Mario Puškarić, predsjednik Sindikata policijskih službenika, poslao je otvoreno pismo policijskim čelnicima, a sve u vezi uhićenja građana koji su na Faceboku vrijeđali premijera Andreja Plenkovića.

U medijima se pojavila vijest da su 21. 1. 2022. godine policijski službenici II. PP Zadar priveli 72.-godišnjeg umirovljenika jer je na društvenoj mreži Facebook objavio uvredljivi i omalovažavajući komentar sadržaja „Triba ga dočekati pokvarenim jajima njega i njegove poltron, nitko toliko nije ponizi i izdao Hrvate, narcisoidni jadnik“ koji se odnosio na premijera Andreja Plenkovića. Nakon kriminalističkog istraživanja II. PP Zadar podnijela je optužni prijedlog Prekršajnom odjelu Općinskog suda u Zadru za prekršaj iz čl. 17. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Želimo naglasiti da se radi o prahistorijskom zakonu čije su kazne u njemačkim markama i koji egzistira preko 40 godina, odnosno još iz doba komunizma, a za koji smo nebrojen broj putra do sada tražili donošenje novog zakona i prije par godina dobili čak i obećanje od samog premijera da će se promijeniti, a kao što vidimo nije, jer nekome očito odgovara ovakav zakon koji između ostaloga vrijeđa i omalovažava policijske službenike koji po njemu svakodnevno postupaju jer je kazna za vrijeđanje i omalovažavanje policijskog službenika manja od banalne kazne u prometu.

Budući da nam je itekako kao sindikatu, koji djeluje u MUP-u, poznato na koji način određena postupanja policije započinju, osobito kada su u pitanju političari na vlasti (postupanje prema novinarki Klancir i sl.) i da ovakvo postupanje nije započelo od strane policijskih službenika II. PP Zadar već isključivo po nalogu rukovodećeg policijskog službenika ovim putem od Vas javno tražimo da utvrdite tko je inicirao ovakvo neprofesionalno i sramotno postupanje prema građaninu koje teško šteti ugledu policije u javnosti. Ono je i u suprotnosti s praksom Europske unije, čija je članica Hrvatska, i praksom Europskog suda za ljudska prava čije odluke je dužna primjenjivati i hrvatska policija.

Kao sindikat čija je dužnost i obveza, između ostaloga, braniti dignitet struke i reagirati na ovakve i slične događaje dajemo javnu podršku građaninu i oštro osuđujemo ovakvo postupanje pojedinaca u policiji koji su inicirali i izdali nalog policijskim službenicima, neposrednim izvršiteljima, da postupaju suprotno europskoj praksi očito motivirani dodvoravanjem premijeru i politici, kako bi mu se dopali i opstali na svojim rukovodećim pozicijama, a čime su zapravo učinili tešku sramotu i štetu ne samo policiji već i samom premijeru Andreju Plenkoviću.

Mario Puškarić, predsjednik Sindikata policijskih službenika, poslao je otvoreno pismo policijskim čelnicima, a sve u vezi uhićenja građana koji su na Faceboku vrijeđali premijera Andreja Plenkovića.

U medijima se pojavila vijest da su 21. 1. 2022. godine policijski službenici II. PP Zadar priveli 72.-godišnjeg umirovljenika jer je na društvenoj mreži Facebook objavio uvredljivi i omalovažavajući komentar sadržaja „Triba ga dočekati pokvarenim jajima njega i njegove poltron, nitko toliko nije ponizi i izdao Hrvate, narcisoidni jadnik“ koji se odnosio na premijera Andreja Plenkovića. Nakon kriminalističkog istraživanja II. PP Zadar podnijela je optužni prijedlog Prekršajnom odjelu Općinskog suda u Zadru za prekršaj iz čl. 17. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Želimo naglasiti da se radi o prahistorijskom zakonu čije su kazne u njemačkim markama i koji egzistira preko 40 godina, odnosno još iz doba komunizma, a za koji smo nebrojen broj putra do sada tražili donošenje novog zakona i prije par godina dobili čak i obećanje od samog premijera da će se promijeniti, a kao što vidimo nije, jer nekome očito odgovara ovakav zakon koji između ostaloga vrijeđa i omalovažava policijske službenike koji po njemu svakodnevno postupaju jer je kazna za vrijeđanje i omalovažavanje policijskog službenika manja od banalne kazne u prometu.

Budući da nam je itekako kao sindikatu, koji djeluje u MUP-u, poznato na koji način određena postupanja policije započinju, osobito kada su u pitanju političari na vlasti (postupanje prema novinarki Klancir i sl.) i da ovakvo postupanje nije započelo od strane policijskih službenika II. PP Zadar već isključivo po nalogu rukovodećeg policijskog službenika ovim putem od Vas javno tražimo da utvrdite tko je inicirao ovakvo neprofesionalno i sramotno postupanje prema građaninu koje teško šteti ugledu policije u javnosti. Ono je i u suprotnosti s praksom Europske unije, čija je članica Hrvatska, i praksom Europskog suda za ljudska prava čije odluke je dužna primjenjivati i hrvatska policija.

Kao sindikat čija je dužnost i obveza, između ostaloga, braniti dignitet struke i reagirati na ovakve i slične događaje dajemo javnu podršku građaninu i oštro osuđujemo ovakvo postupanje pojedinaca u policiji koji su inicirali i izdali nalog policijskim službenicima, neposrednim izvršiteljima, da postupaju suprotno europskoj praksi očito motivirani dodvoravanjem premijeru i politici, kako bi mu se dopali i opstali na svojim rukovodećim pozicijama, a čime su zapravo učinili tešku sramotu i štetu ne samo policiji već i samom premijeru Andreju Plenkoviću.

Policijski sindikat žestoko proziva šefove MUP-a u Zadru: Neka ravnatelj policije utvrdi tko je naredio sramotno postupanje policije prema građaninu

Mario Puškarić, predsjednik Sindikata policijskih službenika, poslao je otvoreno pismo policijskim čelnicima, a sve u vezi uhićenja građana koji su na Faceboku vrijeđali premijera Andreja Plenkovića.

U medijima se pojavila vijest da su 21. 1. 2022. godine policijski službenici II. PP Zadar priveli 72.-godišnjeg umirovljenika jer je na društvenoj mreži Facebook objavio uvredljivi i omalovažavajući komentar sadržaja „Triba ga dočekati pokvarenim jajima njega i njegove poltron, nitko toliko nije ponizi i izdao Hrvate, narcisoidni jadnik“ koji se odnosio na premijera Andreja Plenkovića. Nakon kriminalističkog istraživanja II. PP Zadar podnijela je optužni prijedlog Prekršajnom odjelu Općinskog suda u Zadru za prekršaj iz čl. 17. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Želimo naglasiti da se radi o prahistorijskom zakonu čije su kazne u njemačkim markama i koji egzistira preko 40 godina, odnosno još iz doba komunizma, a za koji smo nebrojen broj putra do sada tražili donošenje novog zakona i prije par godina dobili čak i obećanje od samog premijera da će se promijeniti, a kao što vidimo nije, jer nekome očito odgovara ovakav zakon koji između ostaloga vrijeđa i omalovažava policijske službenike koji po njemu svakodnevno postupaju jer je kazna za vrijeđanje i omalovažavanje policijskog službenika manja od banalne kazne u prometu.

Budući da nam je itekako kao sindikatu, koji djeluje u MUP-u, poznato na koji način određena postupanja policije započinju, osobito kada su u pitanju političari na vlasti (postupanje prema novinarki Klancir i sl.) i da ovakvo postupanje nije započelo od strane policijskih službenika II. PP Zadar već isključivo po nalogu rukovodećeg policijskog službenika ovim putem od Vas javno tražimo da utvrdite tko je inicirao ovakvo neprofesionalno i sramotno postupanje prema građaninu koje teško šteti ugledu policije u javnosti. Ono je i u suprotnosti s praksom Europske unije, čija je članica Hrvatska, i praksom Europskog suda za ljudska prava čije odluke je dužna primjenjivati i hrvatska policija.
