Jedan od 10 hrvatskih članova posade broda "City of Rome", koji je ozlijeđen u strahovitoj eksploziji u Bejrutu, nalazi se u jednoj od tamošnjih bolnica i uskoro će biti podvrgnut operativnom zahvatu.

Radi se o kuharu iz Tenje, kojem je prilikom eksplozije ozlijeđen lakat desne ruke i gležanj desne noge. Njega su udarila vrata koja je udarni val iščupao iz ležišta pa su "poletjela" prema njemu. Ostalih 11 članova posade – od kojih je devet Hrvata, jedan Crnogorac (zapovjednik) i jedan Rus – nisu ozlijeđeni, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kazuje nam to kapetan Ino Munitić, direktor i suvlasnik splitske Agencije "Pasat", koja posreduje pri ukrcavanjima na brod, a preko koje su hrvatski pomorci i dobili posao na "City of Rome".

Pod nadzorom vojske

Pomorci na tom brodu imali su sreću u nesreći jer su se u trenutku stravične eksplozije svi nalazili unutar brodskog nadgrađa.

– Je, svi su bili unutar nadgrađa. Bojim se i pomisliti kako bi sve skupa završilo da je netko od njih bio na palubi broda ili na tlu same luke. Posada je proživjela šok jer se nitko nije nadao da bi moglo doći do ovakve eksplozije – kaže kapetan Munitić.

Inače, brod je u trenutku eksplozije bio privezan u luci, oko jedan kilometar udaljen od silosa u kojemu je došlo do eksplozije. Silos se nalazio u razini veza osam, dok je "City of Rome" bio privezan na vezu 14.

Svim članovima posade Bejrut je trebao biti iskrcajna luka, no sada će na odlazak kući morati pričekati.

– Svi su oni trebali ići svojim kućama jer se u Bejrutu provodi primopredaja broda novom vlasniku. No sada je dolje "lockdown", cijela luka i grad su pod nadzorom vojske i nitko od posade ne smije ići kući. U najgorem slučaju naši će se pomorci u Hrvatsku vratiti 20. ili 21. kolovoza. Vlasnik broda, menadžment kompanije koji upravlja brodom i mi kao agencija za ukrcaj u stalnom smo kontaktu i radimo sve što je u našoj moći da olakšamo situaciju naših pomoraca u Bejrutu i da ih što prije vratimo njihovim domovima – veli kapetan Munitić.

Kako članovima posade, barem zasad, nije dopušteno izlaziti u javnost s detaljima same tragedije, kapetan Munitić nam je bar dijelom pokušao prenijeti ono što su oni doživjeli.

– U telefonskom su mi razgovoru rekli da je bilo zastrašujuće, apokaliptično i da su imali sreće jer su bili unutar broda. Posada je nakon udara reagirala vrlo profesionalno i brzo te odmah pomogla ozlijeđenom kolegi. Stalno smo u kontaktu sa zapovjednikom broda, s hrvatskim veleposlanstvom u Kairu, koje je nadležno i za Libanon, te s hrvatskim počasnim konzulom u Libanonu. On je otišao u bolnicu i posjetio ozlijeđenog pomorca.

Prijeti nestašica

Inače, kako doznajemo, Bejrutu prijeti velika nestašica hrane i medicinske opreme, iako je u lučkim skladištima bila uskladištena golema količina hrane i medicinske opreme. Neki izvori kažu kako se radilo o vrijednosti od oko 10 milijardi američkih dolara.

O jačini same eksplozije najbolje govori podatak koji nam je dao Slobodan Piksi Subotić, koji je u Bejrutu živio pet godina, kako su mrtva tijela lučkih radnika pronađena u moru 500 metara od obale. Do tamo ih je odbacio udarni val. Njemu su tu informaciju dali njegovi prijatelji iz Bejruta, s kojima je u stalnom kontaktu.

Jedan od 10 hrvatskih članova posade broda "City of Rome", koji je ozlijeđen u strahovitoj eksploziji u Bejrutu, nalazi se u jednoj od tamošnjih bolnica i uskoro će biti podvrgnut operativnom zahvatu.

Radi se o kuharu iz Tenje, kojem je prilikom eksplozije ozlijeđen lakat desne ruke i gležanj desne noge. Njega su udarila vrata koja je udarni val iščupao iz ležišta pa su "poletjela" prema njemu. Ostalih 11 članova posade – od kojih je devet Hrvata, jedan Crnogorac (zapovjednik) i jedan Rus – nisu ozlijeđeni, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kazuje nam to kapetan Ino Munitić, direktor i suvlasnik splitske Agencije "Pasat", koja posreduje pri ukrcavanjima na brod, a preko koje su hrvatski pomorci i dobili posao na "City of Rome".

Pod nadzorom vojske

Pomorci na tom brodu imali su sreću u nesreći jer su se u trenutku stravične eksplozije svi nalazili unutar brodskog nadgrađa.

– Je, svi su bili unutar nadgrađa. Bojim se i pomisliti kako bi sve skupa završilo da je netko od njih bio na palubi broda ili na tlu same luke. Posada je proživjela šok jer se nitko nije nadao da bi moglo doći do ovakve eksplozije – kaže kapetan Munitić.

Inače, brod je u trenutku eksplozije bio privezan u luci, oko jedan kilometar udaljen od silosa u kojemu je došlo do eksplozije. Silos se nalazio u razini veza osam, dok je "City of Rome" bio privezan na vezu 14.

– Svi su oni trebali ići svojim kućama jer se u Bejrutu provodi primopredaja broda novom vlasniku. No sada je dolje "lockdown", cijela luka i grad su pod nadzorom vojske i nitko od posade ne smije ići kući. U najgorem slučaju naši će se pomorci u Hrvatsku vratiti 20. ili 21. kolovoza. Vlasnik broda, menadžment kompanije koji upravlja brodom i mi kao agencija za ukrcaj u stalnom smo kontaktu i radimo sve što je u našoj moći da olakšamo situaciju naših pomoraca u Bejrutu i da ih što prije vratimo njihovim domovima – veli kapetan Munitić.

Kako članovima posade, barem zasad, nije dopušteno izlaziti u javnost s detaljima same tragedije, kapetan Munitić nam je bar dijelom pokušao prenijeti ono što su oni doživjeli.

– U telefonskom su mi razgovoru rekli da je bilo zastrašujuće, apokaliptično i da su imali sreće jer su bili unutar broda. Posada je nakon udara reagirala vrlo profesionalno i brzo te odmah pomogla ozlijeđenom kolegi. Stalno smo u kontaktu sa zapovjednikom broda, s hrvatskim veleposlanstvom u Kairu, koje je nadležno i za Libanon, te s hrvatskim počasnim konzulom u Libanonu. On je otišao u bolnicu i posjetio ozlijeđenog pomorca.

Prijeti nestašica

Inače, kako doznajemo, Bejrutu prijeti velika nestašica hrane i medicinske opreme, iako je u lučkim skladištima bila uskladištena golema količina hrane i medicinske opreme. Neki izvori kažu kako se radilo o vrijednosti od oko 10 milijardi američkih dolara.

O jačini same eksplozije najbolje govori podatak koji nam je dao Slobodan Piksi Subotić, koji je u Bejrutu živio pet godina, kako su mrtva tijela lučkih radnika pronađena u moru 500 metara od obale. Do tamo ih je odbacio udarni val. Njemu su tu informaciju dali njegovi prijatelji iz Bejruta, s kojima je u stalnom kontaktu.

Ino Munitić o nesreći naših pomoraca u Bejrutu: Imali su sreće jer su bili unutar broda. Reagirali su profesionalno i odmah pomogli ozlijeđenom kolegi

Jedan od 10 hrvatskih članova posade broda "City of Rome", koji je ozlijeđen u strahovitoj eksploziji u Bejrutu, nalazi se u jednoj od tamošnjih bolnica i uskoro će biti podvrgnut operativnom zahvatu.

Radi se o kuharu iz Tenje, kojem je prilikom eksplozije ozlijeđen lakat desne ruke i gležanj desne noge. Njega su udarila vrata koja je udarni val iščupao iz ležišta pa su "poletjela" prema njemu. Ostalih 11 članova posade – od kojih je devet Hrvata, jedan Crnogorac (zapovjednik) i jedan Rus – nisu ozlijeđeni, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kazuje nam to kapetan Ino Munitić, direktor i suvlasnik splitske Agencije "Pasat", koja posreduje pri ukrcavanjima na brod, a preko koje su hrvatski pomorci i dobili posao na "City of Rome".

Pod nadzorom vojske

Pomorci na tom brodu imali su sreću u nesreći jer su se u trenutku stravične eksplozije svi nalazili unutar brodskog nadgrađa.

– Je, svi su bili unutar nadgrađa. Bojim se i pomisliti kako bi sve skupa završilo da je netko od njih bio na palubi broda ili na tlu same luke. Posada je proživjela šok jer se nitko nije nadao da bi moglo doći do ovakve eksplozije – kaže kapetan Munitić.

Inače, brod je u trenutku eksplozije bio privezan u luci, oko jedan kilometar udaljen od silosa u kojemu je došlo do eksplozije. Silos se nalazio u razini veza osam, dok je "City of Rome" bio privezan na vezu 14.
