Zadar se podijelio u prosvjedu ugostitelja "4 do 12 – zatvaramo danas kako bi ostali otvoreni sutra". Neki su ugostitelji u četvrtak zatvorili vrata svojih lokala od 11.56 do 12.56 sati kako je to i bilo najavljeno, dok je određeni broj njih nastavio raditi bez zatvaranja, očigledno ne pridružujući se prosvjedu.

Kojih je više bilo, zatvorenih ili otvorenih? Teško je "odokativno" zaključiti jer točnih podataka još nema, ali za našeg obilaska stare gradske jezgre Zadra stekao se dojam da je više lokala bilo zatvoreno nego otvoreno za vrijeme trajanja prosvjeda, posebno u zoni lokala Varošu, a među onima koji su zatvorili vrata posjetiteljima na sat vremena, bilo je više vlasnika cafe barova nego restorana. Jedan nam je vlasnik restorana objasnio kako generalno podržava prosvjed, ali da ne može potjerati goste s terase za vrijeme ručka, dok je jedan kafić službeno bio zatvoren na što je upozoravao prosvjedni plakat na vratima, ali je istovremeno štekat bio krcat gostima koji su ispijali svoje kave, a barmen je za šankom prao čaše, tako da se može reći da je bilo svega i svačega, ali osnovni dojam je ipak postignut, zadarski ugostitelji su skrenuli pažnju javnosti na sebe i svoje probleme u poslovanju, tražeći prije svega obustavu naplate PDV-a do ožujka 2021. godine, te spuštanje tog istog PDV-a na 10 posto.

- Zatvorio sam svoja dva lokala, "Nana" na autobusnom kolodvoru i "4 kantuna" na Poluotoku, a za sve svoje radnike spremam peku tako da ću ih u to vrijeme počastiti ručkom. Odazvalo se jako puno kolega ugostitelja, mislim na Poluotoku 80 posto, a i izvan grada jako puno. Bilo je ljudi koji su rekli da će zatvoriti, pa nisu, ali u Varošu od Kulta i Dišpeta do Arkade nitko ne radi – kaže nam Vino Smokrović.

Ističe kako su mu neshvatljivi neki komentari da oni traženjem smanjenja PDV-a kao vlasnici lokala spašavaju sami sebe.

- Mene duša boli... Ja ne mogu zatvoriti i moji će ljudi ostati raditi, ja ih otpustiti neću. Oni nisu za mene "broj 315 na blagajni br. 4". Oni imaju ovdje svi ime i prezime. U oba lokala imam 33 stalno zaposlena, a u sezoni 55. Probat ćemo svi ostati raditi. U ovom lokalu "4 kantuna" investicija je bila ogromna, još se nismo izvukli iz ulaganja, pogodila nas je korona... Što god ljudi misle o nama, nije lako raditi ovaj posao, treba probati pa vidjeti. A opet, ne bi zaposlenici ostajali raditi po 10, 15 godina da nisu zadovoljni. Nismo mi tako loši kao što kruže glasine – kazao je Smokrović.

Kultna zadarska caffe galerija Đina koja neprekidno radi već 40 godina, prvi je put zatvorila vrata gostima zbog prosvjeda.

- Priključio sam se prosvjedu da bi svojim sudjelovanjem pokazao da je teško i da se moramo dovesti u ravnomjeran položaj sa svima ostalima. A teško je toliko da se više ne može dati plaća radnicima. Želimo da nas uvaže kao subjekt koji – ili mora zatvoriti - ili te ljude pustiti na Biro rada. Poslije će ih biti teško vratiti nazad jer će otići ća. Jednostavno se moramo boriti za te naše radnike. Ukoliko se svi uključe mislim da ćemo se izboriti za to jer će netko uvidjeti da je to zbilja problem. Mi se bavimo na nivou Hrvatske turizmom i tvornice su manje-više sve ugašene i nema ih. Jedino što imamo je turizam tako da moramo biti spremni za dogodine. Nameti koje plaćamo umanjuju našu dobit, a time i plaće radnicima. Nikad nije bilo gore nego što je sad – zaključio je Dario Longin, vlasnik Đine.

Zadar se podijelio u prosvjedu ugostitelja "4 do 12 – zatvaramo danas kako bi ostali otvoreni sutra". Neki su ugostitelji u četvrtak zatvorili vrata svojih lokala od 11.56 do 12.56 sati kako je to i bilo najavljeno, dok je određeni broj njih nastavio raditi bez zatvaranja, očigledno ne pridružujući se prosvjedu.

Kojih je više bilo, zatvorenih ili otvorenih? Teško je "odokativno" zaključiti jer točnih podataka još nema, ali za našeg obilaska stare gradske jezgre Zadra stekao se dojam da je više lokala bilo zatvoreno nego otvoreno za vrijeme trajanja prosvjeda, posebno u zoni lokala Varošu, a među onima koji su zatvorili vrata posjetiteljima na sat vremena, bilo je više vlasnika cafe barova nego restorana. Jedan nam je vlasnik restorana objasnio kako generalno podržava prosvjed, ali da ne može potjerati goste s terase za vrijeme ručka, dok je jedan kafić službeno bio zatvoren na što je upozoravao prosvjedni plakat na vratima, ali je istovremeno štekat bio krcat gostima koji su ispijali svoje kave, a barmen je za šankom prao čaše, tako da se može reći da je bilo svega i svačega, ali osnovni dojam je ipak postignut, zadarski ugostitelji su skrenuli pažnju javnosti na sebe i svoje probleme u poslovanju, tražeći prije svega obustavu naplate PDV-a do ožujka 2021. godine, te spuštanje tog istog PDV-a na 10 posto.

- Zatvorio sam svoja dva lokala, "Nana" na autobusnom kolodvoru i "4 kantuna" na Poluotoku, a za sve svoje radnike spremam peku tako da ću ih u to vrijeme počastiti ručkom. Odazvalo se jako puno kolega ugostitelja, mislim na Poluotoku 80 posto, a i izvan grada jako puno. Bilo je ljudi koji su rekli da će zatvoriti, pa nisu, ali u Varošu od Kulta i Dišpeta do Arkade nitko ne radi – kaže nam Vino Smokrović.

Ističe kako su mu neshvatljivi neki komentari da oni traženjem smanjenja PDV-a kao vlasnici lokala spašavaju sami sebe.

- Mene duša boli... Ja ne mogu zatvoriti i moji će ljudi ostati raditi, ja ih otpustiti neću. Oni nisu za mene "broj 315 na blagajni br. 4". Oni imaju ovdje svi ime i prezime. U oba lokala imam 33 stalno zaposlena, a u sezoni 55. Probat ćemo svi ostati raditi. U ovom lokalu "4 kantuna" investicija je bila ogromna, još se nismo izvukli iz ulaganja, pogodila nas je korona... Što god ljudi misle o nama, nije lako raditi ovaj posao, treba probati pa vidjeti. A opet, ne bi zaposlenici ostajali raditi po 10, 15 godina da nisu zadovoljni. Nismo mi tako loši kao što kruže glasine – kazao je Smokrović.

Kultna zadarska caffe galerija Đina koja neprekidno radi već 40 godina, prvi je put zatvorila vrata gostima zbog prosvjeda.

- Priključio sam se prosvjedu da bi svojim sudjelovanjem pokazao da je teško i da se moramo dovesti u ravnomjeran položaj sa svima ostalima. A teško je toliko da se više ne može dati plaća radnicima. Želimo da nas uvaže kao subjekt koji – ili mora zatvoriti - ili te ljude pustiti na Biro rada. Poslije će ih biti teško vratiti nazad jer će otići ća. Jednostavno se moramo boriti za te naše radnike. Ukoliko se svi uključe mislim da ćemo se izboriti za to jer će netko uvidjeti da je to zbilja problem. Mi se bavimo na nivou Hrvatske turizmom i tvornice su manje-više sve ugašene i nema ih. Jedino što imamo je turizam tako da moramo biti spremni za dogodine. Nameti koje plaćamo umanjuju našu dobit, a time i plaće radnicima. Nikad nije bilo gore nego što je sad – zaključio je Dario Longin, vlasnik Đine.

Većina ugostitelja na Poluotoku zatvorili vrata lokala u podne, traže smanjenje PDV-a kako bi spasili radnike, a ne samo sebe: Nikad nije bilo gore!

Zadar se podijelio u prosvjedu ugostitelja "4 do 12 – zatvaramo danas kako bi ostali otvoreni sutra". Neki su ugostitelji u četvrtak zatvorili vrata svojih lokala od 11.56 do 12.56 sati kako je to i bilo najavljeno, dok je određeni broj njih nastavio raditi bez zatvaranja, očigledno ne pridružujući se prosvjedu.

Kojih je više bilo, zatvorenih ili otvorenih? Teško je "odokativno" zaključiti jer točnih podataka još nema, ali za našeg obilaska stare gradske jezgre Zadra stekao se dojam da je više lokala bilo zatvoreno nego otvoreno za vrijeme trajanja prosvjeda, posebno u zoni lokala Varošu, a među onima koji su zatvorili vrata posjetiteljima na sat vremena, bilo je više vlasnika cafe barova nego restorana. Jedan nam je vlasnik restorana objasnio kako generalno podržava prosvjed, ali da ne može potjerati goste s terase za vrijeme ručka, dok je jedan kafić službeno bio zatvoren na što je upozoravao prosvjedni plakat na vratima, ali je istovremeno štekat bio krcat gostima koji su ispijali svoje kave, a barmen je za šankom prao čaše, tako da se može reći da je bilo svega i svačega, ali osnovni dojam je ipak postignut, zadarski ugostitelji su skrenuli pažnju javnosti na sebe i svoje probleme u poslovanju, tražeći prije svega obustavu naplate PDV-a do ožujka 2021. godine, te spuštanje tog istog PDV-a na 10 posto.

- Zatvorio sam svoja dva lokala, "Nana" na autobusnom kolodvoru i "4 kantuna" na Poluotoku, a za sve svoje radnike spremam peku tako da ću ih u to vrijeme počastiti ručkom. Odazvalo se jako puno kolega ugostitelja, mislim na Poluotoku 80 posto, a i izvan grada jako puno. Bilo je ljudi koji su rekli da će zatvoriti, pa nisu, ali u Varošu od Kulta i Dišpeta do Arkade nitko ne radi – kaže nam Vino Smokrović.
