Stravičan slučaj otkriven je u Slavoniji: riječ je o 25-godišnjaku kojem se na teret stavlja da je sredinom ove godine seksualno zlostavljao 13-godišnje dijete, te mu omogućio korištenje droge, doznaje N1.

Potvrdilo je to Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Vukovaru koje je postupak pokrenulo nakon kaznene prijave zaprimljene od Policijske uprave vukovarsko-srijemske. Osumnjičeni je sada uhićen iako je, kako stoji u kaznenoj prijavi, gnusan zločin počinio od 30. svibnja do 3. lipnja ove godine.

Za sada nema informacija o tome kada je kazneno djelo otkriveno, niti tko je obavijestio policiju o seksualnom iskorištavanju djeteta. Nakon kriminalističkog istraživanja zaključeno je kako postoji dovoljno dokaza da se 25-godišnjaka prijavi zbog sumnje da je počinio spolnu zloporaba djeteta mlađeg od petnaest godina, kao i kazneno djelo omogućavanja trošenja droga.

Za ovaj seksualni delikt predviđeno je do 12 godina zatvora, dok se davanje droge djetetu kažnjava zatvorom do 10 godina.

Državno odvjetništvo je također ispitalo okrivljenika, te nakon toga od Županijskog suda u Vukovaru zatražilo da mu odredi istražni zatvor. Zaključeno je kako bi mogao ometati postupak, odnosno utjecati na žrtvu, ali i ponoviti kazneno djelo koje mu je stavljeno na teret.

Stravičan slučaj otkriven je u Slavoniji: riječ je o 25-godišnjaku kojem se na teret stavlja da je sredinom ove godine seksualno zlostavljao 13-godišnje dijete, te mu omogućio korištenje droge, doznaje N1.

Potvrdilo je to Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Vukovaru koje je postupak pokrenulo nakon kaznene prijave zaprimljene od Policijske uprave vukovarsko-srijemske. Osumnjičeni je sada uhićen iako je, kako stoji u kaznenoj prijavi, gnusan zločin počinio od 30. svibnja do 3. lipnja ove godine.

Za sada nema informacija o tome kada je kazneno djelo otkriveno, niti tko je obavijestio policiju o seksualnom iskorištavanju djeteta. Nakon kriminalističkog istraživanja zaključeno je kako postoji dovoljno dokaza da se 25-godišnjaka prijavi zbog sumnje da je počinio spolnu zloporaba djeteta mlađeg od petnaest godina, kao i kazneno djelo omogućavanja trošenja droga.

Za ovaj seksualni delikt predviđeno je do 12 godina zatvora, dok se davanje droge djetetu kažnjava zatvorom do 10 godina.

Državno odvjetništvo je također ispitalo okrivljenika, te nakon toga od Županijskog suda u Vukovaru zatražilo da mu odredi istražni zatvor. Zaključeno je kako bi mogao ometati postupak, odnosno utjecati na žrtvu, ali i ponoviti kazneno djelo koje mu je stavljeno na teret.

Stravičan slučaj u Slavoniji: 25-godišnjak seksualno zlostavljao i drogirao dijete (13)

Stravičan slučaj otkriven je u Slavoniji: riječ je o 25-godišnjaku kojem se na teret stavlja da je sredinom ove godine seksualno zlostavljao 13-godišnje dijete, te mu omogućio korištenje droge, doznaje N1.

Potvrdilo je to Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Vukovaru koje je postupak pokrenulo nakon kaznene prijave zaprimljene od Policijske uprave vukovarsko-srijemske. Osumnjičeni je sada uhićen iako je, kako stoji u kaznenoj prijavi, gnusan zločin počinio od 30. svibnja do 3. lipnja ove godine.

Za sada nema informacija o tome kada je kazneno djelo otkriveno, niti tko je obavijestio policiju o seksualnom iskorištavanju djeteta. Nakon kriminalističkog istraživanja zaključeno je kako postoji dovoljno dokaza da se 25-godišnjaka prijavi zbog sumnje da je počinio spolnu zloporaba djeteta mlađeg od petnaest godina, kao i kazneno djelo omogućavanja trošenja droga.

Za ovaj seksualni delikt predviđeno je do 12 godina zatvora, dok se davanje droge djetetu kažnjava zatvorom do 10 godina.

Državno odvjetništvo je također ispitalo okrivljenika, te nakon toga od Županijskog suda u Vukovaru zatražilo da mu odredi istražni zatvor. Zaključeno je kako bi mogao ometati postupak, odnosno utjecati na žrtvu, ali i ponoviti kazneno djelo koje mu je stavljeno na teret.
