Otkako je od presude hrvatskoga pravoduđa pobjegao u Hercegovinu, Zdravko Mamić počeo je kupovati veće komade zemlje i graditi solarne elektrane. Mamić i dalje nastavlja s tim poslom, i to u znaku afera.
Zdravko Mamić, odnosno tvrtka Plavo sunce, vlasnici su preko 100 duluma (10 hektara) zemljišta na području Čapljine. Dobili su ga po mizernoj cijeni od tri marke, koja je za mještane barem tri puta veća, a za gospodarstvenike skoro osam puta veća.
U tom gradu bjegunac od hrvatskog pravosuđa, i tvrtka Plavo sunce ubilježeni su na K.Č 580/41 - 11.262 metara četvornih, K.Č 580/42 - 20.000 metara četvornih, K.Č 580/43 - 20.000 metara četvornih, K.Č 580/44 - 16.616 metara četvornih, K.Č 580/46 - 11.598 metara četvornih, te K.Č 580/48 - 12.698 metara četvornih, i tu su solari već izgrađeni, piše K. Kada hoćete u Zvirovićima kupiti državno zemljište radi proširenja svoje parcele, i recimo graditi kuću, početna cijena je 11 KM. Solari su tik uz predviđenu gospodarsku zonu, u kojoj je početna cijena četvornog metra 23 KM za metar četvorni.
Snažna gradonačelnikova potpora
Mamiću je cijena koštanja četvornog metra zemljišta bila 3 marke, a na javni natječaj javilo se, gle čuda - samo Plavo sunce. Da se Mamiću okonča ovaj posao, brinuo se osobno gradonačelnik Smiljan Vidić, uvrštavajući točke oko prodaje zemljišta na Gradsko vijeće. Čapljinski oporbeni vijećnici su se bunili, osobito oko dijela zašto se zemlja prodaje, ako je interes Grada koncesija, međutim nije pilo vode.
O Mamićevim solarnim pothvatima prvi smo pisali, dok su oni bili još u začetku. Otada se debelo proširio po hercegovačkim općinama i gradovima, gdje je mahom HDZ BiH na vlasti. U osnivačkoj strukturi Plavog sunca (razvidno iz Registra poslovnih subjekata) nalazi se Mamićeva kći Iva koja prednjači kapitalom od 9 milijuna maraka, a kći se nalazi i u upravljačkoj strukturi.

Nakon pet mjeseci zakazana je i sjednica Skupštine Hercegovačko-neretvanske županije, koja će se održati 3. listopada. Četvrta točka dnevnog reda je prijedlog Odluke o davanju suglasnosti na Prijedlog izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana Grada Čapljine. Čapljina, kao i sve hercegovačke sredine bitno je promijenila izgled, prije svega zbog izgradnje solarnih farmi, piše Hercegovina.info.
Bilo da je riječ o nogometu ili o solarnoj energiji Zdravka Mamića poslovično prate afere, a kao po nekom pravilu, na gubitku je obično druga strana.

Otkako je od presude hrvatskoga pravoduđa pobjegao u Hercegovinu, Zdravko Mamić počeo je kupovati veće komade zemlje i graditi solarne elektrane. Mamić i dalje nastavlja s tim poslom, i to u znaku afera.
Zdravko Mamić, odnosno tvrtka Plavo sunce, vlasnici su preko 100 duluma (10 hektara) zemljišta na području Čapljine. Dobili su ga po mizernoj cijeni od tri marke, koja je za mještane barem tri puta veća, a za gospodarstvenike skoro osam puta veća.
U tom gradu bjegunac od hrvatskog pravosuđa, i tvrtka Plavo sunce ubilježeni su na K.Č 580/41 - 11.262 metara četvornih, K.Č 580/42 - 20.000 metara četvornih, K.Č 580/43 - 20.000 metara četvornih, K.Č 580/44 - 16.616 metara četvornih, K.Č 580/46 - 11.598 metara četvornih, te K.Č 580/48 - 12.698 metara četvornih, i tu su solari već izgrađeni, piše K. Kada hoćete u Zvirovićima kupiti državno zemljište radi proširenja svoje parcele, i recimo graditi kuću, početna cijena je 11 KM. Solari su tik uz predviđenu gospodarsku zonu, u kojoj je početna cijena četvornog metra 23 KM za metar četvorni.
Snažna gradonačelnikova potpora
Mamiću je cijena koštanja četvornog metra zemljišta bila 3 marke, a na javni natječaj javilo se, gle čuda - samo Plavo sunce. Da se Mamiću okonča ovaj posao, brinuo se osobno gradonačelnik Smiljan Vidić, uvrštavajući točke oko prodaje zemljišta na Gradsko vijeće. Čapljinski oporbeni vijećnici su se bunili, osobito oko dijela zašto se zemlja prodaje, ako je interes Grada koncesija, međutim nije pilo vode.
O Mamićevim solarnim pothvatima prvi smo pisali, dok su oni bili još u začetku. Otada se debelo proširio po hercegovačkim općinama i gradovima, gdje je mahom HDZ BiH na vlasti. U osnivačkoj strukturi Plavog sunca (razvidno iz Registra poslovnih subjekata) nalazi se Mamićeva kći Iva koja prednjači kapitalom od 9 milijuna maraka, a kći se nalazi i u upravljačkoj strukturi.

Nakon pet mjeseci zakazana je i sjednica Skupštine Hercegovačko-neretvanske županije, koja će se održati 3. listopada. Četvrta točka dnevnog reda je prijedlog Odluke o davanju suglasnosti na Prijedlog izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana Grada Čapljine. Čapljina, kao i sve hercegovačke sredine bitno je promijenila izgled, prije svega zbog izgradnje solarnih farmi, piše Hercegovina.info.
Bilo da je riječ o nogometu ili o solarnoj energiji Zdravka Mamića poslovično prate afere, a kao po nekom pravilu, na gubitku je obično druga strana.
