Svaki dan negdje na cesti možete vidjeti civilni automobil parkiran uz policijski. Jasno vam je da se nekoga provjerava ili kažnjava. Velik broj onih koji krše prometne propise za njih na kraju i odgovaraju, a za što je nadležna naša policija.

Osim standardnih prometnih patrola na cestama, policija iz tjedna u tjedan provodi i brojne akcije u kojima provjeravaju neke od specifičnih prekršaja. Brzina, alkohol, pojas, mobitel, samo su neke od akcija koje policija često provodi diljem Hrvatske, piše net.hr.

Temeljem Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, u 2022. godini policijski službenici izdali su ukupno 90.640 novčanih kazni, odgovorili su iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova na upit Net.hr-a koliko je kazni naplaćeno prošle godine.

Ukupan iznos naplaćenih novčanih kazni iznosio je 46.660.813,32 kuna, odnosno 6.192.954,19 eura.

Najčešći prekršaji su bili prekoračenje brzine kretanja vozila u naselju, nekorištenje sigurnosnog pojasa za vrijeme vožnje i korištenje mobitela za vrijeme upravljanja vozilom, kazali su nam iz MUP-a.

Najveća naplaćena kazna koja je naplaćena temeljem Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama iznosila je 94.000 kuna, što je iznos od 94.000 kuna, odnosno 12.475,94 eura.

Zbog prometnih su prekršaja kažnjavani i strani državljani kojih je posebice u ljetnim mjesecima jako puno u Hrvatskoj, a u 2022. godini njima je na mjestu događaja naplaćeno 33.272 novčanih kazni.

Inače, policijski službenici mogu na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja naplatiti novčane kazne u iznosu do 265,45 eura. Za druge, teže prekršaje, izdaju prekršajne naloge, obavezne prekršajne naloge ili optužne prijedloge, a te kazne su u rasponu i određuje ih nadležni prekršajni sud, pojasnili su nam iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova.

Od 1.siječnja, odnosno otkako smo ušli u eurozonu, vrijede i nove "tarife" što se kazni tiče, a sukladno zakonu i konverziji koja je bila na snazi, neki su iznosi kazni manji nego što smo ih plaćali u kunama do 31.siječnja 2022.

Primjerice, za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna od 300 kuna sada je propisana kazna od 30 eura (u kunama to iznosi 226 kuna, za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna od 500,00 kuna sada je propisana kazna od 60 eura (452 kune), za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna od 700 kuna sada je propisana kazna od 90 eura, dok je za prekršaje koji su se do sada kažnjavali s 1000 kuna, kazna 130 eura (u kunama 979 kuna), piše net.hr.

Svaki dan negdje na cesti možete vidjeti civilni automobil parkiran uz policijski. Jasno vam je da se nekoga provjerava ili kažnjava. Velik broj onih koji krše prometne propise za njih na kraju i odgovaraju, a za što je nadležna naša policija.

Osim standardnih prometnih patrola na cestama, policija iz tjedna u tjedan provodi i brojne akcije u kojima provjeravaju neke od specifičnih prekršaja. Brzina, alkohol, pojas, mobitel, samo su neke od akcija koje policija često provodi diljem Hrvatske, piše net.hr.

Temeljem Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, u 2022. godini policijski službenici izdali su ukupno 90.640 novčanih kazni, odgovorili su iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova na upit Net.hr-a koliko je kazni naplaćeno prošle godine.

Ukupan iznos naplaćenih novčanih kazni iznosio je 46.660.813,32 kuna, odnosno 6.192.954,19 eura.

Najčešći prekršaji su bili prekoračenje brzine kretanja vozila u naselju, nekorištenje sigurnosnog pojasa za vrijeme vožnje i korištenje mobitela za vrijeme upravljanja vozilom, kazali su nam iz MUP-a.

Najveća naplaćena kazna koja je naplaćena temeljem Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama iznosila je 94.000 kuna, što je iznos od 94.000 kuna, odnosno 12.475,94 eura.

Zbog prometnih su prekršaja kažnjavani i strani državljani kojih je posebice u ljetnim mjesecima jako puno u Hrvatskoj, a u 2022. godini njima je na mjestu događaja naplaćeno 33.272 novčanih kazni.

Inače, policijski službenici mogu na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja naplatiti novčane kazne u iznosu do 265,45 eura. Za druge, teže prekršaje, izdaju prekršajne naloge, obavezne prekršajne naloge ili optužne prijedloge, a te kazne su u rasponu i određuje ih nadležni prekršajni sud, pojasnili su nam iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova.

Od 1.siječnja, odnosno otkako smo ušli u eurozonu, vrijede i nove "tarife" što se kazni tiče, a sukladno zakonu i konverziji koja je bila na snazi, neki su iznosi kazni manji nego što smo ih plaćali u kunama do 31.siječnja 2022.

Primjerice, za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna od 300 kuna sada je propisana kazna od 30 eura (u kunama to iznosi 226 kuna, za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna od 500,00 kuna sada je propisana kazna od 60 eura (452 kune), za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna od 700 kuna sada je propisana kazna od 90 eura, dok je za prekršaje koji su se do sada kažnjavali s 1000 kuna, kazna 130 eura (u kunama 979 kuna), piše net.hr.

Prometna policija jednome ‘sretniku‘ odrezala 94.000 kuna kazne! Što mislite koliko su naplatili kroz cijelu godinu?

Svaki dan negdje na cesti možete vidjeti civilni automobil parkiran uz policijski. Jasno vam je da se nekoga provjerava ili kažnjava. Velik broj onih koji krše prometne propise za njih na kraju i odgovaraju, a za što je nadležna naša policija.

Osim standardnih prometnih patrola na cestama, policija iz tjedna u tjedan provodi i brojne akcije u kojima provjeravaju neke od specifičnih prekršaja. Brzina, alkohol, pojas, mobitel, samo su neke od akcija koje policija često provodi diljem Hrvatske, piše net.hr.

Temeljem Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, u 2022. godini policijski službenici izdali su ukupno 90.640 novčanih kazni, odgovorili su iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova na upit Net.hr-a koliko je kazni naplaćeno prošle godine.

Ukupan iznos naplaćenih novčanih kazni iznosio je 46.660.813,32 kuna, odnosno 6.192.954,19 eura.

Najčešći prekršaji su bili prekoračenje brzine kretanja vozila u naselju, nekorištenje sigurnosnog pojasa za vrijeme vožnje i korištenje mobitela za vrijeme upravljanja vozilom, kazali su nam iz MUP-a.
