Prije točno 12 dana odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite zatvorene su zadarska pijaca i ribarnica. U međuvremenu, novom je odlukom dozvoljeno da specijalizirane trgovine na tržnici ipak mogu prodavati svoju robu, ali otvoreni dio pijace, onaj gdje se nalaze štandovi, te ribarnica ostaju zatvoreni do daljnjega.
Upravo zbog toga, prodavači na tržnici kojima je zabranjeno prodavati njihove proizvode pitaju što će biti s cijenom najmova za njihove banke te hoće li se, kao što je Grad Zadar to nedavno učinio za vlasnike zatvorenih ugostiteljskih objekata i korisnike gradskih poslovnih prostora, i njima izići ususret kad je plaćanje obaveza u pitanju. Direktor zadarske Tržnice Tomislav Letinić kaže da zakupci mogu biti mirni jer je prvi paket mjera već donesen, a uskoro se planira i drugi kako bi im se, nakon ponovnog otvaranja pijace, pomoglo da lakše prebrode krizni period.
- Već prvi dan, kad je zatvoren dio tržnice s tekstilom, donijeli smo odluku da one koji ne smiju raditi nećemo teretiti računima za taj period. Znači, nitko neće plaćati za vrijeme kad se nije radilo. Također, u dogovoru s Gradom, već smo pripremili cijene s popustima za vrijeme kad tržnica ponovno proradi, da lakše prođu kroz taj krizni period - govori Letinić, dodajući da su na zadarskoj tržnici spremni za ponovno otvorenje ako Stožer tako odluči.
- Radi se u dvije grupe, smjene su po 15 dana, a na tržnici uvijek postoji dežurstvo, tako da se trgovci imaju kome obratiti. Cijeli prostor pojačano se dezinficira - kaže Letinić.
Do tada, na tržnici na Polutoku radit će nekoliko kioska s mesom te velika samoposluga. Na Relji i Bilom brigu radi po jedan kiosk, dok se na Veletržnici, u Ulici Nikole Šopa kraj "Bauhausa", može kupovati do podne. Iako je taj prostor inače namijenjen za prodaju robe na veliko, zbog izvanrednih okolnosti prilagodili su se građanima koji mogu kupovati i manje količine.
- Dok traje ovakva situacija ponudili smo svim svojim partnerima pomoć u marketingu, svoje internetske stranice i društvene mreže, kako bi svoje proizvode mogli prodavati online ili dostavom na kućna vrata. Do sada ih se uključilo 15-ak koji prodaju razne proizvode, od voća i povrća do ribe, a svakim danom se javljaju novi. Kupci su zadovoljni jer mogu kupovati domaće iako je pijaca zatvorena, a naši trgovci na ovaj način mogu plasirati barem dio robe na tržište - zaključuje direktor Letinić.

Prije točno 12 dana odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite zatvorene su zadarska pijaca i ribarnica. U međuvremenu, novom je odlukom dozvoljeno da specijalizirane trgovine na tržnici ipak mogu prodavati svoju robu, ali otvoreni dio pijace, onaj gdje se nalaze štandovi, te ribarnica ostaju zatvoreni do daljnjega.
Upravo zbog toga, prodavači na tržnici kojima je zabranjeno prodavati njihove proizvode pitaju što će biti s cijenom najmova za njihove banke te hoće li se, kao što je Grad Zadar to nedavno učinio za vlasnike zatvorenih ugostiteljskih objekata i korisnike gradskih poslovnih prostora, i njima izići ususret kad je plaćanje obaveza u pitanju. Direktor zadarske Tržnice Tomislav Letinić kaže da zakupci mogu biti mirni jer je prvi paket mjera već donesen, a uskoro se planira i drugi kako bi im se, nakon ponovnog otvaranja pijace, pomoglo da lakše prebrode krizni period.
- Već prvi dan, kad je zatvoren dio tržnice s tekstilom, donijeli smo odluku da one koji ne smiju raditi nećemo teretiti računima za taj period. Znači, nitko neće plaćati za vrijeme kad se nije radilo. Također, u dogovoru s Gradom, već smo pripremili cijene s popustima za vrijeme kad tržnica ponovno proradi, da lakše prođu kroz taj krizni period - govori Letinić, dodajući da su na zadarskoj tržnici spremni za ponovno otvorenje ako Stožer tako odluči.
- Radi se u dvije grupe, smjene su po 15 dana, a na tržnici uvijek postoji dežurstvo, tako da se trgovci imaju kome obratiti. Cijeli prostor pojačano se dezinficira - kaže Letinić.
Do tada, na tržnici na Polutoku radit će nekoliko kioska s mesom te velika samoposluga. Na Relji i Bilom brigu radi po jedan kiosk, dok se na Veletržnici, u Ulici Nikole Šopa kraj "Bauhausa", može kupovati do podne. Iako je taj prostor inače namijenjen za prodaju robe na veliko, zbog izvanrednih okolnosti prilagodili su se građanima koji mogu kupovati i manje količine.
- Dok traje ovakva situacija ponudili smo svim svojim partnerima pomoć u marketingu, svoje internetske stranice i društvene mreže, kako bi svoje proizvode mogli prodavati online ili dostavom na kućna vrata. Do sada ih se uključilo 15-ak koji prodaju razne proizvode, od voća i povrća do ribe, a svakim danom se javljaju novi. Kupci su zadovoljni jer mogu kupovati domaće iako je pijaca zatvorena, a naši trgovci na ovaj način mogu plasirati barem dio robe na tržište - zaključuje direktor Letinić.
