Predsjednica sekcije rađunovođa pri HGK i tzv. šaptačica poduzetnicima, Đurđica Mostarčić, gostovala je u Newsnightu kod Ivane Tomić gdje je objasnila koliki porast plaća možemo očekivati od 1. siječnja.

Mostarčić kaže kako će povaćenje plaća varirati od grada do grada te da većina gradova još nisu objavili stope poreza koje će vrijediti od 1. siječnja 2024.

“Ako je plaća 1300 eura i više u gradu Zagrebu će rasti za 6,87 eura, u Splitu 6,69, a u Rijeci ili Osijeku 6,58 eura.”

“Trenutno upoznajemo sustav u kojemu imamo nižu stopu poreza – 20 posto plus prirez. U gradu Zagrebu je prirez bio 18,  kad to dvoje zbrojimo dobijemo 23,6 posto – upravo je to stopa novog poreza koja će biti kao takva prihvaćena i objavljena u Narodnim novinama. Očekuje se da će drugi gradovi napraviti isto. Recimo, u Splitu koji ima prirez 15 posto, u zbroju je to 23 posto, pa se očekuje da će to biti i nova stopa”, objašnjava Mostarčić.

Mostarčić je rekla kako još 556 jedinica lokalnih samouprava treba objaviti nove stope poreza i da se to očekuje u sljedećih nekoliko dana.

Za one koji imaju prijavljeno dvoje djece na sebe, plaća će rasti za 0 eura, poručuje Mostarčić i objašnjava zašto.

“Razlog tome je što se povećava osobni odbitak. Netko tko je i do sada imao dvoje djece pa je imao opciju da ne mora plaćati porez plus prirez, neće morati ni sada.”

Najveća razlika za građane koji su na minimalcu

“Oni koji će dobiti plaću za siječanj, njima bruto plaća raste na 840 eura. Ovisno o gradu iz kojeg dolaze, neto plaća otprilike raste od 100 eura na više. Najveći učinak reforme je za građane koji imaju minimalnu plaću. I sam ministar je rekao da je cilj porezne reforme da se pomogne onima koji imaju najniža primanja.”

Mostarčić kaže kako se ovom reformom dosta toga komplicira i da će biti dosta administrativnog opterećenja za poslodavce i radnike.

Posebno pravilo će vrijediti za radnike koji mijenjaju posao usred mjeseca.

“Taj radnik mora obavezno i jednom i drugom poslodavcu dati izjavu gdje navodi kolika mu je bila bruto plaća kod poslodavca od kojeg odlazi.”

“Ako vam ja kao računovođa kod poduzetnika kod kojeg ste prešli želim obračunati plaću, i uzmimo za primjer da radite kod nas 10 dana i plaća vam je bruto 700 eura, prema svim ovim pravilima ja bih vam zapravo morala umanjiti osnovicu za plaćanje mirovinskog prvog stupa. Međutim, vi ste u tom mjesecu i negdje drugdje imali bruto plaću i da bi novo i staro računovodstvo u zbroju moglo vidjeti je li to više od onih 1300 eura što nam trenutno čini limit za obračun svih plaća i umanjenje ove osnovice za mirovinsko, vi svakom računovodstvu morate dostaviti podatak koliko vam je bruto plaća kod onog drugog poslodavca”, objašnjava Mostarčić.

Mostarčić ukazuje da isto pravilo vrijedi i za strane radnike.

Fiskalizacija napojnica?

“S napojnicama će biti jako zabavno. U pravilu me ugostitelji pitaju mogu li oni objaviti da neće više primati napojnice. Ako odemo na kavu i ostavimo 20 centi napojnice, recimo po računu broj 28, u takvoj situaciji konobar treba otići do fiskalne kase i javiti poreznoj upravi da je po računu 28 dobio napojnice u iznosi od 0,20 eura i to naplaćeno u gotovini.”

Prema novoj reformi do 3360 eura u napojnicama godišnje možete imati bez plaćanja poreza.

“To će sve administrativno opteretiti – i poduzetnike i računovođe. Napojnice nisu samo za ugostitelje nego za sve one djelatnosti gdje je uobičajeno primati i davati napojnicu – frizeri, kozmetičari, vulkanizeri…”

Predsjednica sekcije rađunovođa pri HGK i tzv. šaptačica poduzetnicima, Đurđica Mostarčić, gostovala je u Newsnightu kod Ivane Tomić gdje je objasnila koliki porast plaća možemo očekivati od 1. siječnja.

Mostarčić kaže kako će povaćenje plaća varirati od grada do grada te da većina gradova još nisu objavili stope poreza koje će vrijediti od 1. siječnja 2024.

“Ako je plaća 1300 eura i više u gradu Zagrebu će rasti za 6,87 eura, u Splitu 6,69, a u Rijeci ili Osijeku 6,58 eura.”

“Trenutno upoznajemo sustav u kojemu imamo nižu stopu poreza – 20 posto plus prirez. U gradu Zagrebu je prirez bio 18,  kad to dvoje zbrojimo dobijemo 23,6 posto – upravo je to stopa novog poreza koja će biti kao takva prihvaćena i objavljena u Narodnim novinama. Očekuje se da će drugi gradovi napraviti isto. Recimo, u Splitu koji ima prirez 15 posto, u zbroju je to 23 posto, pa se očekuje da će to biti i nova stopa”, objašnjava Mostarčić.

Mostarčić je rekla kako još 556 jedinica lokalnih samouprava treba objaviti nove stope poreza i da se to očekuje u sljedećih nekoliko dana.

Za one koji imaju prijavljeno dvoje djece na sebe, plaća će rasti za 0 eura, poručuje Mostarčić i objašnjava zašto.

“Razlog tome je što se povećava osobni odbitak. Netko tko je i do sada imao dvoje djece pa je imao opciju da ne mora plaćati porez plus prirez, neće morati ni sada.”

Najveća razlika za građane koji su na minimalcu

“Oni koji će dobiti plaću za siječanj, njima bruto plaća raste na 840 eura. Ovisno o gradu iz kojeg dolaze, neto plaća otprilike raste od 100 eura na više. Najveći učinak reforme je za građane koji imaju minimalnu plaću. I sam ministar je rekao da je cilj porezne reforme da se pomogne onima koji imaju najniža primanja.”

Mostarčić kaže kako se ovom reformom dosta toga komplicira i da će biti dosta administrativnog opterećenja za poslodavce i radnike.

Posebno pravilo će vrijediti za radnike koji mijenjaju posao usred mjeseca.

“Taj radnik mora obavezno i jednom i drugom poslodavcu dati izjavu gdje navodi kolika mu je bila bruto plaća kod poslodavca od kojeg odlazi.”

“Ako vam ja kao računovođa kod poduzetnika kod kojeg ste prešli želim obračunati plaću, i uzmimo za primjer da radite kod nas 10 dana i plaća vam je bruto 700 eura, prema svim ovim pravilima ja bih vam zapravo morala umanjiti osnovicu za plaćanje mirovinskog prvog stupa. Međutim, vi ste u tom mjesecu i negdje drugdje imali bruto plaću i da bi novo i staro računovodstvo u zbroju moglo vidjeti je li to više od onih 1300 eura što nam trenutno čini limit za obračun svih plaća i umanjenje ove osnovice za mirovinsko, vi svakom računovodstvu morate dostaviti podatak koliko vam je bruto plaća kod onog drugog poslodavca”, objašnjava Mostarčić.

Mostarčić ukazuje da isto pravilo vrijedi i za strane radnike.

Fiskalizacija napojnica?

“S napojnicama će biti jako zabavno. U pravilu me ugostitelji pitaju mogu li oni objaviti da neće više primati napojnice. Ako odemo na kavu i ostavimo 20 centi napojnice, recimo po računu broj 28, u takvoj situaciji konobar treba otići do fiskalne kase i javiti poreznoj upravi da je po računu 28 dobio napojnice u iznosi od 0,20 eura i to naplaćeno u gotovini.”

Prema novoj reformi do 3360 eura u napojnicama godišnje možete imati bez plaćanja poreza.

“To će sve administrativno opteretiti – i poduzetnike i računovođe. Napojnice nisu samo za ugostitelje nego za sve one djelatnosti gdje je uobičajeno primati i davati napojnicu – frizeri, kozmetičari, vulkanizeri…”
