Do kraja ove godine trebao je biti izgrađen Centar za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim. Trebao je, ali neće biti i u tome nema nikakve dramatike ni opasnosti nad projektom teškim ukupno do pola milijarde kuna.

S obzirom da se pojavila priča kako županijska tvrtka „EKO” koja od početka vodi izgradnju CGO-a neće uspjeti na vrijeme utrošiti europska sredstva, provjerili smo o čemu se radi.

- Ma nema tu neke priče, pogotovo takve! Realno je procijeniti da ćemo sva europska sredstva utrošiti do listopada ili studenog, jer ih trošimo i sada, kaže Dino Perović, direktor „EKO-a”.

Perović podsjeća da je izgradnja zaokružena na 368 milijuna kuna, u čemu je 76 posto europskih sredstava, ali je zgrada pogona za MBO završena i upravo se postavljaju instalacije i oprema.

-Samo na taj pogon otpada oko 50 posto europskih sredstava, jer je riječ o sofisticiranoj i skupoj opremi, kaže Perović još jednom pojašnjavajući da nema straha da europska sredstva neće biti utrošena do kraja ove godine.

Terminskom mapom je bilo predviđeno da će CGO u probi rad ući u lipnju i iz njega izaći do kraja godine, ali je već dvije godine poznato da će ti rokovi biti premašeni i da bi CGO u probni rad mogao krenuti početkom sljedeće godine. S obzirom na sve što se događalo od početka pandemije, kada su u građevinarstvu eksplodirale cijene, pa se na to nadovezala i kriza oko rusko-ukrajinskog rata, a onda je još mjesecima trebalo čekati da Vlada odredi kriterije po kojima će se izvođačima priznavati zahtjevi za povećanje cijena, to probijanje roka za šest mjeseci se i ne čini tako strašnim kašnjenjem.

Istina, precizan iznos koštanja cijelog projekta će također premašiti zacrtanih 368 milijuna kuna, ali će ukupno prekoračenje investicije biti poznato tek kada svi radovi definitivno budu završeni.

Do kraja ove godine trebao je biti izgrađen Centar za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim. Trebao je, ali neće biti i u tome nema nikakve dramatike ni opasnosti nad projektom teškim ukupno do pola milijarde kuna.

S obzirom da se pojavila priča kako županijska tvrtka „EKO” koja od početka vodi izgradnju CGO-a neće uspjeti na vrijeme utrošiti europska sredstva, provjerili smo o čemu se radi.

- Ma nema tu neke priče, pogotovo takve! Realno je procijeniti da ćemo sva europska sredstva utrošiti do listopada ili studenog, jer ih trošimo i sada, kaže Dino Perović, direktor „EKO-a”.

Perović podsjeća da je izgradnja zaokružena na 368 milijuna kuna, u čemu je 76 posto europskih sredstava, ali je zgrada pogona za MBO završena i upravo se postavljaju instalacije i oprema.

-Samo na taj pogon otpada oko 50 posto europskih sredstava, jer je riječ o sofisticiranoj i skupoj opremi, kaže Perović još jednom pojašnjavajući da nema straha da europska sredstva neće biti utrošena do kraja ove godine.

Terminskom mapom je bilo predviđeno da će CGO u probi rad ući u lipnju i iz njega izaći do kraja godine, ali je već dvije godine poznato da će ti rokovi biti premašeni i da bi CGO u probni rad mogao krenuti početkom sljedeće godine. S obzirom na sve što se događalo od početka pandemije, kada su u građevinarstvu eksplodirale cijene, pa se na to nadovezala i kriza oko rusko-ukrajinskog rata, a onda je još mjesecima trebalo čekati da Vlada odredi kriterije po kojima će se izvođačima priznavati zahtjevi za povećanje cijena, to probijanje roka za šest mjeseci se i ne čini tako strašnim kašnjenjem.

Istina, precizan iznos koštanja cijelog projekta će također premašiti zacrtanih 368 milijuna kuna, ali će ukupno prekoračenje investicije biti poznato tek kada svi radovi definitivno budu završeni.

Europska sredstva će biti utrošena do kraja godine - projekt će ipak kasniti oko šest mjeseci

Do kraja ove godine trebao je biti izgrađen Centar za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim. Trebao je, ali neće biti i u tome nema nikakve dramatike ni opasnosti nad projektom teškim ukupno do pola milijarde kuna.

S obzirom da se pojavila priča kako županijska tvrtka „EKO” koja od početka vodi izgradnju CGO-a neće uspjeti na vrijeme utrošiti europska sredstva, provjerili smo o čemu se radi.

- Ma nema tu neke priče, pogotovo takve! Realno je procijeniti da ćemo sva europska sredstva utrošiti do listopada ili studenog, jer ih trošimo i sada, kaže Dino Perović, direktor „EKO-a”.

Perović podsjeća da je izgradnja zaokružena na 368 milijuna kuna, u čemu je 76 posto europskih sredstava, ali je zgrada pogona za MBO završena i upravo se postavljaju instalacije i oprema.

-Samo na taj pogon otpada oko 50 posto europskih sredstava, jer je riječ o sofisticiranoj i skupoj opremi, kaže Perović još jednom pojašnjavajući da nema straha da europska sredstva neće biti utrošena do kraja ove godine.

Terminskom mapom je bilo predviđeno da će CGO u probi rad ući u lipnju i iz njega izaći do kraja godine, ali je već dvije godine poznato da će ti rokovi biti premašeni i da bi CGO u probni rad mogao krenuti početkom sljedeće godine. S obzirom na sve što se događalo od početka pandemije, kada su u građevinarstvu eksplodirale cijene, pa se na to nadovezala i kriza oko rusko-ukrajinskog rata, a onda je još mjesecima trebalo čekati da Vlada odredi kriterije po kojima će se izvođačima priznavati zahtjevi za povećanje cijena, to probijanje roka za šest mjeseci se i ne čini tako strašnim kašnjenjem.

Istina, precizan iznos koštanja cijelog projekta će također premašiti zacrtanih 368 milijuna kuna, ali će ukupno prekoračenje investicije biti poznato tek kada svi radovi definitivno budu završeni.
