U aferi Janaf, slučaju koji je prošlog tjedna dobio novi zaplet kada je ponovno uhićen bivši direktor Janafa Dragan Kovačević, dolazi, čini se, do velikoga preokreta.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, Dragan Kovačević navodno je odlučio sve priznati. Službenu potvrdu te informacije nije bilo moguće dobiti, ali tome u prilog govori činjenica da je Kovačević danas nešto prije 13 sati doveden na ispitivanje u USKOK.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, Kovačević je prošloga tjedna, potpuno nenadano tijekom pauze na ročištu, pred istražnim sucem zagrebačkog Županijskoga suda, prišao Uskokovom tužitelju te rekao kako "Želi sve priznati, te da je spreman odmah navečer istoga dana (četvrtak) iznijeti dopunu svoje obrane pred Uskokom.

Tužitelj koji je također ostao prilično zatečen ovakvom Kovačevićevom željom, odgovorio je samo "Super".

Međutim, prema Zakonu o kaznenome postupku, ispitivanju se nije moglo pristupiti istoga dana već je Kovačeviću sudac istrage sukladno zakonu i svojoj ocjeni odredio jednomjesečni istražni zatvor, ocijenivši da bi boravkom na slobodi mogao utjecati na svjedoke, kako je to predložio Uskok.

Kovačević, koji je prvi puta uhićen u rujnu prošle godine, do sada je grčevito negirao svoju krivnju za optužbe koje mu je Uskok stavljao na teret, a to je činio i nedavno nakon što je po drugi puta uhićen zbog novih optužbi koje mu je Uskok stavio na teret. Radi se, konkretno, o primanju mita u vidu dva stana te dva automobila kako bi svojem prijatelju Ivanu Širiću namjestio poslove s Janafom kojemu je tada bio na čelu.

Kovačević je nakon prvoga puštanja iz Remetinca sasuo 'drvlje i kamenje' po Uskoku, ali i dijelu medija, nazivajući optužbe protiv sebe konstrukcijama te tvrdeći da nikada u životu nije ukrao niti jednu kunu.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, ovakva Kovačevićeva promjena stava iznenadila je i njegove branitelje koji su već pripremali obranu te žalbu na određivanje istražnoga zatvora, ukoliko bi do toga došlo. Podsjetimo, Kovačević je svoju želju rekao Uskokovom tužitelju, prije nego li je sudac istrage objavio svoju odluku o određivanju pritvora.

Nakon što mu je određen istražni zatvor, njegovi branitelji razgovarali su s njim i s nadležnim tužiteljima USKOK-a te je dogovoreno da će Kovačević danas iznijeti dopunu svoje obrane. Prošloga tjedna Kovačević je negirao krivnju i tvrdio da spomenuti stanovi nisu njegovo vlasništvo. No, čini se da se u međuvremenu predomislio.

Hoće li na današenjem ispitivanju usitinu sve priznati, te hoće li možda istražiteljima govoriti i o do sada nepoznatim detaljima, te pritom teretiti i druge osobe, tek ćemo vidjeti.

U aferi Janaf, slučaju koji je prošlog tjedna dobio novi zaplet kada je ponovno uhićen bivši direktor Janafa Dragan Kovačević, dolazi, čini se, do velikoga preokreta.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, Dragan Kovačević navodno je odlučio sve priznati. Službenu potvrdu te informacije nije bilo moguće dobiti, ali tome u prilog govori činjenica da je Kovačević danas nešto prije 13 sati doveden na ispitivanje u USKOK.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, Kovačević je prošloga tjedna, potpuno nenadano tijekom pauze na ročištu, pred istražnim sucem zagrebačkog Županijskoga suda, prišao Uskokovom tužitelju te rekao kako "Želi sve priznati, te da je spreman odmah navečer istoga dana (četvrtak) iznijeti dopunu svoje obrane pred Uskokom.

Tužitelj koji je također ostao prilično zatečen ovakvom Kovačevićevom željom, odgovorio je samo "Super".

Međutim, prema Zakonu o kaznenome postupku, ispitivanju se nije moglo pristupiti istoga dana već je Kovačeviću sudac istrage sukladno zakonu i svojoj ocjeni odredio jednomjesečni istražni zatvor, ocijenivši da bi boravkom na slobodi mogao utjecati na svjedoke, kako je to predložio Uskok.

Kovačević, koji je prvi puta uhićen u rujnu prošle godine, do sada je grčevito negirao svoju krivnju za optužbe koje mu je Uskok stavljao na teret, a to je činio i nedavno nakon što je po drugi puta uhićen zbog novih optužbi koje mu je Uskok stavio na teret. Radi se, konkretno, o primanju mita u vidu dva stana te dva automobila kako bi svojem prijatelju Ivanu Širiću namjestio poslove s Janafom kojemu je tada bio na čelu.

Kovačević je nakon prvoga puštanja iz Remetinca sasuo 'drvlje i kamenje' po Uskoku, ali i dijelu medija, nazivajući optužbe protiv sebe konstrukcijama te tvrdeći da nikada u životu nije ukrao niti jednu kunu.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, ovakva Kovačevićeva promjena stava iznenadila je i njegove branitelje koji su već pripremali obranu te žalbu na određivanje istražnoga zatvora, ukoliko bi do toga došlo. Podsjetimo, Kovačević je svoju želju rekao Uskokovom tužitelju, prije nego li je sudac istrage objavio svoju odluku o određivanju pritvora.

Nakon što mu je određen istražni zatvor, njegovi branitelji razgovarali su s njim i s nadležnim tužiteljima USKOK-a te je dogovoreno da će Kovačević danas iznijeti dopunu svoje obrane. Prošloga tjedna Kovačević je negirao krivnju i tvrdio da spomenuti stanovi nisu njegovo vlasništvo. No, čini se da se u međuvremenu predomislio.

Hoće li na današenjem ispitivanju usitinu sve priznati, te hoće li možda istražiteljima govoriti i o do sada nepoznatim detaljima, te pritom teretiti i druge osobe, tek ćemo vidjeti.

Dragan Kovačević tijekom pauze na ročištu šokirao branitelje i tužitelja: ‘Želim sve priznati‘

U aferi Janaf, slučaju koji je prošlog tjedna dobio novi zaplet kada je ponovno uhićen bivši direktor Janafa Dragan Kovačević, dolazi, čini se, do velikoga preokreta.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, Dragan Kovačević navodno je odlučio sve priznati. Službenu potvrdu te informacije nije bilo moguće dobiti, ali tome u prilog govori činjenica da je Kovačević danas nešto prije 13 sati doveden na ispitivanje u USKOK.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, Kovačević je prošloga tjedna, potpuno nenadano tijekom pauze na ročištu, pred istražnim sucem zagrebačkog Županijskoga suda, prišao Uskokovom tužitelju te rekao kako "Želi sve priznati, te da je spreman odmah navečer istoga dana (četvrtak) iznijeti dopunu svoje obrane pred Uskokom.

Tužitelj koji je također ostao prilično zatečen ovakvom Kovačevićevom željom, odgovorio je samo "Super".

Međutim, prema Zakonu o kaznenome postupku, ispitivanju se nije moglo pristupiti istoga dana već je Kovačeviću sudac istrage sukladno zakonu i svojoj ocjeni odredio jednomjesečni istražni zatvor, ocijenivši da bi boravkom na slobodi mogao utjecati na svjedoke, kako je to predložio Uskok.

Kovačević, koji je prvi puta uhićen u rujnu prošle godine, do sada je grčevito negirao svoju krivnju za optužbe koje mu je Uskok stavljao na teret, a to je činio i nedavno nakon što je po drugi puta uhićen zbog novih optužbi koje mu je Uskok stavio na teret. Radi se, konkretno, o primanju mita u vidu dva stana te dva automobila kako bi svojem prijatelju Ivanu Širiću namjestio poslove s Janafom kojemu je tada bio na čelu.

Kovačević je nakon prvoga puštanja iz Remetinca sasuo 'drvlje i kamenje' po Uskoku, ali i dijelu medija, nazivajući optužbe protiv sebe konstrukcijama te tvrdeći da nikada u životu nije ukrao niti jednu kunu.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, ovakva Kovačevićeva promjena stava iznenadila je i njegove branitelje koji su već pripremali obranu te žalbu na određivanje istražnoga zatvora, ukoliko bi do toga došlo. Podsjetimo, Kovačević je svoju želju rekao Uskokovom tužitelju, prije nego li je sudac istrage objavio svoju odluku o određivanju pritvora.

Nakon što mu je određen istražni zatvor, njegovi branitelji razgovarali su s njim i s nadležnim tužiteljima USKOK-a te je dogovoreno da će Kovačević danas iznijeti dopunu svoje obrane. Prošloga tjedna Kovačević je negirao krivnju i tvrdio da spomenuti stanovi nisu njegovo vlasništvo. No, čini se da se u međuvremenu predomislio.

Hoće li na današenjem ispitivanju usitinu sve priznati, te hoće li možda istražiteljima govoriti i o do sada nepoznatim detaljima, te pritom teretiti i druge osobe, tek ćemo vidjeti.
