Sin poznatog zadarskog poduzetnika, 22-godišnji M.B., pravomoćno je osuđen na jedanaest mjeseci zatvora jer je 2017. u Kožinu, prvo automobilom, a potom i teleskopskom palicom brutalno satima terorizirao obitelj estonskih turista i njihovu malodobnu djecu.

Zbog kaznenog djela protiv opće sigurnosti - dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom najprije mu je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru dosuđena jednogodišnja kazna s uvjetom od tri godine, no nakon žalbe Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru (ODO) kazna mu je preinačena u - zatvorsku.

Njegovo nezapamćeno iživljavanje nad turistima odigralo se 18.srpnja 2017. od 2,40 do 3,10 sati na cesti u Zadru gdje je turiste proganjao nakon što je pijan retrovizorom BMW-a kojeg je vozio, zapeo za lijevi kraj njihovog Renaulta. U automobilu je bilo šest estonskih državljana, među kojima i dvoje djece u dobi od šest i pet godina.

Najprije im je prepriječio put automobilom, a onda teleskopskom palicom dugom 75 centimetara snažno udario po staklu njihovog automobila. Oni su se u strahu uspjeli odvesti, no 22-godišnjak je nastavio voziti iza njih, te ih je tijekom vožnje pokušavao izgurati s ceste udarajući ih u lijevu stranu automobila. Na parkingu trgovačkog centra gdje su se vozili u krug, ponovno je udarao palicom po prednjem vjetrobranskom staklu njihovog automobila. Nakon toga je opet nastavio voziti iza njih, te ih ponovno pokušavao izgurati s ceste, pri čemu ih je dva puta udario automobilom. Stao je tek dolaskom do kružnog toka gdje ih je ponovno pokušavao udariti automobilom, no izletio je sa ceste gdje su ga zatekli policajci. Izmjereno mu je 1,45 promila alkohola.

Tijekom sudskog postupka rekao je da se smatra krivim, no požalio se da mu je uvjetna kazna - prestroga. Pridodao je kako do sada nije bio osuđivan, te da je svjestan da je neprimjereno reagirao zbog čega mu je žao. Dodao je i kako inače ne vozi pod utjecajem alkohola, te da u posljednje dvije godine nije bio niti prekršajno kažnjavan. Sud je kao olakotnu okolnost cijenio činjenicu da je priznao djelo, iskazao kajanje, te da je u vrijeme počinjenja ovog kaznenog djela imao svega 21 godinu.

Sin poznatog zadarskog poduzetnika, 22-godišnji M.B., pravomoćno je osuđen na jedanaest mjeseci zatvora jer je 2017. u Kožinu, prvo automobilom, a potom i teleskopskom palicom brutalno satima terorizirao obitelj estonskih turista i njihovu malodobnu djecu.

Zbog kaznenog djela protiv opće sigurnosti - dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom najprije mu je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru dosuđena jednogodišnja kazna s uvjetom od tri godine, no nakon žalbe Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru (ODO) kazna mu je preinačena u - zatvorsku.

Njegovo nezapamćeno iživljavanje nad turistima odigralo se 18.srpnja 2017. od 2,40 do 3,10 sati na cesti u Zadru gdje je turiste proganjao nakon što je pijan retrovizorom BMW-a kojeg je vozio, zapeo za lijevi kraj njihovog Renaulta. U automobilu je bilo šest estonskih državljana, među kojima i dvoje djece u dobi od šest i pet godina.

Najprije im je prepriječio put automobilom, a onda teleskopskom palicom dugom 75 centimetara snažno udario po staklu njihovog automobila. Oni su se u strahu uspjeli odvesti, no 22-godišnjak je nastavio voziti iza njih, te ih je tijekom vožnje pokušavao izgurati s ceste udarajući ih u lijevu stranu automobila. Na parkingu trgovačkog centra gdje su se vozili u krug, ponovno je udarao palicom po prednjem vjetrobranskom staklu njihovog automobila. Nakon toga je opet nastavio voziti iza njih, te ih ponovno pokušavao izgurati s ceste, pri čemu ih je dva puta udario automobilom. Stao je tek dolaskom do kružnog toka gdje ih je ponovno pokušavao udariti automobilom, no izletio je sa ceste gdje su ga zatekli policajci. Izmjereno mu je 1,45 promila alkohola.

Tijekom sudskog postupka rekao je da se smatra krivim, no požalio se da mu je uvjetna kazna - prestroga. Pridodao je kako do sada nije bio osuđivan, te da je svjestan da je neprimjereno reagirao zbog čega mu je žao. Dodao je i kako inače ne vozi pod utjecajem alkohola, te da u posljednje dvije godine nije bio niti prekršajno kažnjavan. Sud je kao olakotnu okolnost cijenio činjenicu da je priznao djelo, iskazao kajanje, te da je u vrijeme počinjenja ovog kaznenog djela imao svega 21 godinu.

Zatvorska kazna za sina (22) poznatog zadarskog poduzetnika: terorizirao turiste iz Estonije, napao ih palicom i pokušao izgurati s ceste!

Sin poznatog zadarskog poduzetnika, 22-godišnji M.B., pravomoćno je osuđen na jedanaest mjeseci zatvora jer je 2017. u Kožinu, prvo automobilom, a potom i teleskopskom palicom brutalno satima terorizirao obitelj estonskih turista i njihovu malodobnu djecu.

Zbog kaznenog djela protiv opće sigurnosti - dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom najprije mu je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru dosuđena jednogodišnja kazna s uvjetom od tri godine, no nakon žalbe Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru (ODO) kazna mu je preinačena u - zatvorsku.

Njegovo nezapamćeno iživljavanje nad turistima odigralo se 18.srpnja 2017. od 2,40 do 3,10 sati na cesti u Zadru gdje je turiste proganjao nakon što je pijan retrovizorom BMW-a kojeg je vozio, zapeo za lijevi kraj njihovog Renaulta. U automobilu je bilo šest estonskih državljana, među kojima i dvoje djece u dobi od šest i pet godina.

Najprije im je prepriječio put automobilom, a onda teleskopskom palicom dugom 75 centimetara snažno udario po staklu njihovog automobila. Oni su se u strahu uspjeli odvesti, no 22-godišnjak je nastavio voziti iza njih, te ih je tijekom vožnje pokušavao izgurati s ceste udarajući ih u lijevu stranu automobila. Na parkingu trgovačkog centra gdje su se vozili u krug, ponovno je udarao palicom po prednjem vjetrobranskom staklu njihovog automobila. Nakon toga je opet nastavio voziti iza njih, te ih ponovno pokušavao izgurati s ceste, pri čemu ih je dva puta udario automobilom. Stao je tek dolaskom do kružnog toka gdje ih je ponovno pokušavao udariti automobilom, no izletio je sa ceste gdje su ga zatekli policajci. Izmjereno mu je 1,45 promila alkohola.

Tijekom sudskog postupka rekao je da se smatra krivim, no požalio se da mu je uvjetna kazna - prestroga. Pridodao je kako do sada nije bio osuđivan, te da je svjestan da je neprimjereno reagirao zbog čega mu je žao. Dodao je i kako inače ne vozi pod utjecajem alkohola, te da u posljednje dvije godine nije bio niti prekršajno kažnjavan. Sud je kao olakotnu okolnost cijenio činjenicu da je priznao djelo, iskazao kajanje, te da je u vrijeme počinjenja ovog kaznenog djela imao svega 21 godinu.
