Puna četiri sata trajala je javna tribina održana u sklopu projekta KVARTipo u Mjesnom odboru Poluotok.
Predsjednik MO Poluotok, Frane Brajković, govori kako je ovo prvi puta od nezavisnosti Hrvatske da su stanovnici Poluotoka imali priliku razgovarati s gradskim vlastima kako bi im kazali koji ih sve problemi muče.
Onaj dio koji se odnosio na projekt KVARTipo je, ističe Brajković, vrlo brzo završio. Naime, od 25 pristiglih prijedloga, stanovnici Poluotoka su svih 240 tisuća kuna odlučili dati za uređenje Kapetanskog parka.
Uređenje Kapetanskog ujedno je bio jedan od 11 prijedloga koje je na projekt KVARTipo prijavio Mjesni odbor.
- Obnova igrališta i koševa, tribine, javne rasvjete i priključka za vodu te uređenje pristupnih puteva i zelene površine s ciljem ostvarivanja infrastrukturnih preduvjeta za sigurno javno korištenje igrališta i parka, napisali su članovi MO-a Poluotok u svom prijedlog dodajući kako bi se, ukoliko bi planirani trošak prelazio iznos predviđen projektom KVARTipo, ostatak sredstava osigura u suradnji s budućim korisnicima – Sveučilištem u Zadru, Pomorskom školom, Koncertnim Uredom ili u suradnji sa zainteresiranom javnosti putem humanitarnih i radnih akcija.
Nakon izglasavanja pokrenuta je javna rasprava o problemima koji muče preostalo stanovništvo centra grada. Brajković nam govori kako su se građani u raspravi s gradonačelnikom Brankom Dukićem i njegovim suradnicima dotakli teme zatvaranja ceste od Arsenala do Foše. Građani su dali prijedlog da se u ljetnim mjesecima za sve osim za stanare, one koji rade na Poluotoku i turiste koji su prijavljeni u centru grada, ta cesta zatvori kako bi se izbjegao veliki prometni kaos koji u špici sezone nastaje u gradu te smanjio problem parkinga s kojim se u ljetnim mjesecima muče.
- Razgovarali smo o tome, ali su nam iz Grada rekli da se zatvaranje ceste ne može dogoditi sve dok se ne izgrade javne garaže. Razgovaralo se i o pretjeranoj apartmanizaciji Poluotoka, "pucanju" po pitanju infrastrukture, a konstantno se radi na privlačenju što većeg broja turista, o bijelim izlozima, nedostatku kontrole komunalnih redara..., kazao nam je Brajković dodajući i kako su gradske oce upozorili i na plato iznad ulica Ulica Nadbiskupa Mate Karamana i Ulice Ivana Tanzlingera Zanottija.
- Svjesni smo problematike imovinsko-pravnih odnosa, ali taj se prostor jednostavno mora urediti jer je ruglo u centru grada. Zbog toga uskoro planiramo i prosvjede jer je nedopustivo da u starom dijelu grada imamo tako zapušten plato, govori Brajković dodajući i kako se razgovaralo o uličnim glazbenicima, prodavačima i umjetnicima te uvođenju reda prilikom njihovih nastupa, ali i o tome kako je potrebno napraviti mjesta za hranjenje napuštenih životinja.
Brajković je istaknuo kako se problemi na Poluotoku gomilaju jer se sve događa "stihijski", a ono čemu stanovnici Poluotoka teže jest uređena sredina prilagođena potrebama građana. Dodao je i kako je bilo govora o parternom uređenju rive te je istaknuo kako mu je žao što za tako bitnu stvar nije bilo javne rasprave.
- Grad je gotovo u cijelosti kopirao prijedlog o parternom uređenju rive koji je MO Poluotok poslao kao prijedlog na KVARTipo. Nema veze što su to kopirali, ali o ovoj bitnoj temi je trebala biti pokrenuta javna rasprava sa stručnjacima jer je to stvar od vitalnog značaja, istaknuo je Brajković pa dodao:

Puna četiri sata trajala je javna tribina održana u sklopu projekta KVARTipo u Mjesnom odboru Poluotok.
Predsjednik MO Poluotok, Frane Brajković, govori kako je ovo prvi puta od nezavisnosti Hrvatske da su stanovnici Poluotoka imali priliku razgovarati s gradskim vlastima kako bi im kazali koji ih sve problemi muče.
Onaj dio koji se odnosio na projekt KVARTipo je, ističe Brajković, vrlo brzo završio. Naime, od 25 pristiglih prijedloga, stanovnici Poluotoka su svih 240 tisuća kuna odlučili dati za uređenje Kapetanskog parka.
Uređenje Kapetanskog ujedno je bio jedan od 11 prijedloga koje je na projekt KVARTipo prijavio Mjesni odbor.
- Obnova igrališta i koševa, tribine, javne rasvjete i priključka za vodu te uređenje pristupnih puteva i zelene površine s ciljem ostvarivanja infrastrukturnih preduvjeta za sigurno javno korištenje igrališta i parka, napisali su članovi MO-a Poluotok u svom prijedlog dodajući kako bi se, ukoliko bi planirani trošak prelazio iznos predviđen projektom KVARTipo, ostatak sredstava osigura u suradnji s budućim korisnicima – Sveučilištem u Zadru, Pomorskom školom, Koncertnim Uredom ili u suradnji sa zainteresiranom javnosti putem humanitarnih i radnih akcija.
Nakon izglasavanja pokrenuta je javna rasprava o problemima koji muče preostalo stanovništvo centra grada. Brajković nam govori kako su se građani u raspravi s gradonačelnikom Brankom Dukićem i njegovim suradnicima dotakli teme zatvaranja ceste od Arsenala do Foše. Građani su dali prijedlog da se u ljetnim mjesecima za sve osim za stanare, one koji rade na Poluotoku i turiste koji su prijavljeni u centru grada, ta cesta zatvori kako bi se izbjegao veliki prometni kaos koji u špici sezone nastaje u gradu te smanjio problem parkinga s kojim se u ljetnim mjesecima muče.
- Razgovarali smo o tome, ali su nam iz Grada rekli da se zatvaranje ceste ne može dogoditi sve dok se ne izgrade javne garaže. Razgovaralo se i o pretjeranoj apartmanizaciji Poluotoka, "pucanju" po pitanju infrastrukture, a konstantno se radi na privlačenju što većeg broja turista, o bijelim izlozima, nedostatku kontrole komunalnih redara..., kazao nam je Brajković dodajući i kako su gradske oce upozorili i na plato iznad ulica Ulica Nadbiskupa Mate Karamana i Ulice Ivana Tanzlingera Zanottija.
- Svjesni smo problematike imovinsko-pravnih odnosa, ali taj se prostor jednostavno mora urediti jer je ruglo u centru grada. Zbog toga uskoro planiramo i prosvjede jer je nedopustivo da u starom dijelu grada imamo tako zapušten plato, govori Brajković dodajući i kako se razgovaralo o uličnim glazbenicima, prodavačima i umjetnicima te uvođenju reda prilikom njihovih nastupa, ali i o tome kako je potrebno napraviti mjesta za hranjenje napuštenih životinja.
Brajković je istaknuo kako se problemi na Poluotoku gomilaju jer se sve događa "stihijski", a ono čemu stanovnici Poluotoka teže jest uređena sredina prilagođena potrebama građana. Dodao je i kako je bilo govora o parternom uređenju rive te je istaknuo kako mu je žao što za tako bitnu stvar nije bilo javne rasprave.
- Grad je gotovo u cijelosti kopirao prijedlog o parternom uređenju rive koji je MO Poluotok poslao kao prijedlog na KVARTipo. Nema veze što su to kopirali, ali o ovoj bitnoj temi je trebala biti pokrenuta javna rasprava sa stručnjacima jer je to stvar od vitalnog značaja, istaknuo je Brajković pa dodao:
