Policija je u Biogradu u subotu u 01.15 sati u Ulici dr. Franje Tuđmana zaustavila automobil stranih registarskih oznaka, kojim je upravljao 31-godišnji državljanin Sjeverne Makedonije. Daljnjim postupanjem prema vozaču, alkotestiranjem mu je utvrđena koncentracija alkohola od 1,49 promila, zbog čega je isključen iz prometa i doveden u službene prostorije policije gdje je utvrđeno kako na području Republike Hrvatske nezakonito boravi.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama i Zakona o strancima, 31-godišnjak je uz optužni prijedlog prepraćen na Općinski sud u Zadru gdje mu je, nakon saslušanja, određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru u trajanju od 7 dana.

Jučer je također na Općinski sud u Zadru prepraćen 31-godišnji hrvatski državljanin koji je zaustavljen 2.listopada u 04 sata u Ulici Marina Getaldića u Zadru. Naime, u kontroli prometa policijski službenici su zaustavili automobil zadarskih registarskih oznaka, te kontrolom vozača utvrđeno je kako vozilom upravlja prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje dok je provedenim testiranjem pozitivno reagirao na prisutnost droge u organizmu.

Uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, vozač je prepraćen na nadležni sud.

Policija je u Biogradu u subotu u 01.15 sati u Ulici dr. Franje Tuđmana zaustavila automobil stranih registarskih oznaka, kojim je upravljao 31-godišnji državljanin Sjeverne Makedonije. Daljnjim postupanjem prema vozaču, alkotestiranjem mu je utvrđena koncentracija alkohola od 1,49 promila, zbog čega je isključen iz prometa i doveden u službene prostorije policije gdje je utvrđeno kako na području Republike Hrvatske nezakonito boravi.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama i Zakona o strancima, 31-godišnjak je uz optužni prijedlog prepraćen na Općinski sud u Zadru gdje mu je, nakon saslušanja, određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru u trajanju od 7 dana.

Jučer je također na Općinski sud u Zadru prepraćen 31-godišnji hrvatski državljanin koji je zaustavljen 2.listopada u 04 sata u Ulici Marina Getaldića u Zadru. Naime, u kontroli prometa policijski službenici su zaustavili automobil zadarskih registarskih oznaka, te kontrolom vozača utvrđeno je kako vozilom upravlja prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje dok je provedenim testiranjem pozitivno reagirao na prisutnost droge u organizmu.

Uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, vozač je prepraćen na nadležni sud.

Iz prometa isključena dva 31-godišnjaka: jedan će sedam dana provesti u zatvoru

Policija je u Biogradu u subotu u 01.15 sati u Ulici dr. Franje Tuđmana zaustavila automobil stranih registarskih oznaka, kojim je upravljao 31-godišnji državljanin Sjeverne Makedonije. Daljnjim postupanjem prema vozaču, alkotestiranjem mu je utvrđena koncentracija alkohola od 1,49 promila, zbog čega je isključen iz prometa i doveden u službene prostorije policije gdje je utvrđeno kako na području Republike Hrvatske nezakonito boravi.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama i Zakona o strancima, 31-godišnjak je uz optužni prijedlog prepraćen na Općinski sud u Zadru gdje mu je, nakon saslušanja, određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru u trajanju od 7 dana.

Jučer je također na Općinski sud u Zadru prepraćen 31-godišnji hrvatski državljanin koji je zaustavljen 2.listopada u 04 sata u Ulici Marina Getaldića u Zadru. Naime, u kontroli prometa policijski službenici su zaustavili automobil zadarskih registarskih oznaka, te kontrolom vozača utvrđeno je kako vozilom upravlja prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje dok je provedenim testiranjem pozitivno reagirao na prisutnost droge u organizmu.

Uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, vozač je prepraćen na nadležni sud.
