prste? I gdje je u tome MPB?, objavljen 10. travnja na portalu Zadarski.hr. 

Odmah sutradan, Pupić Bakrač je podnio prijavu: „U ovom članku razvidno je da je netko a vrlo je razvidno i tko prenosio službene podatke novinaru s krajnje prizemnim ciljem da sebe prikaže kao poštenjačinu i žrtvu kojoj se pakira (moš misliti). Odavanjem službenih podataka učinjena je povreda službene dužnosti te Vas zamoljavam da provedete unutarnju kontrolu kako je do tog curenja došlo” naveo je među ostalim Pupić Bakrač otvoreno aludirajući da je izvor novinarskih informacija bivši šef zadarske krim policije Bore Mršić koji je protiv Pupića Bakrača podnio tužbu za klevetu, te kaznenu prijavu za prijetnju, zbog čega je županijski vijećnik nedavno bio i priveden na policijsko ispitivanje.
