Teška prometna nesreća dogodila se jučer oko 13.55 sati u Ostrovu pokraj Vinkovaca na prijelazu ceste preko željezničke pruge kada je nadolazeći vlak udario u osobni automobil pri čemu je jedna osoba poginula, a druga teško ozlijeđena, javlja Jutarnji list.

Osobnim automobilom Hyundai vinkovačkih registarskih oznaka upravljao je 25-godišnjak iz Vinkovaca te se bez zaustavljanja i provjere o mogućem nailasku vlaka nastavio kretati automobilom preko pružnog prijelaza, uslijed čega je zbog stižućeg teretnog vlaka, u vlasništvu tvrtke sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, došlo do udara automobila u prednji dio vlaka. Od siline udara automobil je odbačen na zelenu površinu.

Oba putnika su iz vozila iznijeli djelatnici JVP Vinkovci te su odmah odvezeni u OŽB Vinkovci radi ukazivanja liječničke pomoći. Vozač (25) je zadobio teške tjelesne ozljede te je zadržan na liječenju u bolnici, a 55-godišnjak je od zadobivenih ozljeda preminuo u 15,47 sati, što je potvrđeno u OŽB Vinkovci, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Na mjestu događaja policija je provela očevid.

Protiv vozača osobnog automobila zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće će biti podnijeta kaznena prijava.

Na mjestu prometne nesreće prijelaz ceste preko željezničke pruge je označen prometnim znakom obveznog zaustavljanja (stop) i prometnim znakom za označavanje prijelaza ceste preko željezničke pruge (andrijinim križem).

Teška prometna nesreća dogodila se jučer oko 13.55 sati u Ostrovu pokraj Vinkovaca na prijelazu ceste preko željezničke pruge kada je nadolazeći vlak udario u osobni automobil pri čemu je jedna osoba poginula, a druga teško ozlijeđena, javlja Jutarnji list.

Osobnim automobilom Hyundai vinkovačkih registarskih oznaka upravljao je 25-godišnjak iz Vinkovaca te se bez zaustavljanja i provjere o mogućem nailasku vlaka nastavio kretati automobilom preko pružnog prijelaza, uslijed čega je zbog stižućeg teretnog vlaka, u vlasništvu tvrtke sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, došlo do udara automobila u prednji dio vlaka. Od siline udara automobil je odbačen na zelenu površinu.

Oba putnika su iz vozila iznijeli djelatnici JVP Vinkovci te su odmah odvezeni u OŽB Vinkovci radi ukazivanja liječničke pomoći. Vozač (25) je zadobio teške tjelesne ozljede te je zadržan na liječenju u bolnici, a 55-godišnjak je od zadobivenih ozljeda preminuo u 15,47 sati, što je potvrđeno u OŽB Vinkovci, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Na mjestu događaja policija je provela očevid.

Protiv vozača osobnog automobila zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće će biti podnijeta kaznena prijava.

Na mjestu prometne nesreće prijelaz ceste preko željezničke pruge je označen prometnim znakom obveznog zaustavljanja (stop) i prometnim znakom za označavanje prijelaza ceste preko željezničke pruge (andrijinim križem).

Oba putnika su iz vozila iznijeli djelatnici JVP Vinkovci te su odmah odvezeni u OŽB Vinkovci radi ukazivanja liječničke pomoći. Vozač (25) je zadobio teške tjelesne ozljede te je zadržan na liječenju u bolnici, a 55-godišnjak je od zadobivenih ozljeda preminuo u 15,47 sati, što je potvrđeno u OŽB Vinkovci, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Na mjestu događaja policija je provela očevid.

Protiv vozača osobnog automobila zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće će biti podnijeta kaznena prijava.

Na mjestu prometne nesreće prijelaz ceste preko željezničke pruge je označen prometnim znakom obveznog zaustavljanja (stop) i prometnim znakom za označavanje prijelaza ceste preko željezničke pruge (andrijinim križem).
