Vlada još nije donijela obvezujući dokument kojim će se odrediti metodologija odobravanja povećanja cijena građevinskog materijala tvrtkama koje posluju s državom. Riječ je o dokumentu kojim će se pokušati ublažiti posljedice porasta cijena u građevinarstvu i regulirati indeksacija cijena građevinskog materijala kako bi se omogućio opstanak građevinskim tvrtkama, ali i realizacija plana gradnje infrastrukturnih objekata, objavio je u srijedu Jutarnji list.

Oko tog dokumenta u Vladi je otvoren i sukob između ministara Ivana Paladine i Ivana Malenice, a već zgotovljeni prijedlog što ga je sastavila Radna skupina kojoj je na čelu bio ministar Oleg Butković – ostavljen je po strani. Famozna indeksacija je potrebna zbog enormnog rasta cijena sirovina, građevinskog materijala, goriva, energenata i opreme, što sve skupa ugrožava realizaciju velikih infrastrukturnih objekata u cijeloj zemlji. Među takvim projektima je i Centar za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim gdje je rast cijena doveo izvođača radova, slovenski konzorcij "Riko”, pred podnošenje zahtjeva za korekciju već ugovorene cijene.

Čekajući da Paladina konačno donese odluku, županijska tvrtka "Eko” bi se našla u pred poskupljenjem investicije od preko 100 milijuna kuna, jer su Slovenci već pripremili zahtjev za korekciju cijene od oko 30 posto.

Kako je izgradnja CGO uglavnom financirana sredstvima EU fondova, svako probijanje roka izgradnje (kraj 2023. godine) ili raskid ugovora, doveli bi do milijunskih penalizacija. Zato se procjenjuje da će premijer Andrej Plenković i njegovi ministri, ako se divljanje tržišta nastavi, kad-tad morati donijeti odluku o zaustavljanju već planiranih projekata i investicija i fokusirati se na one koji su već započeti, pred završetkom su ili su daleko odmakli.

Tvrtka "Eko”, koja je nositelj projekta izgradnje CGO-a u Biljanima Donjim, u suvlasništvu je Zadra, Benkovca i Zadarske županije, ali je sasvim jasno da oni nisu u stanju financijski izdržati korekciju cijene od preko 100 milijuna kuna, pa sada vrte palčevima i spas čekaju iz Zagreba odakle se nadaju sredstvima iz državnog proračuna.

A u Zagrebu se ministri svađaju, pa se dokument kojeg je Vlada trebala donijeti još početkom prošlog mjeseca – ne pojavljuje jer se piše novi. Već sada stižu upozorenja da bi, kada dokument i bude objavljen, on mogao imati jako ograničen domet jer nekakav zaključak Vlade, bez zakonske snage bi mogao ostati samo nešto masnije slovo na papiru.

Vlada još nije donijela obvezujući dokument kojim će se odrediti metodologija odobravanja povećanja cijena građevinskog materijala tvrtkama koje posluju s državom. Riječ je o dokumentu kojim će se pokušati ublažiti posljedice porasta cijena u građevinarstvu i regulirati indeksacija cijena građevinskog materijala kako bi se omogućio opstanak građevinskim tvrtkama, ali i realizacija plana gradnje infrastrukturnih objekata, objavio je u srijedu Jutarnji list.

Oko tog dokumenta u Vladi je otvoren i sukob između ministara Ivana Paladine i Ivana Malenice, a već zgotovljeni prijedlog što ga je sastavila Radna skupina kojoj je na čelu bio ministar Oleg Butković – ostavljen je po strani. Famozna indeksacija je potrebna zbog enormnog rasta cijena sirovina, građevinskog materijala, goriva, energenata i opreme, što sve skupa ugrožava realizaciju velikih infrastrukturnih objekata u cijeloj zemlji. Među takvim projektima je i Centar za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim gdje je rast cijena doveo izvođača radova, slovenski konzorcij "Riko”, pred podnošenje zahtjeva za korekciju već ugovorene cijene.

Čekajući da Paladina konačno donese odluku, županijska tvrtka "Eko” bi se našla u pred poskupljenjem investicije od preko 100 milijuna kuna, jer su Slovenci već pripremili zahtjev za korekciju cijene od oko 30 posto.

Kako je izgradnja CGO uglavnom financirana sredstvima EU fondova, svako probijanje roka izgradnje (kraj 2023. godine) ili raskid ugovora, doveli bi do milijunskih penalizacija. Zato se procjenjuje da će premijer Andrej Plenković i njegovi ministri, ako se divljanje tržišta nastavi, kad-tad morati donijeti odluku o zaustavljanju već planiranih projekata i investicija i fokusirati se na one koji su već započeti, pred završetkom su ili su daleko odmakli.

Tvrtka "Eko”, koja je nositelj projekta izgradnje CGO-a u Biljanima Donjim, u suvlasništvu je Zadra, Benkovca i Zadarske županije, ali je sasvim jasno da oni nisu u stanju financijski izdržati korekciju cijene od preko 100 milijuna kuna, pa sada vrte palčevima i spas čekaju iz Zagreba odakle se nadaju sredstvima iz državnog proračuna.

A u Zagrebu se ministri svađaju, pa se dokument kojeg je Vlada trebala donijeti još početkom prošlog mjeseca – ne pojavljuje jer se piše novi. Već sada stižu upozorenja da bi, kada dokument i bude objavljen, on mogao imati jako ograničen domet jer nekakav zaključak Vlade, bez zakonske snage bi mogao ostati samo nešto masnije slovo na papiru.

Oblaci nad "projektom stoljeća": Izvođači žele korekciju cijena od 100 milijuna kuna, suvlasnici čekaju spas iz Zagreba, a ministri se svađaju

Vlada još nije donijela obvezujući dokument kojim će se odrediti metodologija odobravanja povećanja cijena građevinskog materijala tvrtkama koje posluju s državom. Riječ je o dokumentu kojim će se pokušati ublažiti posljedice porasta cijena u građevinarstvu i regulirati indeksacija cijena građevinskog materijala kako bi se omogućio opstanak građevinskim tvrtkama, ali i realizacija plana gradnje infrastrukturnih objekata, objavio je u srijedu Jutarnji list.

Oko tog dokumenta u Vladi je otvoren i sukob između ministara Ivana Paladine i Ivana Malenice, a već zgotovljeni prijedlog što ga je sastavila Radna skupina kojoj je na čelu bio ministar Oleg Butković – ostavljen je po strani. Famozna indeksacija je potrebna zbog enormnog rasta cijena sirovina, građevinskog materijala, goriva, energenata i opreme, što sve skupa ugrožava realizaciju velikih infrastrukturnih objekata u cijeloj zemlji. Među takvim projektima je i Centar za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim gdje je rast cijena doveo izvođača radova, slovenski konzorcij "Riko”, pred podnošenje zahtjeva za korekciju već ugovorene cijene.

Čekajući da Paladina konačno donese odluku, županijska tvrtka "Eko” bi se našla u pred poskupljenjem investicije od preko 100 milijuna kuna, jer su Slovenci već pripremili zahtjev za korekciju cijene od oko 30 posto.

Kako je izgradnja CGO uglavnom financirana sredstvima EU fondova, svako probijanje roka izgradnje (kraj 2023. godine) ili raskid ugovora, doveli bi do milijunskih penalizacija. Zato se procjenjuje da će premijer Andrej Plenković i njegovi ministri, ako se divljanje tržišta nastavi, kad-tad morati donijeti odluku o zaustavljanju već planiranih projekata i investicija i fokusirati se na one koji su već započeti, pred završetkom su ili su daleko odmakli.

Tvrtka "Eko”, koja je nositelj projekta izgradnje CGO-a u Biljanima Donjim, u suvlasništvu je Zadra, Benkovca i Zadarske županije, ali je sasvim jasno da oni nisu u stanju financijski izdržati korekciju cijene od preko 100 milijuna kuna, pa sada vrte palčevima i spas čekaju iz Zagreba odakle se nadaju sredstvima iz državnog proračuna.

A u Zagrebu se ministri svađaju, pa se dokument kojeg je Vlada trebala donijeti još početkom prošlog mjeseca – ne pojavljuje jer se piše novi. Već sada stižu upozorenja da bi, kada dokument i bude objavljen, on mogao imati jako ograničen domet jer nekakav zaključak Vlade, bez zakonske snage bi mogao ostati samo nešto masnije slovo na papiru.
