‘Njemačka penzija‘ mogla bi postati teže dostižna, ako je suditi po tvrdnjama prvog čovjeka njemačke vlade, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Kako prenosi Deutsche Welle, kancelar Olaf Scholz prije nekoliko je dana izjavio kako će vlada pokušati ograničiti broj prijevremenih umirovljenja kako bi se spriječila potencijalna kriza tamošnjeg mirovinskog sustava.

Tamošnji ekonomisti već neko vrijeme upozoravaju da se najveće europsko gospodarstvo suočava s nestašicom radne snage, pa nema dovoljno radnika koji bi punili mirovinske fondove i tako financirali isplatu mirovina postojećim umirovljenicima.

Da situacija ne postane gora, radnike bi trebalo zadržati na radnom mjestu koliko je god moguće duže, smatra kancelar Scholz. “Broj onih koji uistinu mogu odraditi cijeli radni vijek mora biti podignut”, kazao je Scholz za njemačke medije.

Iako Njemačka namjerava do 2031. podignuti dob za odlazak u mirovinu sa 65 na 67 godina – a u zemlji se vode polemike i o potrebi dodatnog podizanja dobi – sve više radnika odlazi u mirovinu sa 63 ili 64 godine života.

Naime, od 2014. tamošnji radnici imaju pravo na državnu mirovinu sa 63 godine života bez umanjenja iznosa ako ispunjavaju uvjet o 45 godina staža. Prema izračunima Berlina, svake godine u prijevremenu mirovinu ode oko 200.000 radnika.

Prema podacima njemačkog mirovinskog zavoda, samo prošle godine mogućnost odlaska u mirovinu prije navršenih 65 godina života iskoristilo je 270.000 radnika.

Tako u ukupnom broju novih umirovljenika oni koji su uzeli prijevremenu mirovinu čine 26,3 posto udjela, izračunali su njemački statističari. Zanimljivo je da je sve više radnika spremno otići u prijevremenu mirovinu čak i ako će dobiti umanjenje jer nemaju dovoljno staža, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Ova skupina, koja u prosjeku u mirovinu odlazi 28 mjeseci ranije, čini oko četvrtine onih koji su lani postali umirovljenici. Prema Scholzovim riječima, vlada želi vidjeti i povećanje udjela žena u radnoj snazi, ali će za to biti potrebno povećati broj škola i vrtića s cjelodnevnim boravkom. Jedno od rješenja za sve krhkiji njemački mirovinski sustav jest i privlačenje kvalificirane radne snage iz inozemstva.

Podsjetimo, u studenom je njemačka vlada usuglasila reformu imigracijskog zakonodavstva kojoj je cilj povećati priljev radnika iz država izvan Europske unije.

Stručnjaci tvrde kako Njemačkoj svake godine treba najmanje 400.000 stranih radnika kako bi se nadoknadio odljev zbog odlaska u mirovinu. Kancelar je pojasnio kako reforme ne znače i podizanje mirovinskih doprinosa prije kraja mandata sadašnje vlade u 2025. godini.

‘Njemačka penzija‘ mogla bi postati teže dostižna, ako je suditi po tvrdnjama prvog čovjeka njemačke vlade, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Kako prenosi Deutsche Welle, kancelar Olaf Scholz prije nekoliko je dana izjavio kako će vlada pokušati ograničiti broj prijevremenih umirovljenja kako bi se spriječila potencijalna kriza tamošnjeg mirovinskog sustava.

Tamošnji ekonomisti već neko vrijeme upozoravaju da se najveće europsko gospodarstvo suočava s nestašicom radne snage, pa nema dovoljno radnika koji bi punili mirovinske fondove i tako financirali isplatu mirovina postojećim umirovljenicima.

Da situacija ne postane gora, radnike bi trebalo zadržati na radnom mjestu koliko je god moguće duže, smatra kancelar Scholz. “Broj onih koji uistinu mogu odraditi cijeli radni vijek mora biti podignut”, kazao je Scholz za njemačke medije.

Iako Njemačka namjerava do 2031. podignuti dob za odlazak u mirovinu sa 65 na 67 godina – a u zemlji se vode polemike i o potrebi dodatnog podizanja dobi – sve više radnika odlazi u mirovinu sa 63 ili 64 godine života.

Naime, od 2014. tamošnji radnici imaju pravo na državnu mirovinu sa 63 godine života bez umanjenja iznosa ako ispunjavaju uvjet o 45 godina staža. Prema izračunima Berlina, svake godine u prijevremenu mirovinu ode oko 200.000 radnika.

Prema podacima njemačkog mirovinskog zavoda, samo prošle godine mogućnost odlaska u mirovinu prije navršenih 65 godina života iskoristilo je 270.000 radnika.

Tako u ukupnom broju novih umirovljenika oni koji su uzeli prijevremenu mirovinu čine 26,3 posto udjela, izračunali su njemački statističari. Zanimljivo je da je sve više radnika spremno otići u prijevremenu mirovinu čak i ako će dobiti umanjenje jer nemaju dovoljno staža, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Ova skupina, koja u prosjeku u mirovinu odlazi 28 mjeseci ranije, čini oko četvrtine onih koji su lani postali umirovljenici. Prema Scholzovim riječima, vlada želi vidjeti i povećanje udjela žena u radnoj snazi, ali će za to biti potrebno povećati broj škola i vrtića s cjelodnevnim boravkom. Jedno od rješenja za sve krhkiji njemački mirovinski sustav jest i privlačenje kvalificirane radne snage iz inozemstva.

Podsjetimo, u studenom je njemačka vlada usuglasila reformu imigracijskog zakonodavstva kojoj je cilj povećati priljev radnika iz država izvan Europske unije.

Stručnjaci tvrde kako Njemačkoj svake godine treba najmanje 400.000 stranih radnika kako bi se nadoknadio odljev zbog odlaska u mirovinu. Kancelar je pojasnio kako reforme ne znače i podizanje mirovinskih doprinosa prije kraja mandata sadašnje vlade u 2025. godini.

Loše vijesti za hrvatske radnike u Njemačkoj: tamošnje mirovine mogle bi postati teže dostupne, razmatraju se nove mjere kako bi se spriječila moguća kriza

‘Njemačka penzija‘ mogla bi postati teže dostižna, ako je suditi po tvrdnjama prvog čovjeka njemačke vlade, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Kako prenosi Deutsche Welle, kancelar Olaf Scholz prije nekoliko je dana izjavio kako će vlada pokušati ograničiti broj prijevremenih umirovljenja kako bi se spriječila potencijalna kriza tamošnjeg mirovinskog sustava.

Tamošnji ekonomisti već neko vrijeme upozoravaju da se najveće europsko gospodarstvo suočava s nestašicom radne snage, pa nema dovoljno radnika koji bi punili mirovinske fondove i tako financirali isplatu mirovina postojećim umirovljenicima.

Da situacija ne postane gora, radnike bi trebalo zadržati na radnom mjestu koliko je god moguće duže, smatra kancelar Scholz. “Broj onih koji uistinu mogu odraditi cijeli radni vijek mora biti podignut”, kazao je Scholz za njemačke medije.

Iako Njemačka namjerava do 2031. podignuti dob za odlazak u mirovinu sa 65 na 67 godina – a u zemlji se vode polemike i o potrebi dodatnog podizanja dobi – sve više radnika odlazi u mirovinu sa 63 ili 64 godine života.

Naime, od 2014. tamošnji radnici imaju pravo na državnu mirovinu sa 63 godine života bez umanjenja iznosa ako ispunjavaju uvjet o 45 godina staža. Prema izračunima Berlina, svake godine u prijevremenu mirovinu ode oko 200.000 radnika.

Prema podacima njemačkog mirovinskog zavoda, samo prošle godine mogućnost odlaska u mirovinu prije navršenih 65 godina života iskoristilo je 270.000 radnika.

Tako u ukupnom broju novih umirovljenika oni koji su uzeli prijevremenu mirovinu čine 26,3 posto udjela, izračunali su njemački statističari. Zanimljivo je da je sve više radnika spremno otići u prijevremenu mirovinu čak i ako će dobiti umanjenje jer nemaju dovoljno staža, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Ova skupina, koja u prosjeku u mirovinu odlazi 28 mjeseci ranije, čini oko četvrtine onih koji su lani postali umirovljenici.
